I purchased a 2003 Toyota Sienna from Trusted Auto Brokers a month ago. My friend went to pick it up and looked it over. He said it looked like a lot had been replaced except the control arms, which he said was strange. He also noticed one of the sliding door handles was broken, along with a few other minor issues. He asked to decrease the price by $500 to account for these issues. The manager refused the discount, saying the mechanic reported it was in great condition. They did say they would send a replacement door handle in the mail (they did not). My friend trusted the dealership that it was not an immediate issue and drove it a thousand miles back. I took the van to my local mechanic, who told me she had never seen control arms so bad, that they had almost completely separated, and needed to be replaced immediately. She said this is a huge safety risk, that my friend could have easily been seriously injured or even killed had the control arms failed on his long drive home. I attempted to contact the dealer several time by phone and email and have received no response. Because of the extreme safety risk of this situation it is important that others be aware. Due to their lack of communication I have to assume they knowingly sold me a vehicle with a serious safety problem.I am sad to leave this review as one star because everyone was very nice to me during the buying process, but this experience makes me feel that the dealer does not take care to disclose actual issues with the vehicles they are selling, even potentially deadly ones.

What a fantastic experience at Trusted Auto Brokers. I was in the market for a Lincoln MKX and saw one on their site. The photos looked good and so I went out to see it and it looked better in person. Eric helped me and was focused on answering my questions and making sure the truck was the right one for me. There was no pressure on his side and he let me take my time at the end of the day to go over the entire vehicle. Test drive went well and I felt comfortable with doing the deal right at that time. Their inventory was unique and the cars looked be be in really good shape. You can tell they are not like some smaller dealers who stock junk trade in cars with problems and rust. In the next 2 years I will again be in the market for another car and will definitely check them out first.

I used KBB to get the value of my used car. I was given the option of getting an instant cash offer for my car. I was contacted by Tim with Trusted Auto Brokers within 15 minutes. We negotiated the value of my SUV over the course of the day. Tim was very reasonable and fair with his offer. After agreeing to sell the SUV to Trusted Auto Brokers I was introduced to Tommy, who took care of all the paperwork and who was fantastic to work with. We were in and out of the dealership in under 30 minutes.

BUYER BEWARE: We soWe spent an additional $3800 in repairs. We went to look at a 2006 Toyota Sienna that I found through the CarFax website. They were responsive to let us know it was still available. We went there and were able to test drive it. We worked with Flavio who was very personable and answered our questions. Upon test driving the car we noticed that the seat belt was missing for the second row seat. Also that the mirror cover was completely broken off. We brought this to their attention and they offered to fix both at no charge. I believe they should have seen this prior to selling the car. We left the car there and put some money down to secure the purchase. This was fine. I then had to call once a week in order to get any updates on the repairs. It took about 4 weeks to get the van. I understand there were delays but a simple call, text, or email would have sufficed to keep me updated. I have since learned after taking the car to a mechanic it needs a CV boot repair and rack and pinion repair. It also needed a new strut suspension spring and part of the exhaust had a hole. We asked about a seven day time period after the purchase to return they said they dont have one in place, and it would be a show stopper if I asked for one. I also asked Eric when I picked up the car if I could have a copy of the Car Fax which was online initially and he ignored me . When I did go pick up the car they were in a hurry to get me out of there. No thank you or sorry the repairs took longer than we thought were ever spoken. They just wanted me to take the car now I understand why. I wouldnt buy from them again. They are more interested in just turning around cars and not customer satisfaction. Which is too bad b/c it seemed like a nice family owned business upon initial contact.

The EVAP system (evac leak) had to be repaired and the battery replaced. He suggested a computer reset also.>Next service to be scheduled and done by Dodge dealer- computer. [At this time dont know cost or seriousness of issue.] So with an extra 1k probably- grandson will have a sound reliable vehicle. We didnt expect a perfect vehicle.>Really not good: We were told by Tommy (owner?) that they had replaced the battery because of the vehicle starting up issue. It was implied that the battery was just replaced before the vehicle was driven off the lot. BUT...Picture of the old battery our mechanic replaced. These guys are legit. I came here to buy a Prius and they took great care of me. The Prius was making a noise and they had it looked at and fixed before I took possession of the car. I never felt taken advantage of and I even forgot to pick up the second key until months and months later and they still had that key ready to go when I got around to it. We found an amazing 2014 Chevy Cruze in great condition with under 30,000 miles on it. Almost seemed to good to be true. Were almost 3 hours away in Central Illinois, so I called and spoke with Erick on the phone regarding the vehicle. Everything sounded right, so I drove up the next day, with the intent of verifying and purchasing. We took it for a test drive, all seemed in great condition. We finished the deal & paperwork in less than an hour. After getting the car home though, within a couple of hours, the Check Engine light came on. We stopped driving, other than to get the codes checked at Auto Zone. This being Saturday night, I called, expecting to get a machine, but Erick answered. I told him what happened, and he said hed speak with the owner to figure out what they could do. Sunday didnt hear anything, but I wasnt expecting to. Before lunch on Monday, I got a call from Mike, the service head, and he said theyd make it right. He gave me options, which included driving it back up and they would take care of whatever it was, or that we could take it someplace local, and they would cover up to a limit. I chose local, took it to a Chevy dealer. They cleared the codes, and couldnt get the light to come back on. They also found a Chevy notice about a valve cover, so they replaced that, all for no charge. So I was very relieved that Trusted Auto Brokers were willing to step up and do what was right, and it all worked out well. Car has been great since, and my daughter loves it!

