For the second time in 6 months my left aid is not operating properly. I was offered the opportunity to once again return it to corporate repair center at another cost to me of $450.Personally I think this is outrageous. In less than 12 months I would have to spend $900 to have the same aid allegedly repaired.The aid has not been abused. The local audiologist acknowledged such.This same aid has been returned numerous times for alleged repair or replacement.At no time has there been any mention of abuse by me nor any suggestion of such.It is my opinion that this repair should be done cost free to me. My further opinion is that considering the number of times it has been returned for service it should be replaced with a new aid and not repaired or replaced with one that has been renovated.

The Beltone staff was professional and courteous. I didnt have to wait, the service was prompt and efficient. I was not only informed of the overall process before hand, but was allowed to visually observe the results and ask questions after the exam. I would gladly recommend family and friends to choose Beltone for there next Hearing evaluation.
