Great customer service. Everyone was friendly and service was quick. I stopped by with limited time to get an oil change and they made it happen in 25 min. I would encourage anyone near the area to use this Jiffy lube. The entire team was polite and courteous. They greet you and explain every aspect of your vehicles service.

The staff there (Jiffy Lube in Glen Burnie) are excellent; my work vehicle had a low rear tire and they happily filled it with air and then wished me a nice day. I also saw them taking care of other customers with same kind of zeal and respect. Some businesses have forgotten great customer service BUT this business has not.

Only change cost me 60 bucks. My usual mechanic charges 25.The staff does great work. But the service guy reminded me of my drill instructor at boot camp. He shouted rather than spoke, and was curt hustling more service my SUV didnt need. Its cool, it was his job to sell.Ive been going on and off JL for decades, from VA, to TX (or was it Grease Monkey?) DE, PA, MD. Theyre pricey but always do good work.

I came to this location as a walk-in to change my oil and filter. No appointment necessary. In addition to having options on what oil to use (top of the line never hurts when you want to protect on long term your investment), they checked also the transmission fluid, windshield wipers, and other things I don’t remember. And they vacuumed my car. Quality service for a good investment, staff was professional beyond expectations. Waiting area has comfy seats, various magazines, coffee/ tea (with cream and sugar), and an unisex restroom. My car was serviced in 20-25 min.No TV here (hence the 4 not 5) but the short time spent while waiting does not necessarily make a difference. I will return here.

Pricey but they get the job done. I recommend this location. Never forget to check for coupons on their website. Every penny helps.

I couldnt get the oil change today because of time restrictions but the manager Erica explained everything to me and arranged another day and she provided the best customer service EVER. She was outstanding in excellence in every way. That is the only store I will go to now and in the future. She is what a people person NO ultimate blueprint of service Supreme.

(Original review 2/2020) - I hadnt been to Jiffy Lube in quite a while. I went today & was very pleased. The staff was friendly, pleasant, & professional. The service was timely, & the young lady did an amazing job on my filthy windows! Thank you!EDIT - Did my own oil change today (only driven 2200 miles since the last change at Jiffy Lube). I was shocked & rather angry to see the filter Jiffy Lube had installed. Not only is it at least 1/3 smaller (thus far less effective) than the factory filter, but it doesnt even cross reference to the Ford recommended FL-820S!This is really shady. Check your filter if Jiffy Lube serviced your vehicle.

The staff was very friendly and informative. The service was done in the timeframe they said it would be. I had never been to a jiffylube I liked the way they explained it all and even vacuumed my car out.

This franchise location does not try to cut any corners. This is the 1st location I have been to that does everything that is advertised. The employees took time to help me work out a price I could afford to get everything done to my vehicle that was suggested. Clearly they know giving a discount helps the franchise to make money while making the customer happy. A win for both parties. This location is now my go to.

Staff greeted me upon arrival. The staff explained to me was being offered and made suggestions and advised me to not wait too long to get an oil change. As mine oil was very low.Also the staff was very nice and professional.

I was in and out. The service guys were courteous.

They also vacuumed out my car and I believe they checked all other fluids. I got the full synthetic oil change and to be honest for under 100 bucks seems pretty good.

They were fabulous! My dealer said that Jiffy Lube had installed an aftermarket oil filter that was leaking. I took my car back to JL, even though I saw no evidence of this leak. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They checked the filter, changed it for free and reported to me that the oil levels were fine, which is exactly what I thought it was. I trust Jiffy Lube more than my dealership. I have been going to them for more than 20 years and would recommend them to anyone.

Quick Service good team got me in and out in 30 minutes take my truck there any time recommend them to anyone dont buy in cab air filter they charge $50 you can get this for 10 or 12 bucks

Had to take my car to the dealership after this jiffy lube changed my oil. They didn’t clean my car properly or tighten my oil drain plug. I had massive oil leak and am fortunate that I noticed before my car engine was ruined.Jiffy Lube will take no responsibility for their negligence. BEWARE!!!

I visited this Jiffy Lube on Wednesday the 22nd. You sometimes here things about businesses and I have heard several things about Jiffy Lubes. Well this experience that I had at this Jiffy Lube was EXCEPTIONAL. From the greeting to the checkout. Very professional. Mr.Ken was very nice and knowledgeable I forget the ladies name that had the tablet but she was great as well. I was really blown away. Its so hard to come by good customer service. And also the LOBBY WAS VERY VERY CLEAN Along with the restroom. This is definitely going to be my GO TO PLACE with my cars from now on. 🙂🙂🙂🙂

Quick and friendly service. I usually go to Jiffy Lube but made an appointment with a competitor because I was not in my usual area. NTB “lost” the appointment I made online. They said I would be the next one in line but it would take an hour to hour and a half to change my oil. Luckily found a Jiffy Lube less than a mile away and went there. Will not stray again.

Like any box store the changing of staff can always change your experience, but as of today I can say I had a great experience. Linda at the front desk was great and the technician that help me select the services I needed provided excellent customer service presuming that the staff doesnt change I will definitely be coming back.

Always take care of my car in timely fashion. Staff is friendly. Topping the fluids and vacuuming the interior brings me back.

Typical service experience, tried to sell me services I didnt need for my car. They arent the brightest bunch, entered my tag number wrong and insisted that I was someone else based on a typo on their part, to the point that they were rude about it. The good part was that I was looking for a fast oil change and they did provide that at a decent cost.

