I had a major deck paint issue after purchasing from another location. I had to drive out of town just to get the paint, due to lack of inventory. To my surprise, the paint wasnt anywhere close to the sample I had. I was horrified, on the verge of tears! I called my local Sherwin Williams store and spoke with Hillary, who was totally understanding and extremely helpful! I brought my 9 gallons in and she worked very hard to adjust the color and make it right. She would not charge me a dime, even though it wasnt their fault to begin with. Everyone, I delt with from the moment I came in to the time I left was on point. I cant believed this happened but boy am I glad I found Hillary, shes awesome!! I cant thank you guys enough. Youre the best!!!

We stopped by to pick up color sample chips. Gentleman greeted us and asked if he could be of help. We shared the reason for our visit and he left us to our quandary over the prolific display of colors available. We finally left with a thank you and a wave goodbye. Very nice!

The staff in the store is very helpful beyond just answering my questions, he offered painting tips as well. We needed a paint color match and it was perfect!

Dropped off a drawer to be stain color matched. The employee who received us did not do a good job and was not very good at communicating. We were in fact afraid to drop it off, but we did. A week later it was done and the pick up experience was like a different store. Fantastic communication and knowledgeable staff.

This past Sunday, needed some paint and went to the Shermin Williams on Brook Rd. Was blown away with the customer service of this young man that was alone in the store. He made recommendations on everything I needed and maintained his composure when the store suddenly had 3 more customers waiting for help. He addressed them all and held his composure brilliantly! Just impressed how well trained he was on the products. This will be my paint store!

Lots of kids work here and don’t really respect people’s time. They send you on wild goose chances, for paint and stain they are always out of. Stand for them to always be out of a standard classic grey stain. Then when you comeback from the store they sent you, they say it’s the other classic grey I needed. You know, the one they are out of, and the store you sent me to, doesn’t sell. Smh I’m done with this place. 4 times in a row, and it’s always just a waste of time, hassle, with people who don’t care about your time.

I called them for directions (just to ensure I knew which strip they were in) and let them know I was in a bit of a hurry because the painters were at the house and had run out of paint. They took the color info over the phone and the paint was ready when I walked in the door and the gentleman even asked if I wanted help carrying it out. Thank you!!

Really helpful and friendly staff, I really appreciate the great service. The paint is great quality, but not inexpensive, they appear to often have discounts so make sure to ask if you are turned off by the prices.

Mr. Vincent was extremely helpful in helping me select the proper paint for a closet that Im renevating. He suggested colors and types of paints that would make the closet look bigger. Im very pleased with my selections and the service that I received. Its hard to find people that have studied the products that they are selling. This helps the business to have repeated customers on top of how well the customer was treated. Great job and I love my paint!

There were two people working. Both talking to the only other customer in the store at the time. I waited for 25 minutes while they assisted her discussing what paint would be best the female took a call- did not know the answer, and complained to the male staffer about him not taking the calls-- It was a long time of waiting while two people were working.

I’ve been dealing with this SW location for years. They’re always super friendly and very helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

UPDATE on my review: The Manager and staff were very responsive and made things right with my paint.I thought the person I spoke to was pleasant; however, the red paint that I bought I specifically asked if it would cover well. I hired a professional painter to paint my walls and he could not get the paint to cover right. We ended up having to buy paint from another store. I plan to call the Sherwin-Williams store to see if I can get a refund, but am doubtful they will work with me. :(

Sherwin Williams paint are excellent for our home use needs. We have tried paint brands from big box stores and stores like Sherwin Williams, and find that SW paints seem to coat better and last longer than many others.Nice new store too! Great selection.