The Guys at Trusted Auto Brokers were great when I bought my 2013 Jeep. This review is for people considering an Extended warranty. Trusted Auto recommended I take this warranty as an extra as it is The Best... My Jeep did not make it to the 1st oil change and My Check engine light came on less than a mile from my house, so I did what any reasonable and responsible person would do, and I drove home (as nothing obvious was wrong), the next morning I called the shop, and took the car in, also less than a mile from my house.. The shop did several diagnostic tests on the vehicle, and recommended replacing the engine was the cheapest and fastest solution. Endurance requested a complete tear-down to find the exact failure, even after the shop explained it will be much more costly and time consuming.. After the tear-down the shop found the fault and Endurance authorized a full repair, again the shop explained the costs will be much higher than simply replacing the engine. On the same call Endurance turned around and changed their minds that they will not cover the repairs, after finding out how much the repairs will be. The reason for not wanting to cover the repairs continued usage they claim that I kept using the vehicle after something went wrong in the engine. So I would like to know what reasonable person pulls over next to the road and calls a tow truck the moment the check engine light comes on if the car still drives fine with no obvious problem? Check engine lights go on due to malfunctioning sensors like a fuel cap or tire-pressures.. My policy states I need to take your vehicle to a licensed repair facility and that is exactly what I did. Nowhere in my policy does it even mention having it towed in. I did not suffer a breakdown, my check engine light came on. But I had a feeling they went out of their way to find some reason not to approve my claim, the adjuster went out to view all the diagnostics and assured the shop that this is a common fault and it should be approved shortly, then they came back a few days later and recommended a tear down, even after the shop advised against it due to costs just going up and up, then they approved all the repairs thinking its small.... and only after the shop explained what all the work entails to replace the faulty parts did they suddenly deny the repairs.. This warranty company is Not one I would recommend.. Do Not Give Them Your Money and expect them to honor the agreement. 5 WEEKS LATER, I finally got my Jeep back and had to pay $1930.00 out of pocket... So if you are looking for a great sales company Trusted Auto is 5 stars, but if they offer you a Endurance Warranty, DO NOT TAKE IT!!!!!

Posted a car I need to sell on kbb. Tim contacted me immediately and was able to meet us the next morning. What we thought was going to be a stressful process was extremely easy. Tim was very straightforward and honest and prepared us for everything we would need before we came out to have him look at the car. We were in and out in 20 mins. Tim will be our first phone call when we sell another car.

Should be named “Untrusted”. Purchased a vehicle from here and I was told paperwork was in the envelope it was not. I’ve requested it 3 times and have not received it. I was told there was a second key which they have never provided. I was told that they serviced the vehicle and there was no issues. Now I found out they were running heavier oil in it that hides an engine leak at the cost of now $2000 to repair. Feeling Taken.

We bought a 2011 Hyundai from Erick and Tommy for our son. Three weeks after the purchase the engine blew. He researched the problem and found that this engine was one of a group that was known for this issue. He then had his mechanic send a tow truck to pick up the car, which was 76 miles away. The mechanic verified the problem and contacted Patrick Hyundai who, to our amazement, put a brand new engine in the car! I recently inherited a vehicle that I needed to trade in to better fit my growing family. I had narrowed down my wish list and discovered Trusted Auto Brokers online. Great buts issues still need to be addressed.Trusted Auto brokers are great to deal with!. I purchase my Infiniti Q50 about a month ago it did have some damage on it but everything was pointed out to me and I was made aware of. I spoke with Jose as a salesperson and I also got to meet Tommy the general manager both had great personalities and felt like very honest people to work with. I left with with a really good deal in my opinion for the amount of car I got. There was some damage on the right side mirror and there was a key missing however Jose and Tommy assured me that things will be taken care of as soon as they receive the parts. And they would contact me as soon as they received them. I am still waiting on the call. However I am sure that they will get this resolved as soon as possible. I will update this review as soon as they fixt issues.

