First time at Meineke and had an awesome experience! Zach was extremely friendly, very professional, and you can tell that he loves his job! It was very busy the entire time that I was waiting and he kept everything moving quickly and efficiently, all while keeping everyone posted on the status of their vehicles. 10/10 for customer service and professionalism! Zach was EXCELLENT. I went to two other places to get my exhaust fixed and the prices were higher and they couldn’t do it same day. I came here and they took me immediately and got it done in an hour and didn’t charge a crazy amount. VERY happy customer. Will come back here for any future problems I have

The gentleman I dealt with was very professional and courteous. Had my car done and ready pretty quick. Also went through the whole car for me to check for any other issues without charging me for it. Definitely recommend going there and will be back for my next oil change.

Called at 11, dropped off at 1, picked up at 5. This place did a great job and were on time and efficient. We looked at the issue together when the vehicle was on the lift. An Honest and Trustworthy shop. Will use again.

Called about 20 mins before closing to ask about a tune up service I needed for a future date. The guy who answered the phone immediately assumed I wanted to come there that day even though they closed very soon.. and got pretty rude telling me how there about to close and cant help me that day. He did not even wanna offer an appointment for a future date and told me to call back the next day if I wanted to ask questions about the service or go online to schedule my own appointment. Very unpleasant and all around disappointing situation. A little bit of kindness can go along way, this is a business and I feel that better training definitely needed for this location.

I always dread having to get any kind of work done on my car because it often ends up taking twice as long as expected and it’s easy for me to get ripped off since I know next to nothing about cars. But I really had an amazing experience at Meineke yesterday, I couldn’t be happier. Zach was extremely communicative and had a positive attitude with everyone. He explained my options and price points thoroughly and he did the same with all the other customers there. I will definitely be back!

I smelled a fume leak in my car. I called Meineke on Ritchie Hwy in Glen Burnie the service rep worked me in the same day to get the problem resolved. Did not try to sell me more then what was needed to get the job done. Price was fair and reasonable. Job was complete in less then an hour. Thank You! I will be returning for any future service needed.

Great experience with Zach and MJ. They were able to take me mid day after a failed attempt at Firestone up the street. I should’ve come here first. Zach was professional and actually understands sense of urgency. MJ worked on my brakes and rotors, while I left to get food and they called about 2 hours later for pickup even after retrieving the parts from elsewhere. Great staff, great work, I’ll definitely come back for other services.

I have known the owner of this place for 20 years and he is by far one of the nicest, most knowledgeable people you will ever meet. The mechanics that he has in his shop are the best I have ever had working on my vehicles. Everyone there is very friendly and they take the time to explain what is being done as well as what needs to be done after theyve inspected your entire vehicle thoroughly. I live near Saint Michaels which is about an hour and a half away from the shop but its definitely worth the drive for what you get when you take your vehicle there. I highly recommend to anyone who asks where to take their vehicle to be worked on.

Dont go anywheres else but this Meineke location. I had a bad experience at another location, but for legal reasons wont disclose. I talked to Deb explained the issue. Her demeanor on the phone told me in the back of my head, go there.I spent less on getting the exhaust fixed on the car in question at Meineke in Glen Burnie than what it cost just to get a diagnostic and battery replacement (without fixing the exhaust at a place that says they do exhaust) at the other place.Good work Glen Burnie Meineke. I thought that I would be there for a few hours so I called and Uber and by the time I walked in the door and took my coat off, they called and said your starter has been replaced to come pick up my car. This place is great! The service personnel is outstanding, I am a semi retired Automobile Mechanic with ASE certified credentials and I see first hand the Technicians here are very able and ready. I looked at there 1941 Dodge Pickup truck out front of the store, this thing need to be in some kind of Auto Show, it will win hands down. Also they are rebuilding a Corvette that iam sure you will enjoy, I myself am having some work done that I normally do myself, but I trust these guys and know good mechanics I recommend this location for all of your Automotive needs. My exhaust pipe came loose due to rust. My truck is 10 years old and needs servicing occasionally. I always use Mieneke on Richey Hwy because the work is excellent and the price is fair. Today, they fixed my exhaust with a custom made piece in about 30 minutes.

I took my car in for a screw in the tire. Unfortunately the screw is too close to the sidewall plug. They were able to get me two new tires for a reasonable price and out the door relatively quickly. I’ve been a customer of this service station for years. They’ve always treated me fairly and gotten my work done as quickly as possible. Look forward to many more years working with them.

My daughter who is a single Mom went into this Meinike because her 2010 Volkswagen Routan had antifreeze leaking from somewhere. They diagnosed it as a heater core hose leaking and replaced it. They charged her $196 dollars for a $91 dollar part. Plus $150 dollars labor. Thats $346 for a leaking hose. When I called to ask why and dispute at least the part cost they said We charge 2 and a half times the price of the part. Thats how we make our money. Just wanted everyone to be aware of this practice...seems like price gouging to me.

Great service at an awesome price, will highly recommend this place for all of your minor repairs.They did a resonator delete on my GTI and it was IN and OUT 1 hour, theres a great diner next door in case you have a longer wait and want some munchies.

Took my car to these guys to replace a clutch in a 2013 Hyundai Veloster. They were phenomenal from start to finish! Very professional staff, kept in contact with me throughout the day and even had my car ready for pick up sooner than expected! Couldn’t have been more happy with the service! I called around noon to get my brakes looked at and the gentleman on the phone was very friendly and told me to come in later that day .I was seen as soon as I arrived the mechanic showed the gentleman at the desk that I needed my rotors replaced which was nice he got a second look at my car .I am very happy with the service I received they were able to replace my brakes and rotors that day they even test drove it the gentleman came in afterwards and explained what to expect sometimes after getting my brakes replaced they were all great !!

