Finding Hearing Concepts was a life changing event for me. Hearing loss runs deep in my family. I remember my grandfather having the TV up so loud you could hear it as soon as you walked through the door .... & he was upstairs. My mother has severe hearing loss & is the 1st person I knew who could read lips. Now at 54 my hearing is severely damaged in both ears. Like my grandfather my television was always turned all the way up. Until I found HC & met Janice. Talk about courteous, kind, & patient ..... youd be describing Janice. She tested my ears & recommended the best hearing aids that suited me.Not being used to wearing hearing aids, I lost my 1st pair. Trying to save money I bought a cheaper pair offline. What a disaster that turned out to be. Loud, screeching sounds, uncomfortable fit, & no one to adjust them when they went bad. I went back to HC & purchased another set. Janice gave me another hearing test & my hearing got worse by 10 decimal points because of those online hearing aids.I said all of that to say .... if you need hearing aids there is no better place to buy them from than HC & there is no better customer service than Janice & her team.

They offered a free hearing test. They were great. No pressure to buy anything when they discovered I had some hearing loss. Their customer service was fantastic from the receptionist to the doctor. I would recommend them to anyone.

Phenomenal customer service and terrific selection of products! I’m 58 years old with a severe to profound hearing loss in both ears. I have NEVER heard this well in the last several decades of my life. Janice took her time to help fine tune the aids I purchased to give me the best hearing experience. Hearing well adds so much more joy to my life! Hearing well is life changing! If you even have a mild to medium hearing loss, you owe it to yourself to “hear” how your life can be enhanced by the right type of heating aid. The newer technology is incredible!

Im not new to hearing aids and have experienced the improvements in technology. My experiences here, have always been top notch. From very thorough testing on the latest equipment, to the explanations of my options. Janice has always been exceptional in service and a great friend. Dr. Parent and his many years as a specialist in the field. Having had the opportunity to use demos for nearly 2 weeks, has given me a real feel of my new improved hearing! Today I got my chosen colored ones, Im so very happy with my new Unitron hearing aids! Dr. Parent, thank you as well and the friendly staff for being there for taking my calls, the texts and friendly atmosphere! What a nice team at a one stop location! Your special touch will bring me back again!
