This GameStop is located at 9853 Brook Road, Suite 105, in Glen Allen, Virginia.It has outstanding staff. We find them to be very easy to talk with and they let us ask questions, and we get enthusiastic answers. They have a good selection of games and a convenient location, though it has a tight parking lot area.Once we traded in an older PS system when we got a PS2, then we went back years later and got a good deal on a refurbished PS4.Will be back!

Went in to trade in my original switch for the newer model with improved battery life. They were awesome. Were very patient with me while I transferred the profiles from the old switch to the new one. Always awesome service when I go in

I am not a gamer but came in Game Stop to purchase some Funko Pop Vinyls. I called ahead for some hard to find (atleast for me) Pop Vinyls. I was surprisingly excited to come in and find out that they had what I was looking for. The staff was helpful and friendly and I had a fantastic experience. Go in and find out for yourself 👍

Attempted to trade in my PlayStation VR today at this GameStop that I have been coming to since they opened. The ladies there did not know the first thing about hooking it up or how it works and directly accused me of trying to sell them something that didnt work except they didnt have a PlayStation 4 to hook it up to. I promptly returned back to my house and hooked my psvr up to my PlayStation 4 showing that all the blue lights work which they told me did not. Could this be that the staff is just too stupid to figure it out? I think so. Now having been laughed at and ridiculed and accused I will not be returning here ever. When am I only reasons for coming was to show support for the store. I dont need your games ladies theyre all available for sale on the PlayStation Marketplace. Which is why yall have gotten into selling socks and clothing items and nothing that has to do with video games trying to stay open. Now for the thousands of dollars in my lifetime that I spent there I will never spend another penny.

Game Stop is always busy, but the staff are helpful and quick.

I have no complaints about this location. Except it was pretty warm inside and could make it uncomfortable to shop for and extended period of time. The air conditioning may have been on the fritz that day. The item I put on hold was available at checkout. So, I did not have to stay long; I was in and out.