I would give this place 0 stars. How do you specialize in oil change and I have a pinpoint hole in the filter? Then when I return, you want to charge me to do a oil change? I told them to look at the car and all they did was add 2 quarts of oil. NEVER AGAIN!!! LOST MY BUSINESS!!!

As we are still dealing with COVID I am highly disappointed that this location is not taking the proper precautions to keep its employees and customers safe. They are still getting in and out of customers vehicles, unlike other local Jiffy Lubes where the customer stays in their car and drives. While doing this they are not wearing N95 masks, which is the safest for them, instead it’s the surgical which although blocks the customer from their breath it does not block the employee from breathing in if I have COVID. They are not covering seats or fully sanitizing after the customer or they touch things. Yes, they wear gloves but if they are kit changing them every time they enter and exit my vehicle so I can see them place a new pair on, I don’t feel safe. As I deal with hundreds of people in my job daily, they deal with tens of people and their property. Unfortunately, this caused me to turn around and go well out of my way to the West Street Jiffy Lube, where I get my work truck done. At least that location they are friendly and are taking COVID seriously for the health and safety of their costumers and employees.

Quick service...but had to go back because I got an oil change, but there was no change. It needed more oil. They did complete/correct at no additional charge.

They were unable to find the 25% discount coupon in their computer system. The coupon was sent to me by them. They did reduce by bill by $15. Lost a little over $10 since they did not have the coupon.

They did an amazing job & they cleaned the inside of my car very good it is spotless now . Highly recommend this jiffy lube .. a lot better than most jiffy lubes that I have been to over the years !!!

Took car there two days ago only to find no oil in the engine and coolant empty after driving two fays later . They ate a bunch of lier. Be careful because they lie on their paperwork. The Richie Hwy location by Pep Boys. Its not over for me. Let my engine lock or something else happen to my car. Ill see them in COURT!!!

NEVER GO TO FORT MEADE’S location!! I’ve never have had an issue at the Ritchie Hwy location.. and they’re efficient with service too!

They are all very helpful even though they always say we need our air filters done 😜 but other than that very helpful, efficient and they were nice enough to vacuum our car the last time we came and got most of our stubborn dog hair out that no matter how much we vacuumed it wouldnt come up all the way, they did it, they got it all almost, we need that kind of vacuum lol but yes they are all very nice and helpful .

I think the guys here genuinely care about your vehicle. If youre looking for a $20 oil change you may want to keep looking, but if youre looking for a full service oil change and consultation for other repairs these guys do it with quality and a smile. Took my work truck here and the next day I had an oil leak. And its not just like one of our trucks comes to this particular jiffy line, we bring about 30 trucks here for oil changes and think my boss has finally seen the workmanship.

Over charge for air filters!

Ive been going to this particular Jiffy Lube for at least 15 years! I absolutely love the services and the staff are not only professional but extremely accommodating! I must give most of the credit to Mr. Nathaniel Mundell the manager of the store. Everyone follows his lead and because of this, this Jiffy Lube as far as Im concerned goes 100% and above!😊

I called 4 times, each time i could hear talking in the background and as soon as i said Hello i was then promptly hung up on. I nor anyone I know will no longer be using your location or any other location for that matter. This is also something that should probably be brought up to your corporate office.

Jiffy lube will mess your vehicle up and say they didnt do it, and they will charge you for fixing the part that was broken and they will blame someone else.

Charged 102.00 for a full synthetic oil change!!! The dealership price is cheaper. The guy had the nerve to tell me im paying for the convenience of not having to make an appointment. A 32.00 convenience charge???NEVER AGAIN, HUGE RIP-OFF.

This shop failed to properly inflate my tires, very carelessly sprayed Armor-All on the loose items on my passenger seat, and didnt clean my windows well. Im not going back to this location.

My oil change service was very fast. By the time I pulled up till I drove away - 20-25 max. I haven’t even finished reading one article in a magazine when it was done. Hopefully, they did change my air filter and oil in such a short time. I read other reviews and got concerned but I will give them a benefit of a doubt, BUT...The front desk girl asked for my personal information (full name, ph #, address, email address) loudly when 6 other people were sitting in a waiting room. I told her i preferred writing it down. She was irritated but gave me a piece of paper. After entering my information into their system she tore the paper with my full info on it in half and threw it in trash. I asked her if she was going to shred it and she shook her head. Then I requested her to give the paper to me and asked her if she ever heard of identity theft. She shook her head again and I could see she was pissed. She was mad.My identity was stolen, I know many people whose identity was stolen. I worked in a bank and dealt/helped people whose identity was stolen, so I take it very seriously.She maybe too young and careless about it.However, she is in customer service business and should be well trained about the world wide issue. Please either remove that girl from the front desk or train her to be more discreet asking for people’s information.Get a shredder, I am sure your business can afford one. And I hope your computers have antivirus protection as well.

Jiffy Lube has done a great job changing the oil on my cars for years. I used to change the oil myself, so I did a cost comparison of what I paid Jiffy Lube vs what I was paying to do it myself. The cost for products only was nearly the same as what I paid Jiffy Lube and then I had to do the work and get dirty and dispose of the used oil.

Good efficient service... they just dont really listen. Told them not to touch my tires... still they did.
