Very helpful staff. Came in recently to have them scan my OBD for the check engine light code and not only did they do that quickly and helpfully, but helped me lightly troubleshoot my problem.

Wow! Eddie, the mgr. called several other stores at 8:15 AM to find a 6 volt battery for my classic car....headed to a show. Then, he called me back! all within 5 minutes. 50 years of working on cars-I think his service is matched by no one! Thank you Eddie and Advance Auto.

I stopped going to Autozone a year ago because Cody is genuine and provides fantastic customer service. He goes above and beyond everytime I stop in store and a true solution provider. He was once on lunch in his car and saw me struggling with installing wipers and stepped in and resolved my headache. Its really hard to find an employee/manager like Cody, he loves his job and cares about his customers. 👍

Staff decided that playing on the cell phone for serveral minutes was a higher priority than having someone wait in line and ringing up a 2 second sale. Playing on the phone afterwards could have been done.

I am changing my review from 2 stars up to 4 stars.An employee by the name of Ben A. Changed my opinion over something as simple as wiper blades. I bought dinne high end wipers for my car that I couldnt get to fit. (Ive done wipers before, both styles, but I couldnt get these on for the life of me)Ben got them on first try no problem. Good customer service, so Im definitely coming back as a result.

They retested my battery that the dealership said failed and it came up good with perfect Cold Cranking Amps. The guy behind the counter couldn’t have been more helpful and I was so happy to not have to buy a new $200 battery when my current one is perfectly fine. It was nice not to be taking for a ride and I’ll definitely be talking to my dealership manager after this find with the print out in hand. I’ll certainly shop here more often as a result of great service and selection too :)

I had to change my rear brake light in their parking lot.Of course I had no tools necessary to do the job.I was willing to go back in the store to buy a cheap screw driver.They were kind enough to let me borrow several to get the job done.I thought that was very commendable of them.It is good to have nice people working behind the counter.

I can always find what I need at Advanced Auto Parts. There staff is really helpful. They will run tests to determine the exact problem with your car. The store has a large inventory. Its staff offers various grades of produces to fit your budget.

Perfect person and great service

Outstanding assistance when car battery was dead in parking lot next door. Jumped the battery, drove over to their parking lot and within 10 minutes we were on our way with a new battery. All this in 90+degree heat. Cost was reasonsble, cant thank them enough!

Were not very friendly or helpful. Asked them to show me something on my car and the lady got smart with me and wouldnt come out and help me. Was rude and borderline disrespectful. SINGLE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WITH ADVANCED AUTO. and ive spent thousands and built a car with parts from this place. Ill stick worth my nornal location and wont be back here to this location.

I run a fleet of trucks and equipment for a construction company and we have an account there and we use them a lot theyre very fast at getting what you need and theres a lot of things they can get that I wouldnt have thought before they could get they do a great job and theyre very fast

I usually know what Im after when I go in but if I dont the staff is always helpful. If they dont have a part they will call the store a few miles east and have them hold it for me.Im disappointed that they quit scanning error codes but apparently it was a corporate decision so Im not holding it against this location.I still prefer Advanced over AutoZone.Unlike the location in Naperville they only take oil for recycling, and not coolant. Which is fine as the tire shop across the street does.
