Jordan was excellent and knowledgeable. He was very friendly and helped everyone who walked into his store this morning. He did it quickly, even though I had a lengthy order. I would definitely recommend going to him if you need anything AT&T

The Rep Zyaire was a pleasure! I was very frustrated when i walked in the store dealing with all the reps online and on the phone I was lied to multiple times and it was very unacceptable! But Zyaire turned it all around and fixed everybody screw ups! He definitely needs a promotion and a raise at this point. He is GREAT!!!
My phone had died and the #AT&T website said I could pick up a new one at this store. Walked in and was told “it was going to be awhile”. There were two customers standing there while the only employee was having a difficult phone conversation about attempting to set up a bee phone for someone.She hung up with the person she was talking to and asked what I wanted. Told her I was ther two just buy a replacement phone for one that died. She stated that I could not buy one outright and had to put it on a monthly plan which would take awhile. I was stunned. Our company has been with AT&T for a long time and always moved SIM cards to new phones.My take away as a 40 year manager of technical teams was this: 1) the young lady was overwhelmed and not properly backed up to perform her duties, 2) AT&T may prohibit outright sale of a phone and if true, that should change, 3) the person did not handle the “customer “ properly even if she couldn’t sell the phone 4)I’m waiting to see who wins the 5G race in my area and if it is AT&T, this store will not get my business to change out our phones.***** Update*****So the store responds days later with the comment below. Again, this shows the lack of customer attention to an urgent need. A small business cannot have a phone out for 5 days. AT&T Business unit sent a new phone out the next day and we are back in business. Retail stores need to get serious about customer service with trained people who stay on. Having built technical teams for 40 years, I know how difficult this can be. The person handling the store that day and the person responding below obviously have no clue how to listen to customers and provide a working solution.
I went here and was immediately assisted. She helped me with choosing a replacement for a messed up phone that wouldnt allow anyone or anything to fix it. Even the next day, she attempted to help me. I would HIGHLY recommend going here to purchase a new phone. Wonderful associates, simply wonderful.

Reese, (this location’s Assistant Manager I believe?) made upgrading my device quick and absolutely seamless. He answered all of my related and unrelated questions with a fantastic attitude and willingness to help. Plus, the device was delivered in 2 days which I felt was pretty quick in comparison to most places. Basically what you’ll get at this store is how every AT&T experience should be. Nice job friends!

I went into this location to ask if they were hiring. The person working told me no. Meanwhile, theres hiring signs on their front door. I asked for a list of authorized retail stores in the area. This man told me to go online and get that information. His little kid was sitting there behind the counter whining the whole time. I told him that wasnt what I asked because I didnt have access to that information at the time. I drove all the way here not to be disrespected but to get some simple information. SO RUDE!!!
Marie was very helpful with getting me the best deal possible since I couldnt afford the deposit that was required for regular AT&T service. She managed to help me get started with the Prepaid services until I can build up my credit. Thanks again for the help and understanding.

Went in to ask about switching service and the lady, I’m guessing a manager, since she said it was “her store” was very rude. If you want new customers get a better personality. We’ll take our service elsewhere.

Super negative experience. Couldn’t change SIM card and remove one line. All I’ve heard that I had to call a customer service, because there was an error in there screen. No help at all. Left with no result. Just waisted time. Still paying for a line that I’m not using and can’t use the other number, where I’ve lost my SIM. 2 lines no connection. Terrible.

This is the worst customer service and biggest rip off I have ever encountered!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!My husband and I added a line to my account and took part in the BOGO iPhone deal. Our sales rep, who either goes by Louis or Gino (not sure), did not inform us that we would actually be paying for this second phone each month...HOW IS THAT FREE??? In addition, we were promised that our bill would be once amount and then received a bill for over twice this amount. We were charged crazy fees for changing plans, which we were not told would happen. If we had known there would be fees associated with this we wouldnt have added a line, simple as that.Overall, this store and this sales rep were so HORRIBLE. How do you hire someone who doesnt explain the plans and fees to the customers? Thats terrible service and completely unprofessional!! I wouldnt recommend this location to my worst enemy. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Ashanta Rufus The worst manager ever was suppose to get back with me in regards to checking the security camera for someone who opened phone lines on my account and lied to me and talked about me to other associates and never got a call back and kept saying the district manager is going to give me a call every week was the same story never heard from him and they didnt even try to check the cameras they just cared about getting a sale they opened a line for Someone on my account without my permission or approval!!! Worst experience I ever had as someone trying build their credit up now to break the contract is $1000 another store looked up and showed the person that did it and they still dont wanna tell the fraud department they did it because they just want the sale AT&T is the worst company I ever put my money into. And they force me to pay for someone else phone because I dont want my phone getting cut off!!! This store is the worst be careful and make sure you dont let this happen to you!!!

Stay away from this store. My daughter wanted to upgrade to the iphone 6s and so we decided to go to this store because it was near by not knowing what was to come. My daughter has a grandfathered unlimited plan, in which we told the rep, David B., and even asked him if the plan would stay the same. He said, yes so we proceeded but they did not have the rose gold 64gb phone, so it was ordered and taxes are paid. First, the wrong phone was ordered after receiving a email and text confirming the order, so they get the right phone from another store, by this time it is Wednesday, we ordered the phone on Saturday. We go to the store and we tried to swap the phone but they had not reversed the upgrade, so we are working with the same rep, and he had to be guided by his manager, Ashaunta Rufus, something that she should have done before we got there. Red flag! We should have walked away but wait, they get the upgrade reversed and now we cannot upgrade because the bill was due on Tuesday. At that point, my daughter is fuming because the order should have been right in thr first place, so we walked out. I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt since we have had good experiences with upgrading. Wrong, we walk back in and pay the bill, they were asking for the taxes as well but I said NO. So we proceeded with the upgrade. Im sorry we did. The next morning we found out that the data plan was changed to 300mb. Are you kidding? As of today,11/8, we are still waiting for the unlimited plan to be added back, because I called the store and no one had responded but AT&T customer service has submitted a case to resolve the issue. Worst experience ever, as I continue to get about 4 texts a day stating data had reached the limit and $20 will be added for every 300mb of data.
