Walked in due to a flat tire. They told me that they typically only take appointments on Saturdays because there is only 2 techs. After talking about it for a minute or 2 they ultimately decided to knock it out and fullfilled our warranty. Would highly recommend these guys. Couldnt be happier with their quick service and willingness to help even tho they were booked and super busy. Thank you guys for your help!! We need more people in this country like the two of you! Traveling through town and needed a quart of oil. Went to Midas and they very generously filled my oil at no charge!

My engine blew outside of Gillette and was towed to this shop. I could write a book on how well they took care of us! We were on a trip from Wisconsin to Yellowstone. Dan and his crew treated us like family I’m forever grateful for having them on my family side with dealing with our insurance and suv problems. They replaced the whole engine along with a few other issues. I would 1000% recommend them! I made it back without any engine issues. They know what they are doing! My only problem was MSP airport wouldn’t let me bring them more cheese from Wisconsin lol. It’s rare to find that kind of service anywhere! Thanks again everyone at Midas!

They were awesome. They didnt get but half of it fixed, and broke their vice. and didnt charge as nothing because they didnt get it completely fixed but it worked and thats what counts.

He is kind, incredibly helpful, good at explaining, has your best interest in mind, gives the best quality, and cares for your wallet. Technician Matt was great with my car. He took his time to make sure my chrome rims didnt get scratched and that everything was perfectly on and balanced. Brandon the store manager was great helping me get tires ordered and just taking care of my needs as a customer. Great job!!

Mason & Matt & team are the reason for these 5 Stars. Secondary was the service. 2005 Ford Focus is 16 years old but engine runs so I bought it for $200.00 ! Rancher literally hauled calves in it. Spent $213.00 detailing the insides phew. Now looks & smells new ! But what about whats underneath. They looked at everything and gave me a list and helped me prioritize what needs to be fixed or Serviced First. Surprisingly its just maintenance that was never really done there is nothing major. I will start with the first priority and let them handle it until my project car is done and then I will have paid Midas for my peace of mind when I drive this car to the top of the mountains and down the steep slopes. Engine mounts, struts and shock absorbers, brake shoes and brake Pistons. Power steering flush and engine oil flush and coolant flush and last, brake flush. A stabilizer bar and a few other odds and ends and I will have my midlife crisis car. This car is exactly like my very first brand new car. It brought back memories and for $200, I could not go wrong. You wouldnt think a 2005 Ford Focus ZX3 would be anybodys trophy car or midlife crisis car but for me it is. I went in and explained that and told them I wanted to purchase, peace of mind, because this car and I will be in the mountains going up and down those steep slopes and Im going to pay for the Peace of Mind knowing I can get up the mountain & back down and thats what I got. Ive been around the World 4 1/2 times including The Northern Artic & Antarctica and every place in between and now its time to see the mountains of Sheridan and Wyoming. I am 62 years old and have owned 16 Vehicles so far all of them were purchased used except the 2005 Ford Focus and a Mercedes Smart Car. You might save yourself a local garage mechanic might be cheaper and that could be true. I have to look at the bigger picture because I travel everywhere and that local garage mechanic cannot follow me around but Midas is everywhere its a National Chain. There are products that have a limited lifetime warranty at Midas so almost anywhere I go not far away theres a MIDAS so if anything goes wrong Ive got that warranty. If they charge just a little more than the local garage mechanic then its worth it cause not only did I purchase a limited lifetime warranty product and great service but I also purchased PEACE-OF-MIND. Its exactly like when you purchase a monitored home burglar and fire alarm system. Every time you turn it on and leave for work or extended vacation you have the Peace of Mind knowing that if anything goes wrong the company that monitors the burglar and fire alarm will call Fire Department or local authorities to get help and then notify you as to whats going on while you are away from home. As for as my Car is concerned Midas National Chain & Sheridan Midas are my PEACE-OF-MIND. Ill pay just a little more for that !

Not the best location. Taken 2 vehicles here for maintenance. Brakes on 4 tires cost me $1600. We took my girlfriends car for replacement of battery and oil change and he called back and said $500! I said WTF!?Anyways took my own battery there and they did labor. It ended up costing only $250 for labor which was a bit hard and the oil change. Still felt ripped off and won’t go back though.

Best shop in town by far. Theyve fixed all of my mess ups from other shops, I definitely cant give one complaint. Owners are super sweet and friendly. If youre looking for some quick and beneficial work, Brendon is your guy.

Made an appointment online on the weekend when I knew they werent open. Said online theyd respond within 30 minutes of operating hours thru phone text or online email. Nothing ever happened. Dont expect last minute business.

