Although I did not buy a car from this place I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism from the Internet sales person to the gentleman that helped me when I test drove the car. Colin was wonderful he was not high pressure at all and was very informative and educational. After months of research and shopping around, I ended up buying a Certified 2018 Equinox from Sunrise. Manny was very helpful and upfront with pricing. Just be aware that listed Certified Chevy prices may not include the certification fee, so be prepared to pay a little extra if youre buying a certified vehicle. This caused some friction since I wasnt aware of it but apparently this is how CPO vehicles are priced and Manny explained the situation upfront. Did some research myself and confirmed other brands/dealers are doing the same. Outside of this detail it was a very pleasant car buying experience. Sunrise delivered the vehicle in perfect condition and super clean, felt like it was brand new. Would certainly go back in the future and I recommend Sunrise Chevy to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

Had a bad experience at another dealer, called Sunrise and got Joe to help me. Joe was friendly and helpful with my cars issues. Joe and the team at Sunrise promptly took care of my cars needs, and I had my car back same day. This amazed me after the other dealer had my car for 3 days to diagnose the problem. Not only did Sunrise fix the problem in a timely manner they quoted me a fraction of what the other dealer had previously quoted me. My experience at sunrise has been good thus far. I have an older trailblazer that has needed work to keep it roadworthy and they have done a great job and have been honest along the way. I normally do all my own auto work but have not had the time at all and have found easier to hand it off to sunrise to do the work. Does it cost more than doing it myself, Of course but I’m time poor and we like this TRailblazer. :)I’ll keep bringing the old TB back as needed and sunrise is a good place.

Went in on Saturday 8/21/21was met by sales person Kevin who was very polite and helpful...until we met the service manager Jose whom was telling me more about the the car I was interested A 2018 Dodge Durango which had a fair price ...But when I mentioned the flaws the car had like the long scratch running along the passenger side .and the torn seat on the backside of the back seat and missing the cargo cover ..and when in mentioned that I havent even seen the third row seat Jose just got up and said well just keep looking at our website maybe Ill find some other vehicle at a later date and walked off and just basically sent us on our way .. which to me that was not professional and rude..which it was fine with me..I just went over to the Dodge Dealership across the street and they were very nice and polite that they sold me a Durango same year and more features for the same price the Chevy Dealership was giving me so Mr Jose you lost a good sale...thanks for being a rude sales manager I have better car now more than what I was looking for .Have A Nice day

This was my first time ever at Sunrise Chevrolet. I went in to service a recall on my Tahoe. I was welcomed by a friendly and professional member of the service team, Julia. She checked me in, offered to provide a shuttle and car wash. I was in and out within a timely manner. I went on a busy Friday morning but the team seemed like they were very organized and had customers flowing smoothly. The waiting area was nice, they have a coffee station, and since there were customers already there, I was directed to the waiting area by the showroom. It was comfortable and I was able to watch TV and get a little work done on my phone while I waited. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Don was friendly and very patient as I asked a lot of questions and had him run a lot of numbers for me to figure out which car was the right fit for me.