We had an excellent experience at Trusted Auto Brokers. We drove 2 1/2 hours to trade our car for one of theirs. On our drive home we noticed the air/heat wasnt working correctly. We called Tommy the next morning and he sent someone to our home to pick up the car, return it to his mechanic, fix the problem, and returned the car to us. All at no charge to us! We felt the service was excellent, the people we dealt with were professional and we would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car!

After a couple disappointing experiences at 2 other local used car dealers I came to this location reluctant I would find a good deal. I am very pleased with my car purchase and my interaction with Jose. Right away his energy was different than the other dealerships who immediately tried to upsell me and acted as if my almost $5k was not enough to get a good car. Wanna thank those in charge at Trusted Auto brokers.. I think the word Trusted is a great title to a car lot name... Because as a consumer whos not at all rich... I think I speak for everyone when I say its so key that we trust our car dealer with a big purchase.. An at this point just wanna say these guys are alright in my book.. Thnks for everything an I will definitely refer someone to you guys when they are looking for vehicle because Im a firm believer of word of mouth...👍💯

If you are an out of state buyer, might want to look elsewhere. Due to the fact I was, the title apparently had to be mailed instead because the dealer is required to by law so taxes get paid on the vehicle. Said it would be received within 30 days. Alright thats fine. 30 days neared and I had to call repeatedly to ask the whereabouts of my title. Always got the excuse of the owner is out looking at cars or that he was waiting for him to return and he would call me back. Never got a call back ever. Several calls later I finally ask for the owners phone number and could not get it because he wont answer his phone. After 30 days passed and still no title, I got fed up and filed an attorney general complaint. A week after filing, the title comes in the mail with a post marked date of a day or two after I filed the complaint. Cant believe I had to go to this level to get my title that was stated on paperwork that it was owed to me by mail. I was seriously starting to think I got sold a vehicle illegally.That being said, the car itself was a good deal. Under bluebook value and the car was in great condition. Jose never pressured me about anything and allowed me to look over the vehicle. He was nice and waived the fee for using a debit card for partial payment in addition to cash.However my experience above is why I gave this rating, otherwise it would have been a 5 star review.Response Edit: I was left in the dark and couldnt get any information from anybody, that is my point. Jose said the title was in your guys possession so I really dont understand why I was given the run around on the phone.

We purchased an Infiniti QX56 on February 26th. During the test drive we noticed the back up camera did not work and they acted completely oblivious to this, but they agreed to fix it. That same night I was driving to work and my headlights did not work. Called them and they agreed to fix that and gave us a loaner car. A few days of having the loaner car I had ran to the store with my children including my 6mos old baby. I come out and the car wouldnt start. Here I am in the parking lot changing out a battery on a loaner car while my children are in the car and my baby is crying. Finally, after we change the battery the car started and we made it home. We get our car back the next day. A few days after that, headlights did not work again and the power steering went. Keep in mind this is only within a week of owning this car. Took the car into the Nissan dealership and after they assessed it, theres 3200k worth of repairs. The serpentine belt was ripped, front brakes were at the wear tabs, power steering pump lines leaking, rear suspension air compressor relay valve is broke, both headlights now dont work, and as of 2 days ago the rear air is broke and clunks when its on. The car now cannot be driven at night. The warranty we purchased separately does not go into effect until the end of April. The owner is supposed to be sending us the headlight lens and said he can no longer warranty us. This business basically took this car in and did not do an inspection or they did and tried to cover up the issues and just sold it. We only purchased from this company because the reviews were great. Now we have a loan on a piece of junk that going to cost thousands to fix and out a vehicle. I strongly advise not to trust all these glowing reviews and if you do go here, take the vehicle to a reliable mechanic to have it gone over as their mechanic has no idea what hes doing. I will definitely be letting others know about this shady business as social media is great to make the public aware so nobody else falls victim. Next step is contacting the BBB.

Courteous, respectful and fair auto brokers

Put down a deposit on a car while they fixed a few things on it. They said it would only take 2 days to fix, but it took a week until they called me to pick it up- saying it was ready.When I go to pick it up, nothing was fixed, and they were asking for another week, and the rest of the money!!!How could they ask me to pay for the car if I couldnt have it for another week, and they had not yet fixed it.
