I had my enclosed car trailer with living quarters completely re-painted here in February 2021 so this review is 5+ months out from when it was picked up.I am super happy with the results. Unlimited did the prep work which included removing original RV type decals that had baked on and ruined the original finish. I had chosen Unlimited since they have a paint booth big enough to accommodate large trailers and vehicles.The trailer was sprayed with a base-coat and topped with a clear and it looks good. It really looks great. I get a lot of compliments when it is out and about and at track weekends when it looks like a shining star in the middle of all the other trailers with owners that wish their trailers looked as nice.The staff was also pleasant to work with all the way around from the front office to the estimators and the technicians.I dont write many reviews at all but the complete satisfaction I have with Unlimited Collision & RV with my trailer warranted it.

Matthew, Sherry, Veronica were all very courteous and helpful. The shop did a fantastic job on my 15 Honda. Will definitely use them in the future! Great shop!

The only positive thing I can say is there weren’t rude when I would call. My car was there for 17 days which the whole time I had to call and get updates. Now that the car is in my possession the taillights do not work properly. I contacted the UC immediately about my lights and the receptionist gaslit me. It was up to the insurance pick to this place, I wouldn’t have.

I was referred to Unlimited Collision by a friend after contacting all of the shops my insurance referred me to. They were able to pick up my car the day of the accident, 9/13 and had the process finished by 10/8. All the other shops in the area wouldn’t have been able to look at her car til early November. I was kept informed throughout the process and he even advised me in some things, this was my first time dealing with a totaled vehicle. He was very professional, went above and beyond! I am very pleased with the service I received and would recommend anyone in that area to Unlimited Collision.

Had to have my bumper replaced. It has a little bit of a gap. And the new bumper didnt come in as expected. I had to call them only once to check on status of when it would be done. But I would still recommend them. they were very nice and matched the paint perfectly. Thank You

I had gotten a paint job as well as some other thing to the car. After 5 months or so the paint started to chip really bad and I had called to see if they can repair this but because of rock chips they cannot. A paint job should last for more than just 5 months I was not able to get it fixed.

Sherry assisted me through the whole process and was very kind and professional. She went above and beyond after my insurance agent was unresponsive and uncaring. She got down to business and got everything taken care of and kept constant communication. I greatly appreciate her and her service was exceptional! Thank you Sherry!

We had an accident with our Forest River Travel Trailer on 6/12/2021 at the AZ/CA state line. Our trailer was towed to Unlimited on 6/18/21. Ultimate Collision is the place to go for expert professional work!! They did a complete nose cap off 5th wheel aluminum structural repair and paint. Over 15 poorly welded areas from the factory. Recently bought a car from a online company, when it arrived we found that their had been body repair that was not disclosed and their was overspray on rear quarter window molding. Contacted company and they asked me to get an estimate, so I went onto Unlimiteds website and uploaded pictures (circled the areas that needed addressed) and described what needed to be done. Promptly received an email with the instructions to come to their facility, so I drove to their facility and filled out their paperwork AND stated that I was bringing it in for overspray on quarter window. I also took their representative out and specifically showed him the areas we were concerned with. Received the quote and sent to online car company, they agreed to cover it so called Unlimited back and scheduled the appointment. It was a one day repair and we dropped off in the morning, later that afternoon they called us to say it was ready, Upon arrival I could see that they had buffed the car, but did not remove the over spray off the molding, so I asked to speak w/ their representative. The same person that worked on estimate with me came out and I voiced my concerns that what I had brought it in for had not been done. After going back and forth he went to get his manager, who just happened to be his Grampa. Told him the same thing and he said they would take it back and paint it, which I said no to. He said they would take it back and see what they could do. Fifteen minutes later he came out and said they could not do anything, and their rude receptionist chimed in that I should have wrote paint on my description instead of overspray ! We argued back and forth and Matt became very rude and bascialy told me their was nothing they could do other then to write a new estimate. Contacted the online company about new estimate and they informed me that their was nothing they could do as the case had already been closed. So basically I spent $200 for them to buff the car, when if they would have simply given me an accurate estimate in the beginning it would have been covered, wont be back and dont recommend them for anything!

The staff at Unlimited collision and RV were very professional and informative. I took my car to them after it was hit in the parking lot of my work. They fixed everything perfectly I couldn’t not tell anything ever happened, they even detailed the whole car and took care of a scratch on the door that I wasn’t sure happened in the accident. I highly recommend them for your auto body needs.

I decided to go with this shop because of the location and how close it is to my home. I was originally going to drive to Tempe, and I wish I had done that instead. I was told my car would be done on a certain day and I didn’t receive it until a week later. I was upset about that, but I probably wouldn’t have left a bad review over that. The reason I am leaving this review and want everyone to know is that Patricia is so unprofessional. My husband and I were confused over the payment. Instead of explaining to us, Patricia gets frustrated and tells us “just pay and figure it out with your insurance “. I will never go back there again. Corey and Sherry were the only helpful ones throughout this whole experience. Corey actually took the time to explain to us and not once got frustrated that a PAYING customer was confused. Horrible experience.

They are right next to Luke AFB. I retired from Luke and see the Collision Repair & RV shop all the time. I have used the RV shop on Glendale and would not recommend, due to not being 100 % honest on jobs completed.Contacted Sheri in the front and spoke with Kevin on an RV touch up and paint job. They also repaired our trailer as well. Completed the job under budget for both fixes and really did an excellent job on the paint job and trailer. They gave me a reasonable (and free) estimate, completed the work ahead of schedule and did a fantastic job. They also cleaned my RV inside and out and also shined up the tires. Everyone was consumer friendly and didnt keep me waiting.

