Horrible service. Guy was very rude and acted like he didnt want me there from the moment he saw me walk in the door.. I felt I received very poor treatment and I left peacefully at first but went back to try talking to the owner he doubled down on it and told me his friend is black so they cant possibly treat black people poorly. I was shocked. In 2021, there are still businesses like this in our country.

I was in need of a new set of tires, thought Id give them a try but after learning from my friend about the $1,100 check engine issue that was never fixed, I will stay away! I wish mechanics had some decency left

Went to Tire Pros to get 4 new tires on our truck. Initially service was fast and courteous. Two days later while on a gravel road we noticed the front left tire wasn’t holding air. The tire continued to loose air and we ended up breaking a CV joint and control arm going over a rock. (Probably unrelated to the tire). We brought it back to Tire Pros to have them check the tire, CV, ball joints, suspension and power steering. We spent all day waiting on the repairs. We had to pay an extra $250 to get a CV joint because the wrong one was delivered to the shop. We got the truck back right at closing. They test drove the truck and told us everything was good and the tire was holding air so there was nothing wrong with it. We drove it 5 feet and noticed that the truck still did not have any power steering. Plus the tire was only at 56 psi so it was still loosing air. They pulled it back in and now claimed that I needed a new power steering pump. We left the shop frustrated and went home. Christmas Eve When I went out to go to work the tire was completely flat with only 4 psi of air. I pumped the tire back up and headed to work. When the shop opened I called back and talked to Joseph who did nothing but make excuses. He said our tire was fine (um it was just flat) and that the power steering could have broken right as we picked it up (I dropped it off that way 😕). We took the truck to another shop to have it checked out. They immediately found a rock in the tire which was repaired and told me that both of my front ball joints were bad in addition to my power steering pump. I am sure if I call back they would tell me the ball joints could have just gone bad ☹️

As a person who is willing and able to do some car repairs himself and also having worked in the automotive industry as a service manager earlier in my career, I am pretty picky about who I bring my car to for tires, maintenance and repairs. I have experienced many shops and mechanics that are just not ethical while doing shoddy work. In my opinion, Coyote Tire pros is one of the GOOD ones. I have been there a few times for tires, oil changes and air conditioning services. I have found their prices to be fair and a good value for the work they do. The service managers and writers are friendly, honest, ethical and demonstrate good customer service. I spent 14 years as a retail/service manager so I know if someone has a desire to serve customers with integrity. I know that Coyote Tire Pros will take care of my vehicles well, do the repair right the first time and at a fair and honest price. I recommend this shop 100%. I give them 4.5 stars because I feel 5 stars means perfection. No one is perfect, only God is perfect. Coyote Tire Pros comes pretty close. They are a locally owned business who needs our support. Thankfully they are part of a nationwide network of local shops so their warranties are good all throughout the USA. Check them out!!

Was a great experience they really went above and beyond, waited for me to get there and put my tire on after closing.I have to say something more as I went back and bought some more Tires from them just because they treated me so good the first time. Theses guys worked very hard and noticed a tie rod that was in terrible shape. So I got on the phone found the parts I needed, you see my son gets a discount on parts as he works at an auto parts store. Went and got the parts they put it on and aligned my truck within a couple of hours and I am back on the road and couldnt be happier with the service I received once again. Big shout out to these guys for being very professional and friendly .

Great customer service. Took my car in to get need brakes and such and since they were almost closed they said they can get around to it Monday. Said that is fine. 20 minutes later they called and said it would be ready in 15 minutes that same day. Will definitey recommend them to anyone and will do my business here.

Great people and great service! I had a vehicular emergency and Dave helped organize a solution. The belt exploded causing a huge failure. The staff here put it back together and it runs like new, at an affordable price. I would recommend this shop over many others in the PHX metro area.

This is the only mechanic shop I have come to trust in my area. I have never been over sold on anything and the mechanics there really bring light on any issue you are having. I have been updating components on my vehicle and have been there multiple times already this year. They have been very patient with me and answered all my questions. They also are the best costs in the area and seem to always be running discounts.

Had a flat, was told by a family member to come here instead of sands Chevy. And it was worth it. Great staff, had me in and out in about an hour and replaced my spare. Came back and bought four new tires from them for a great price and I am very happy.

My absolute favorite repair place. The guys here are incredibly friendly and completely honest. They dont try to force unneeded repairs or nickel and dime you and the repairs they do are solid. They might suggest something but they dont try to shove it down your throat. I live in central phoenix and I make a point to save my repairs for these guys because I know Im getting more than I am paying for.

Consummate professionals. Fixed a squeeky suspension on my truck that nobody was able to figure out in just under a few hours. Didnt charge me unnecessarily either. Completely satisfied with my service.

They installed locking lug nuts a couple of months ago and went in today to get tire rotation and one stripped out. Theyre the only ones that have touched them and now I have to eat it. They were going to send me out missing a lug nut, lucky I had the ones from when they swapped out the locking lugs... I will never take my truck there again

I originally thought that Coyote Tire Pros was amazing. When I took them my car they fitted me in, but after they worked on my car a number of times my check engine light came on. I paid for them to run a diagnose and they called their self fixing the issue. The same issue happened a number of times I finally went to Goodyear and they fixed the issue and have not had any problems with it since then. I called Coyote Tire Pros to ask for half my money back and havent heard nothing else back from them.

My appointments were always on time; I had full confidence in everything being checked; and nothing was suggested that wasnt needed. I regret that I live many miles away, and my grandchildren in Litchfield Park are now out of high school, so there is no reason to come all that distance, which takes an hour one way. Thanks for several years of wonderful service!! ;)

Always get friendly service when I go here. Sometimes it can be a long wait, but thats to be expected since it is a walk in service. Would highly recommend. They also do courtesy tire pressure checks and patch work if needed.

I just got my car back from them, my throttle motor went out and one shop charged me almost 700 bucks to fix, so I came here, Bud... I believe thats his name.... Sat on the phone with me to try and get financing, also they gave me a really great deal on getting it fixed. They really do work with you. Also I cant forget Jessie, he picked me up a little way from the shop just so I could pick up my car. I was so grateful for that. I think Ill continue going here for now on.

While i hate forking out so much money for vehicle repairs, it is a neccessary evil in life...I am glad to have found a group of skilled guys with a sense of humor and personality to deal with me ! Nice fast service

Great work. Took my tire in since it was losing pressure. They said it was a bent rim. They fixed it at no charge. Ive been back ever since with multiple cars. Never have to wait long even when needing to order from outside location.

Went in for a tire patch they said it would be about 30 min. An hour later they finally get to my truck, the guy puts it on the lift and disappears for 15 min before he comes back to start on it. I was there just under 2 hours for a patch. Thats ridiculous! They werent even that busy.

I NEVER take the time to write any reviews but my experience with this family owned business is worthy of my time to review. For the past 8 years I have never been over sold, advised to make unnecessary repairs or even pressured to get the work done for them to make a buck. You really do not find this kind of treatment because most of their competition are corporate run shops that care more their bottom line then the customers they serve. It always sucks to put out hard earned money on costly repairs especially when you cant trust the Snake Oil Salesmen. Honesty and integrity has been what has kept them alive amongst the Corporate giants. That what earns them my business!! Bud and Joseph always take care of me as if I was part of their family. That is truly hard to find.
