Experience was quick and professional. Ryan Kreamer booked my rental over the phone with me and had the machine delivered on site on time. Driver was courteous and thoughtful with the delivery. 10/10 all the way around.

Our account manager Grant Walker did an amazing job coordinating our equipment availability and delivery schedule with the local Richmond Branch. And the local Branch did a great job fulfilling the order. Zack did a great job getting the tools in that were required and communicated with us constantly on how things were progressing.

The counter sales associate was very uncertain about the equipment capabilities. The tamper that he recommended. did not do the job and we had to find a new solution for our project. This cost us time and money.

I scheduled the rental through the United Rental web site, only to find out that I was the third person who had booked online for the rough-terrain forklift for that day. However, United Rental was able to find me an extending-boom forklift from another, closer site in Richmond for the same price. This was actually a better unit for our needs. However, I was not informed that I was dealing with a different franchise company and site. The dispatcher for United Rentals dealer General Equipment & Tools in Glen Allen, VA was great to work with and really helped us as we were dealing with a TBD delivery time. The equipment worked fine and more than met our needs for the job. We rent through United Rental later on this project but I will call General Equipment directly next time.
