Consignees BEWARE! I was shopping there this week and noticed a consignee bringing in her things. Before she could even share her name or acct info, the clerk just went off on her about what she had brought! I was close enough to hear the lady explain that she was from out of town, was allowed to bring her things in lg bags at any time and that this had been previously approved by the owner for some time. The clerk was not having it and loudly berated this poor woman like a rabid pit bull! You could hear her thruout the store. I was impressed that the out of town gal kept her cool (best she could), I wouldnt have! I had contemplated bring my things here to sell....NOT NOW! If it wasnt for people consigning their items, there wouldnt even be a consignment shop -and- that horrid clerk would not have a job. I couldnt get out of there fast enough (to avoid being rung up by that clerk) and will not be shopping there again anytime soon.

Used to be one of my favorite places. After getting a new owner the quality of their clothes has gone down tremendously. They offer one day a week to drop off clothes and only until they meet their quota. Which is usually about half an hour after they open. Theyre no longer very customer feiendly and the new owner has absolutely no understanding when it comes to other peoples schedules. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

One of the bigger second hand stores I’ve been to. Really great selection. A lot of items were similar to targets pricing but they also have sales. I got like 10 items for $46.

Excellent customer service and prices.

This was by far my favorite place to shop in Gillette a few years ago, then I moved out of state. While visiting Gillette over the weekend shopping here was actually a scheduled event. Sadly, their prices have skyrocketed and I can buy new clothing for what the used clothing is priced at and the staff wasnt friendly at all like it used to be. I actually walked out without buying anything because the stuff I found that was cute was so over priced and they were both included in their sale of the week. Too bad, Gillette lost a gem.
