When was the last time you had fun going to the auto parts store? Yes it was a fun experience. The gentlemen that work there led by Jay were most attentive and we had a good time talking about vehicles. They brought the parts right up and walked me around the store to show me some other things. They also told me about a 20% off everything deal. You dont get that at the big box stores that Ive been going to.I will be back to get their ideas and buy what I need to maintain my vehicle.

Nice store, worked here a number of years ago and it still seems well managed and well kept. Always friendly (ask for Bob if you want the best service) and always helpful. New layout looks nice as well, things are easier to find.

Came here for a battery replacement. They tested my old battery for me which was great, but I was surprised that they would not install the new one for me. They did supply tools for me to do It myself. It was difficult to understand the battery warranty policy and get it in printout (printer connection not working so I never got it). They were not so helpful with explaining how the battery replacement proration credit worked either - It was like pulling teeth to get them to explain it to me. They offer a AAA discount, but did not remind me about it. Nothing in particular grating, but not a great experience overall. Ill try another store next time.

Walked in with a dead battery that was under warranty, walked out hassle free with a new battery. Nice group of people in there.

With so many different cars on the road coming into our shop and so many different parts for each car - it is impossible to have everything, but Napa sure does try! This Napa location is the best! My truck is a 66 C20 and my motorcycles are from 1971 so I usually come here first because they have everything the other local auto stores dont have. The Staff is also really helpful and they always have great deals. The Napa brand stuff is good quality and occasionally they have remanufactured old stock parts. As long as Im living in Glen Ellyn Ill be a customer here!

As a walk in customers, I got the strong impression I was disturbing the counter personnel, who were visibly relieved when I told them not to bother looking for the part they cautioned me they werent sure they would have.

Needed six auto parts at closing time on a Saturday. Called store to double check to see if they had all parts in stock. Bob was excellent. Found that one part was not available. At closing time, he checked another store and entered all sku numbers for the other 5 parts to insure the other store had them in stock. Over and above the call of duty and so appreciated. Thank you Bob and Napa for consistent excellent and helpful customer service. Napa is my go to store now!!
