Troy and Erica went above and beyond and took great care of us. They were genuinely concerned about helping us, and stayed after closing to get us back on the road safely. Quality work, great prices, would highly recommend.

I would love nothing more than to give Burtons 5 stars but they have had my truck for over a month. The only work done was windshield removal. I found out that the owner had the building repossessed and Burtons has been shut down due to insufficient funds. The sign was removed today. My truck is now in the process of getting towed to another facility. They WERE a great shop in the past and now has been mismanaged.

The people at Burtons took fine care of my car. I wanted to do some cosmetic work and they knew Id be paying out of pocket . They charged me exactly what I was quoted and although it took longer than expected, Im very happy with the outcome and highly recommend them!

This is the only place in the Richmond area Ill use. Ive taken them a Toyota, Lexus and Porsche at one time or another. Got my Lexus back and one of the parking sensors wasnt working. May not have been anything they did as these parts do fail over time. But no problem, they replaced it without question. Big difference between them and Bruces. Got a car back from Bruces and the job was HORRIBLE. Then they acted like I was crazy to not accept their shoddy, sloppy workmanship. Bruces is right around the corner from my house and Burtons is a pretty good haul. But Id drive twice as far for quality, timely work which is exactly what I receive from Burtons EVERY time. And if you have an insurance job, Enterprise Rent-A-Car has a desk in the lobby. Just drop off your car and jump in the rental and go. Couldnt be easier.

I just wanted to tell you what wonderful service I received after my vehicle was in an accident. You made my vehicle look brand new. As always your service and customer experience is second to none. I will never trust anyone else with my vehicle.

I came in because of a hit and run on my bumper. I told them that I needed the car back in 4 days because I was headed back to school. There were able to get the bumper cover, paint, and install it within a 24 hour time frame and I had my car back the next afternoon.The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and I could not have asked for a better experience.I will definitely be using Burton Paint and Body Shop again!

I was referred to Burtons by my insurance company. I had nothing but a wonderful and positive experience. From the time that I dropped my car off and then came back to get it, I had a great experience. I was extremely happy with the work that they did. Additionally, they communicated with me what was happening every step of the process. Highly recommend.

Great customer service and work.

Back in February of 2016 USAA selected Burton Paint and Body for the necessary insurance claim. My vehicle had an extreme amount of front end damage(nearly totaled). Miraculously, what looked to be impossible Burton made my vehicle look like it had just rolled off the showroom floor of a dealership. The customer service extended from the entire staff is by far something i wish every business could emulate. I am writing this review some months later as i just had a supplement claim. Again the staff was extremely helpful with getting my vehicle back on the road. Thank you for everything Burton Paint and Body.

Back in January 2018 USAA highly suggested Burton Paint and Body for our insurance claim. My husbands vehicle was hit twice while it was at a standstill in a snow storm. The whole front of his car had damage and the bumper was cracked and falling off. Burtons made it look like it was perfect and never touched. Their front desk and customer service ladies were fabulous with both my husband and I. Unfortunately some of the detailing on one side of my husbands vehicle that had to be replaced due to the accidents popped off less than a week after it was out of the shop. It was just a defect in the lining of it. We live up by Charlottesville, so getting down to the Richmond area is a massive pain. We reported it to Burtons who then also got in contact with another body shop closer to us here in Cville and they completely paid for this re-fix while also profusely apologizing. We hope to never have an accident again, but if we do we know that Burtons are worth the trip. This staff is great!! Thanks again, everyone there at Burton Paint and Body!!

Burtons took care of me! After having my bumper painted by someone else, I took it to Burtons in hopes of a better job. The staff was very helpful and the bumper looks fantastic. I am giving Burtons 5 stars because Google wont let me give em 5.5 stars. Well done indeed!

Amazing staff, very skilled body guys and the nicest girls work in the office. Have done a few BMWs for people I know, and will be doing the work on both of my BMWs this winter.

My bumper got ripped off and my insurance company (USAA) referred me to Burton. They were thorough and professional in all respects. I cannot think of a single complaint.Plus they finished my work 2 days before it was originally due.
