This business, is horrible. State Farm, had sent them out to replace a cracked windshield. The entire process was botched. To start out, the technician, did not remove the wiper arms or bottom cowling, something I know is a critical, imperative step in a windshield replacement. He then forced the windshield out from inside the vehicle, to the point he was rocking the vehicle in the force he used to pop the windshield out. This without question, damaged the cowling, leaving it quite rippled. The technician, did point this out upon completion, but tried to claim it was already like that, and was a result of sun damage. I advised him, that I had washed the vehicle the night before, and NO, it was not like that.Upon calling Clear Cut to advise, I spoke to Manager Julie, who echoed that statement, and that she looked into the repair cost and that it would cost......me....$132 for the part, and that I would be responsible for the costs of repair. This was also echoed by my State Farm agent Brenda Espinoza. As I stated to both these individuals that I have security cameras around my property and they had captured the entire repair, and validated what I had stated to them.Subsequent claim, and demand for resolution has been made with State Farm, with the stipulation that Clear Cut NOT, be involved with the repair, other than financially, to State Farm. I would state at this point, that when the technician, showed up, I was quite leery about him, as he looked as though he just escaped from some prison yard, with tattoos all over his head and body, and a van that looked as though it was bought at an auto auction. I, however thought perhaps, looks could be deceiving, but was correct in my initial perception.In response to the owners reply, nice try, to save face, for your pathetic organization. #1 the damage caused by your employee was not there prior to his work done on my vehicle, I know this for a fact and without question. I take very good, inordinate care of my vehicles, property, and as my insurance provider knows, I am aware of any, issues thereof. #2, nice try, to deflect, your technicians incompetence, lazy, rushed work. I have a 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee, that has no such wear and tear, sun damage to the cowling, as you would like to blame your technicians incompetence on. In fact I have had 3 windshields replaced on this vehicle in the 16 years I have owned this vehicle. I recently, in April of this year, let go of a 1989 Toyota, and had several windshields replaced on that vehicle as well, with no such damage, ever occurring, through the repairs or the sun. The bottom line, as I had aforementioned, I have crystal clear, digital video, from security cameras that surround the perimeter of my property, that captured the entire visit by your company, and said documentation is quite compelling and resolute. Said documentation, speaks for itself, and is without question. Perhaps, I shall utilize such, in subsequent legal action, as again, it is quite clear and resolute. As far as your companys offer, to repair the damage inflicted upon my vehicle, that is an outright fabrication.As I stated previously, your Manager Julie, quoted me the aforementioned cost, to me, for the cowling, and, that the property owner would be responsible for the repair(s), because State Farm, had declined (at that time) the claim for the damage, inflicted by your technician. State Farm advised me Wednesday, that they have not paid (and under the circumstances will probably not) your organization, for the work done by your company, and have an authorization, in process for the repair to be facilitated by our Honda dealership, This, as I was emphatic to State Farm, as I stated previously, that I in no way or form, would allow your organization to come near my property. As your organizations, ethics, integrity and competence had been clearly conveyed.

This place deserves a 5 star! There was a crack on my windshield. I called around to several auto glass repair businesses in the area, asked for their immediate availability. Julie at Clear Cut Glass set up an appointment right away, 20 minutes later I arrived to their shop, the crack on my windshield was repaired in less than an hour. Julie, thank you very much for booking an appointment for me on the day of the incident. I appreciate your hospitality & you. And, Thank You repair person, who took care of the crack promptly. I appreciate you too.

This place was great! Very friendly helpful people & the facility was clean & well air conditioned. When I dropped off my car for a windshield replacement they told me it would take a few hours, when I expressed my disappointment they immediately offered their loaner car to me so I could come back later!!! Thanks for the help I will definitely use you guys if needed in the future

They make it easy! Came right to my house, and handled everything without needing to leave my home office. The tech was friendly and informative. Hopefully I won’t have to replace another windshield any time soon, but if I do I’ll be using Clear Cut Glass again.

I got another crack in my windshield and rather than remembering to call them to fix it, it reminded me of the terrible job they did and how they even broke a piece off my suv but didnt bother to say anything. They did a good job on one of our cars the first time they came out so had them come out again to do our Rogue, big mistake. I wont be calling them this time unfortunately even when they were recommended by my agent.

My Jeep had a crack in the windshield that went from one side of the car to the other end. I worked with my insurance company to set up the glass company to change out the windshield altogether. They highly recommended Clear Cut Glass and I approved.Within the same week, Clear Cut Glass was at my home and installed my new windshield in less than 30 minutes (while I was in the middle of work meetings!) No hassle at all and the windshield looks amazing!

On saturday I broke my back window by a dumb mistake on my part. After a recommendation I reached out to the company that night and had a prompt phone call Monday morning before 9am to get things rolling. They employee I spoke to was very nice and professional. She laughed with me when I told her how I did it. She took all my info, got me a cash price but asked if she could call me back in about an hour to see about an appointment as well as to verify the price she gave me was the best. I got a call about an hour latter saying that a technician could come out to my place of work that same day and get the replacement done for me between 12 and 4. I heard from the tech when he was on his way at about 245ish and again when he was there and one last time when he was done. It took him all of about 25 mins to install the new window and was done by 330ish. I had a great experience all the way around with this company including the payment process and would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you to all who helped me with getting this fixed.