I had my fifth wheel transported from CA to AZ. Unfortunately a flat tire caused some damage to one side. FORTUNATELY My insurance provider recommended Unlimited! Sherry and Kevin were great to work with and kept me updated as the repairs progressed. Working with someone out of state is difficult but Sherry was a calm and friendly voice who reassured all would be well and it was! I highly recommend this place!

Mixed reviews. They were VERY friendly, positive and easy to work with. The body work on our 5th wheel was high quality and it looks like new. The wash they gave it after we had been on the road for 4 months and 10,000 miles made it look great. The negative is that they had it for over 2 months, most of which was waiting for a replacement window to come in. At first it was a 6-8 week lead time. Later it turned into a 12 month lead time. 12 months! We decided to bring it home to deal with ourselves. I ordered a window by making one phone call. The window arrived here 5 days later and I installed it the same day. For the life of me I don’t understand the delay. When we picked the 5th wheel up I was inspecting it and found a dump valve that they had ruined during the repair process. The adjuster gave us a new valve that he found in the shop but it is the wrong one, not to mention I have to disassemble the underbelly of the trailer to repair it. I’m undecided whether we will go back to them or not.

These guys are all over getting it done right and better. Dependable, easy to work with, and incredible brand new top notch facilities. We have a 45ft motorhome and had a blow out . We went off roading at 75 mph through the median. Thankfully the damage was only scratches all over, the under carriage really messed up and few other major dents . Our coach is like it never happened. These guys are awesome.

We are completely satisfied with Unlimited Collision & RV from the first phone call with Kevin to picking up our beautifully repaired truck and camper. Even though we brought in an old truck and camper they treated us like it was brand new. The whole staff is great. Kevin went above and beyond working with our reluctant insurance to get everything covered. Their business model is customer first, above and beyond. Cannot say enough good. We will not hesitate to return and refer.

Contacted them and took in next day. Left 05 Monaco for refurbish of flaking clear coat and side wall checking of the fiberglass. As work progressed the checking was worse than expected. They did a complete grind down and filled back with fiberfill. Complete primer and put side walls and end caps back to factory design. The sales staff, Mat and Kevin were great to work with. The office ladies treated us like family. Wish all business dealings were this professional! Thanks for a great job on our home.

Had my golf cart painted. Estimate/cost was high, but I wanted a quality job. The job was finished on time as promised, so that was good. And the overall paint job was good. Attention to detail was a little lacking though. The sprayed the batteries with white paint, had to get my cart repair guy to clean it. They left a plastic film over the back of the roof, took me forever to get it off. They put the rear view mirror on backwards, and the molding wasnt sealed back in place when they put it back on. For the money, I expected a lot better.

Cannot find enough words to,say how pleased we were with their service. From the front desk greeting to the estimate to the actual work...it is superb. At a time when you are not happy about getting your injured car repaired, they make you feel good. Clean, fast, professional, and the price was the best I found anyplace. Easy in, easy out. Car finished when promised and looks like new. Will definitely return if I have another unfortunate incident.

I scrapped the side of my 40 motorhome pulling out of an RV Park. I stopped by for an estimate to get it repainted. I looked at the estimate and was so happy with it, I left Josh my rig to repair. 4 days later my rig was ready. I drove over to find they had washed my entire rig. The repair work was beautiful! WOW! Completely satisfied with unlimited collision and rv. From the first phone to inquire about getting my RV repaired, i was greeted with Very nicely and very helpful by Sherry. They immediately asked me to bring my RV down for a free estimate. Josh got me an estimate right away (Monday). They took care of everything with my insurance company. The following Monday i dropped off my RV and the repairs were completed bt Wednesday. The repairs were done with good quality and they even washed and detailed the RV for me. Josh was the main guy handling RV repair and he has been removed from the team. I thought he was pretty good but their work quality wasn’t the best. They did Dicor on my roof and when I went up there to inspect it it was very sloppy and all over the roof.

They went out of their way to do the job right and in a timely manner. Very pleased !

Had wind damage on my motor home roof that required a complete replacement. (One piece fiberglass). Lauren worked directly with my insurance company on the estimate and approval to replace it. The details they took to ensure it would be as good as new are more than I ever expected. I had talked to several facilities, including the Winnebago repair shop in Iowa. Unlimited Collision was the only shop that would quote a complete roof other than them. The other shops suggested repairs that would be nothing more than a patch. I worked with Lauren throughout the process. Which by the way was about 2 weeks start to finish. He kept me informed on progress and what they discovered and had to do after the old roof was completely removed. The new roof is just as good (maybe better with new sealants) as when it came from the factory. Great shop with modern equipment to do it right. The owner, Matt, made a point to meet me and make sure I was satisfied. I am very satisfied and will recommended this shop to friends.

We had our 2000 Winnebago repainted with new colors and a new custom design, created by Unlimited Collision & RV, and it looks fabulous! You would never guess that it is 20 years old. The price was outstanding and they came through on everything they promised. We were grateful for the veteran’s discount as well. We would highly recommend Unlimited Collision & RV to anyone.

Great place!. My car looks as if nothing ever happened. I got rear ended although it was more of a side swipe on the rear end, damage to the bumper and rear quarter panel, no mechanical damage, I’d say damage was light. Turn around time was about 3 weeks mostly because parts were hard to come by as well as COVID related delays, I found it reasonable especially for the quality of repair. They took care of everything including turning the rental car in for me so I didn’t have to worry about any of that. It’s high quality repair, done professionally by very nice people. My fifth wheel was damaged by a tractor trailer impact and after reading reviews online I chose unlimited collision to do my repairs. Josh was very helpful and professional and up-to-date on the completion of the work. The damage area was completely repaired to my satisfaction.
