Using this business to get my car repaired and they were very quick within a couple of days they were done. Right near my house which is great, and keep me updated on all the process. What I had to have done was paint work and they had to repair some body work. Amazing Customer service when they call you over the phone to schedule your appointment. I would recommend them to anybody.

I can’t speak to the cost, as my insurance paid for the work, but I was kept up-to-date each step of the way via text, the car was ready when they said it was going to be ready, and the work was absolutely beautiful.

Our problem was small, but Manager Brian Hillis treated it as important with a responsive and prompt evaluation. Highly recommend.

The front desk lady was very sweet and Todd was extremely informative on the work that was being done to my car. All of the staff were very welcoming, i would definitely recommend to anyone needing bodywork! My car was scratched down the left side they had to replace both doors. My car looks brand new, you would never know anything happened!!

We brought our vehicle in to have an estimate for body repairs. Then our insurance company said they needed to bring it to another shop and when they came to get it Caliber couldnt find the key. The insurance company took the car without the key and then Caliber gave me the run around about how the car was taken to a third party location so they couldnt say what happened to the key. AS IF THE CAR BEING MOVED, negated the fact they lost the key BEFORE it was moved..... the woman was rude and kept feeding me that line as if it was supposed to absolve her when she was clearly using it to say its not her problem. She was horrible, her service was horrible, my whole experience was horrible. I will never use or reccomend use of this business location to anyone.

From beginning to end this shop exhibited extremity professional service. Estimate was quick, repair date was scheduled quickly, & I was above to drop it off ther night before the repairs were to begin. After beginning work on the vehicle additional damaged was revealed. Todd called me, lett me know what they found, what had to be done additionally, ther parts ordered, how long it would take, in addition to working eveything out with the insurance ccompany for me. Before I was due to get the car back I needed an item out of the trunk. I went to the shop & was escorted to my vehicle to get what I needed.I was notified once the repairs were complete & at that time advised of my deductible again When I picked up the cart I was in AWE!!!My car looks amazing & looks new.

Someone rear ended me and I got a dent on my trunk and scruffs on the bumper. Caliber replaced the tailgate with perfectly matching paint and a brand new bumper in 5 days. They are very easy to work with. They also keep you informed with regular updates via text and call.

Ive used Caliber for the past two repairs we have needed and they did a fantastic job with both. Todd handled our most recent repair and he was pleasure to work with. Todd kept us up to date daily from beginning to end and the quality of the the work appears to be excellent.There are closer Caliber centers closer to our house, however we choose to keep going back to the Mountain Rd location due to the friendliness of the staff and the great service and quality of work.

Showed them the aftermarket bumper did not fit and got them to put an Toyota bumper on our vehicle. It was ordered pre painted and installed within hours. They did a great job on repairing the front end of my Subaru after an old, really heavy truck backed into it at a pretty good pace. They’ve stood behind their work and were very friendly and polite, qualities that aren’t easy to come by. I will be back and will refer anyone who asks about a good body shop!

State Farm sent me to Caliber in Glen Allen for hail damage. I needed a scratch fixed that I would pay for separately. I went in for the estimate on Tuesday, August 27. I did not have time to wait the 20 minutes after they looked at the car, so I asked to have the estimate emailed. I called on Tuesday, no estimate, but I set up an appointment to bring it in on Tuesday, September 3 for repair. I called again on Wednesday, and was told I would get a call back. I did not. I called on Friday, and got disconnected on the first call. I called back and stayed on hold until the person doing the estimate was available. He asked if I wanted the estimate before the work was done. I said, well, yes. He said he would call me back. No call back. No estimate. It is now Labor Day weekend. The State Farm website shows no estimate submitted either. I called to leave a message to cancel my appointment on Tuesday and the voice mailbox is full. I see all these great reviews, and wonder why I am getting such terrible service, but I wont wonder for long. I will be taking my car somewhere else.

Got a nasty scrape on my cars bumper when someone clipped it in a parking garage. Caliber did a phenomenal job with the repair and matching the sapphire black metallic paint perfectly. Communication before and during the repair process was top notch.

Caliber Collision on Mountain Road is my go to for any and all auto repair body work. We recently took our car there for repair and all I can say is what repair?? You cant even tell where the damage was not to mention the paint was matched perfectly. We were very pleased with the work on the vehicle, and the courteous staff. They send you texts through out your stay for repairs just to let you know how things are going with your car. Sure, you can opt. out, but I found this feature to be very helpful. From the front office to the repair shop they are #1. They even vacuumed the inside of the car before returning it to us...Now, who does that?! Not, that I want to be at the body shop, but when I do need to be there our cars will be handled and taken care of by: CALIBER COLLISION!!

Wow, just wow. My insurance company (USAA) sent me here for an estimate after a tree fell on my car. The employees were so incredibly friendly, helpful and very, very honest. I feel that nearly ever car-related business I have ever dealt with has tried to pull a fast one on me, but not these guys. They helped me figure out the repair that made the most sense for my coverage, budget, and the damage to my car. I will certainly come back if I ever need body work again and will send my friends here as needed too. Thank you!

They took very good care of my BMW 335i convertible. There was a small issue w/ battery which we discovered later. Chris went extra miles to take care of that as well.I highly recommend them for any body work. The reason I havent given 5 is, the automatic status (SMS to your mobile) update from their shop was not reliable. But, thats not their expertise...perhaps their IT can take a look at that :)