I had to go to the shop to have my windshield replaced because my car needed to be calibrated. The staff was very pleasant and they were great at accommodating my schedule, both in scheduling and during the process. It turned out that there was a flaw in the glass (no fault of theirs) which meant it couldn’t be calibrated, but they did what was needed to fix it. They were so nice and kept me informed. I definitely recommend them.

These professionals came out to my house and did this repair good and fast. This is the second time I needed a glass replacement. The first time was through another company and they didnt clean up all of the glass. There was pieces on the carpet and console. I was a happy customer.

It was great actually, tom was really nice,especially because he came out, found something jammed and couldnt do the window, so he had to come all the way out to me. Tom was super accommodating, he was really helpful with the whole virus-social distancing thing and the fact that my starter blew 2 days earlier. He was just great, the whole process even with its miniscule complication, was a breeze! I would absolutely keep going to you guys for all my window needs and Ive told a bunch of my friends about you guys too. Really great service. The reception lady i spoke with on the phone was also really nice to me even though i accidentally dodged her calls twice, oops.

I was at work when the service tech came to me and didnt hear my phone ringing but was relieved that they had waited as long as they did for me to realize they were here. And I was super happy that the replacement windshield even had the F150 logo that came stock on the trucks windshield. Overall 5-star experience!

Appointment made three days prior and received a call on inspection day stating the tech indicated my report of a dollar size impact on my windshield was not repairable and would not be coming to inspect. Why would a company make a decision to cancel at the last moment without looking at the windshield. My appointment was to inspect for repair and if unrepairable would recommend a full replacement which I was good with. This tech was not doing his job and was not about customer service. Why would an appointment be made and canceled at the last moment. Take my business elsewhere.

Great service from Clear Cut Glass. The appointment setter was courteous, and the technician arrived on time and to the right location, and Im happy with the work.

The quality of their work is poor, the process to complete the two mirrors took almost 2 months, the mirrors we received have several flaws, not to mention the glass they left all over my house causing my wife to slice her foot open and a piece of glass had to be removed. They inappropriately charged my credit card for the full amount after a manager called me saying my wifes foot was a little scratch. I highly recommend you stay away from this company, they dont stand behind their work and they dont value the safety of their customers.

The person that replaced my Jeep windshield corrected a mistake that another company had did a couple years ago. He was quick, professional, and informed me that they did not have a Mopar windshield but he could get one if I truly wished one in a few days. When asked the difference, there was none, I said replace it. He also showed me that they were the same. I really liked Clear Cut Glass better than my last company.

Received a call from Suzi on Monday, July 1st to schedule a windshield replacement for Wednesday, July 3rd from 2pm-5pm. On Tuesday, July 2nd at 10:10am she text message me to change the appointment to 8a-12p. I told her only if the appointment could be at 8am, because my son had a job interview at 9:30am. She text and said they were unable to make the appointment time, and if Monday at 8am worked better. I asked Suzi to call me and she never responded. I called the office at 3:30pm and she was gone for the day. I called the office today, July 8th and I was told no appointment was available, and they also said that I never responded to Suzi. I told the office person that Suzi was unprofessional for not calling me before leaving for the day, instead she sends a text so that there is no record of our conversation. If a company is going to cancel an appointment because the employees are leaving early, there should be a phone call made for rescheduling and not a text. Suzi has very poor customer service, and I do not feel good about using Clear Cut Glass. I will be speaking with our Broker who gives Clear Cut Glass high marks for customer service. Maybe Suzi can be trained to see the vision of the company and customer service training would be ideal.

The service provider who came out to do my windshield (danny) actually took his time to stop and explain to me exactly how he was going to perform the removal and installation. One of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had, for any business. My insurance company recommended Clear Cut Glass to replace the cracked windshield in my car. They had to order the part from the dealer. I show up at their beautiful facility and find out the dealer sent the wrong part. I had planned on waiting in the lobby. But the staff called an Uber, gave me a gift card and I went to a nearby restaurant for lunch. When the car was done, they called an Uber to pick me up and bring me back to the office. Everyone was polite and professional and explained to me what was going on. I got a brief tutorial on why the windshield in my car took extra time to do it right. So far everything works just fine! I hope I never have to go there again, but if I do I know it will be a positive experience.

Will not use in the future!! Customer service was great in the beginning but quickly went downhill when they were responsible for fixing their error. It’s a shame that a company contracted through our insurance has been such a headache.Office called on 5/10 to schedule, great experience.Technician replaced glass on 5/14.Windshield whistled for a few days, I was patient and waited to call to report it hoping the glue just needed time to settle. I called 5/18 to report the noise as it sounded like a beehive in my car. The office staff adviced they couldn’t repair it until 5/23, I called back and had it rescheduled for 5/21 as the noise is interfering with my day to day and is quite obnoxious.5/21 I get a phone call from the office telling me that the technician arrived, didn’t have my phone number and didn’t know where to locate me. They advised that they had called my husband but by the time he returned their call, the technician had left. I requested that the manager give me a call back. I waited an hour and a half and called her back. I advised that the office had called me two or three times and the technician had called me two times on 5/14, so I was at a loss on how they did not have my contact number. My husband confirmed they called him but was busy with work. Additionally, we are the only business at the address provided, therefore being unable to find me was not an excuse. To me this is very poor office management and a lazy technician not wanting to get out of his van.5/22 technician arrived and “repaired the problem”. I have yet to confirm that it is in fact fixed, but hope it is so that I do not have to deal with this company anymore.If you have an option, go elsewhere!!!
