Harry and his crew were professional, kind and worked very hard to order my new tire for me and have it installed in the exact time that they had told me it would be completed. Harry is the definition of class act and a true professional. I was referred by a friend and have had the pleasure to go to his shop for many years now. During my last visit Henry was out of town so I had the pleasure to deal with Julio the office manager. Julio was great. He explained everything and went out of his way to provide excellent service. I was able to get a full tire rotation gonna get a oil change as well as get one of my tires fixed on a Camry. I would highly recommend everyone to go to this shop for all their vehicle needs. I had tires purchased, mounted and a alignment completed on a Porsche. The best was I returned an hour later to fine tune the alignment with no questions asked. Thought I had a slow leak in one of my tires, so I took my car in to have them check it. They checked it out and cleaned it up and there was no leak or hole. They also checked my other tires and sent me on my way in a little over half an hour. Been going to them for years and will continue to do so.

He took amazing care of me by locating these rare tires, getting them delivered immediately and installing them within a few hours. He also got me a price that no one else could touch…. I got there half hour before the place opened and the guy checked me in beforehand. He also allowed me to come inside where it was a lot warmer. Marty even had my tires delivered to his house personally to make sure that he’d have my tires there first thing in the morning. That’s about the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They went the extra effort to do the patch from inside, the correct way, great workmanship and they care about their work . Very courteous, great customer service with great prices . The entire process was in and out. I previously had used tires on my car, road grip was a mess. Higher speeds, the steering wheel would slightly shake. Switched the tires out over here and seriously, what a great improvement. The drive home was smooth and the tires had no shaking on the highway. Golden, great guy at the front desk.

Best Buy Tire Pros helped me in a pinch! Another tire shop had ruined my tire by using a plug to fix a leak. At Best Buy they don’t use plugs because you have to make the hole bigger and sometimes it leaks. They only patch from the inside. They educated me on this point and then found me the best tire for my budget. All with friendly service in just 30 minutes. I highly recommend this tire shop!
