Staff were very friendly and helpful. Decent inventory. Store was organized and it was easy to find what I needed.

Jimmy was amazing! I intended to buy one pre-owned game. After talking with him for at least 30 minutes and him sharing his expansive knowledge won me over and $175 dollars later and a membership, we will definitely be going back more and calling ahead to see if Jimmy is working! Absolutely love this GameStop! My 7 month old son picked out his first plush by himself and the staff clapped and cheered him on. They even cut off the tags for him!

Manager and staff are super nice! Store is one of the cleanest and most organized of all the gamestops that I have been to. I definitely will be coming back soon to buy more games!

This GameStop has been here forever since I can remember. They have a really good selection of games compared to other nearby stores and staff is friendly and helpful and would rather you buy a good game then a bad one.

Employees are woefully unaware of the meaning in stock. The store itself is great. Went to buy a switch and none are in stock only at the warehouse. In stock means to have readily available for purchase in store.

The people working at GameStop are always helpful and courteous in my experience. Usually pretty well stocked with used hardware and games.

Preordered item a month in advance to make sure I didnt miss it on day one. I finally come to pick it up but guy here (Brian) wont honor the order price. His excuse? The promotional price is from weeks ago... but the item came out today. So was I supposed to come and get it when it didnt exist yet? That doesnt make sense. Then he says I shouldve gotten it shipped but it didnt say anywhere on the site that the price was for shipping. If the site allows me to preorder for pick up and I have my order number and my price then you obviously have to honor the price. Otherwise whats the point of preordering? That doesnt make sense. Is it really worth it to lose a customer for not honoring a price that you set? Why do you sell items at promotional prices that you wont honor? What do you gain by pissing off customers?

As often as my kids are here, I feel like I should own stock in GameStop