Wow! I had been told I would need to pay 137 for a new tire, not able to be patched (had a nail in it) but went here for a second opinion and the guy came right out, looked at the nail, pulled it out, and told me the tire wasn’t punctured!! These people have integrity! I’m so thankful I trusted my gut. Highly recommend.

They have done an extremely good oil change on my car, the service was fast, they have very nice customer service and it was very cheap and my fifth oil change is free what better deal can you get then that? And they topped off all of my fluids and checked my tire pressure for free, I mean nothing nowadays is free right but my over all experience here was great so if you are looking for a oil change this is definitely the place to go it is have the price as Jiffy Lub, they wanted $59.95 for just the oil change, when at Meineke I only paid $34.95. Good deal man, good service.

My sons car needed his exhaust fixed. We were from out of state. I googled local repair shops and found this one that had very good reviews. I called and was told to stop in. They would give me a free estimate.i stopped in a bit later and I was told what it needed and how much it would cost. The repairs were done within an hour, while we waited. In questioning Rich about the other parts of his exhaust that wasnt replaced, he stated they are in great shape.I found his honesty refreshing as he could have told me more needed to be replaced but he didnt. My son is going to be living in the area and i feel like we have found him a reliable place to have car repairs done in the future. Thank you to Rich and his team.

I have been coming here for a couple years to get my oil changed, the staff customer service is wonderful but the prices for the oil change is sometimes slightly different and I really dont like that. I continue to come because as I said the staff is great but updating the prices on a public sign or something would be helpful for the customers. 🙃

Had an issues with my exhaust, they knew exactly the problem and was able to fix it timely. My car was in out of the shop within an hour or two! Definitely bringing my car in the future for fixes and maintenance repairs.

Parking is very limited but the service for me was very quick. They even took me into the work area and showed me where the problem was in my engine. Sitting area is very small and it would be good to drop off and come back when its done. My service was impromptu and they had my car pulled in within 10 minutes of arrival.

Suggested to my son to go to the Ritchie Highway location. The lady that work there approached him, he told her that he was there for appointment for the oil change. She was wiping the glass on the entry door and had him wait until she finished. Later, while waiting to check out with another employee, the same woman was twirling his keys on her finger and dropped them on the floor twice. His keys have the electronic remote. I did call and speak to the manager, he apologized . He indicated the next time we come in for a oil change to see him. I thanked him but express how disappointed we were with the customer service and will not return again.

Took car in to have O2 sensor looked at and had to order a part they waited patiently for part to arrive and was fixed within 3 hours

Ive taken my 06 mustang to meineke of Glen Burnie on two separate occasions for exhaust work. The first time was to replace a exhaust manifold. The second time was to replace the entire exhaust system from the manifolds back. Both times the work was done very professionally and in a timely manner. From now on meineke of Glen Burnie is the only shop I will take my car to for exhaust work. I highly recommend meineke of Glen Burnie.

These guys are my go-to now that Im in the Baltimore area. The Meineke folks are incredibly friendly, and have always provided me with satisfactory service even on their busy days.For reference:An appointment for a light replacement and suspension diagnostic cost me ~ $70 and 1 hour.A walk-in diagnostic and replacement of my sway bar during their afternoon rush cost me ~$500 and 1 hour for the diagnostic, 3 hours for the replacement.

I went for a tune up. I thought that a tune up came with more than just putting fuel injection in the car.. which my boyfriend has done in the past. Something that can be bought at a store and done yourself.

Service was awesome, I was actually waiting to watch them don’t he work and before I knew it they handing me my keys, which is a hell of a lot more then I can say for jba which previously told me that I didn’t have an ac issue which clearly I knew I didn’t ! When I arrived I torn the gentleman what the issue and with out even thinking Twice. he told me what the problem was . The condenser and the blower motor 599.00 total which I I personally think it was a steel, especially in this heat I was more in the 1000 dollar range considering my expedition. Coat me 1899 for sort a kind of the the same issue . They run a pretty nice, clean, respectfully, trustworthy, professional fast in and out shop there, I COULDNT HAVE ASKED FOR ANYONE TO THE JOB THAT MINEKE DID FOR ANY BETTER. So yes I wound like to give everyone there at Meinike A 10 star rating from start to finish ! Thank you guys SEE YOU AND YOU THE STAFF ON MY NEXT VISIT . I honestly can’t remember the last time that service has event been so perfect . Really outstanding .God bless

The customer service was very poor

I am overjoyed that a I have found an auto workshop that is absolutely honest and with very reasonably priced work. I had a connector pipe rusting away that was the connection between parts of my exhaust system, maybe even attached to the catalytic converter. I wouldnt know since I avoid at high costs not to work on my car. So, with great trepidation, I took my car to this Meineke work shop, the one right next to Honey Bee Diner. Tom took my car in for inspection, told me the truth on what was wrong and said it would cost $222.25 to replace the pipe. I was thrilled at this cost and went right next door to have a celebratory, humongous breakfast. It is a wonderful, happy feeling one gets when one can have complete trust in their mechanics and workshop. Thanks.

Took my 2004 Sonata there to have the timing belt replaced a few years ago. Belts would squeak after that. Took it back, and they got it quiet while I was there. But it started up again. Took it to a better shop, and they got the belts fixed right up with no problem. Car was running fine before the timing belt was replaced there. Then not long after it died on me. They are not competent there. I was there all day waiting for my car to be finished, and while I was there I saw numerous people come back in to have repairs they had done earlier adjusted. Dont deal with this place.