Each time I have had car issues, (or even just want a thourough service check) they take care of me and give me the best prices in the area.I was recently in to look at pricing for the snow tires. I had been into 4 other shops in town checking pricing. The front office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave me a great price and threw in a free maintenance check!They never try to run up prices. It is obvious that the staff attruly care about the safety and reliability of the vehicles their customers are driving.I will ALWAYS give Midas my business. Too many places around town have forgotten about the hometown care that we need to bring back to our small corner of Wyoming.

Awesome place! Went in and talked to Brendon about getting my air conditioning looked at on my car and he was super friendly and able to get my car in quick and it get it looked at.

Misleading? I went in to have a full service oil-change. I let them know my truck died earlier that day and I had to get it jumped. I asked if they could check my battery. Got a call later that day letting me know that my alternator was shot and my battery needed to be replaced. This was all going to cost me $500+! I asked why so much and they gave me the work detail to include a new alternator for $180 (parts) plus $130 in labor. I called two other stores on the sale price for the alternator and they both stated the selling price was $99. WOW! a 80% markup?But wait theres more! I took my so called shot alternator and drove it over to Auto-zone, got it tested and guess what? Alternator was just fine but my battery did indeed need to be replaced. I installed my new battery and everything is working well. Pretty interesting how a simple oil-change turned into a possible $500 repair that was completely unnecessary.I understand cars can be difficult to figure out but in this case a autozone guy figured it out before a mechanic from Midas... I wont be going back to Midas anytime soon.

Every time I look for a good deal. These guys are at the very bottom of the list. I know places that will do the job a lot better for 3 times less then Midas.

Called and asked for a alighnment, when I asked they wouldn’t let me talk to the manager, after I had been blatantly disrespected by a employee saying he could help me and he was gonna send someone to track me down. Very disappointed with the service, also talked to another guy I knew who also called today and got a appointment when the employee said they were booked out for 3 weeks. Very very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!

I walked in on Tuesday and was instantly told that the next available appointment time to have my car looked at, would be for the following Monday at 8 am. Puzzled, I confirmed ...Memorial Day?....Yes! responded the overconfident attendant.So, come Memorial Monday I drove into town. 8 am...doors are locked, phone calls unanswered....9 am, 10 am, 11 am, the same....The shop was closed for the holiday but no one had the decency to call in advance and notify their mistakenly scheduled customers, myself included.The next morning I called right at opening time to inquire if it would be possible to bring my car in sometime during the day....(since I was inconvenienced, stood up, drove at the crack of dawn on a holiday, etc)....but I was greeted with total dismissiveness and inconsideration !!!....I was rudely told by a manager that they were booked all day and that it was very unlikely that they made the scheduling error!!!.....No apologies whatsoever....as a matter of fact, not even a trace of responsibility acceptance!!!To the overconfident attendant that scheduled me, the clueless manager that answered my call and the owner of the shop, I offer you the correct spelling of a few vital words:CUSTOMER SERVICE, COURTESY and ACCOUNTABILITY

Went in to get oil leak fixed. They charged $750 to replace the oil pan gasket. When I got the tuck back, oil was still leaking. I took it back to Midas. They said fixing an oil leak can cause it to leak other places. They said it would be another $350 to fix the new leak. I reluctantly agreed saying that it better not leak when you are finished with it this time. They said they no longer want to work on this truck. When I got an oil change at another place, they said the oil pan gasket needs replaced. I brought the truck back and said you didnt replace the oil pan gasket. The guy at the counter said I watched them change it, your truck is a piece of ####, you shouldnt be spending money to fix that thing.I wont be back and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I wish I read some of these other reviews first.The response below is not even from the owner. It is from midas Consumer Relations team.

I took my truck in to have the front rotors fixed. Seemed real friendly and got my truck in right away. Although when I picked up the truck they told me that the back brakes were out of alignment, so they adjusted them. After driving away I heard a grinding noise coming from the rear brakes.I took the truck back in and they said that they fixed it, well again driving away the grinding noise was worse than it was the first time. So, again I took it back a demanded it to be done correctly. The guy at the front desk admitted that he should have done it correctly the first time but caught himself saying it and changed the subject.So, all in all took the truck in for the front brakes and left three times with having to spend the money to have all new brakes put on, when the rear brakes were fine to begin with. I feel that I was scammed into buying new rear brakes.I wouldnt refer anyone I know to these con artists.

Absolutely terrible service I was calling around to compare prices on an alignment and I called Midas and talk to Steve and he hung up on me several times and was threatening me to send someone to my house because I asked for an alignment check!!!! Never go here for your vehicles service very untrust worthy and disrespectful!!

My wife took her car here for an alignment and was told the car needed 3 wheel bearings to tune of $1,200.00 or alignment was useless. She called me we took car to professional mechanic who laughed and said they just saw woman to take money from.Midas will never get one cent of my business again.
