Get rid of your ridiculous mandatory mask policy. People drive to your place of business and we don’t keep masks with us. Masks are not mandated by the government and should be optional or encouraged at best!
I use this location for large print orders for business and Laura is wonderful! The orders have been quite large and she has always had them to me in a timely manner. The cost has been very reasonable. We will continue to use them for these larger print needs we cannot accomplish in house.

I was attempting to have some PDF files printed for a Dungeons and Dragons campaign and ended up talking with Joey. There wont be enough room in here to tell you how pleased I was with the service I received from him. Just absolutely above and beyond. I wish he could be my full time customer service go to. I hope this company recognizes what they have in him and he is promoted. A man like this is capable of changing the atmosphere of an entire building. I am going to be printing a bunch of maps from now on and Im only going here. If he changes offices, I will change offices. Im dead serious. Hes going to make this place hundreds of dollars just from me because of this. I just got off the phone with him abs I felt compelled to leave a review immediately.
Of the two times I’ve been here, Seth has helped me both times. And both times he’s been extra helpful either with shipping oddly shaped items and printing drawings that my daughter made.

Joey is very nice, polite, efficient. I came all the way to this location after leaving the power rd location and having a horrific experience to a very pleasant experience and it needs to be noted. Fantastic, quick and responsive customer service worth raving about. I even had the return label printed for free vs UPS that would charge a couple dollars for the same 2 pages printed. I have never had a problem with FedEx and this FedEx is a great business example for the package shipping industry. Thank you Gilbert FedEx. Will always come back.
I have used this location to ship items a few times over the last couple of years and only have had positive experiences. This last time I found it impressive that FedEx can ship anywhere in Arizona the next day (and for me this was less than $10). I also love how they actually use technology and have the sender and recipient information in their system. For people like me who do not ship a lot they always hear my criteria and help me decide the best way to get my package delivered based upon my situation. Also love how they can pack your shipment to keep everything safe in transit. Kudos to the team here for their hard work and expertise!
I never leave reviews... I am in awe. No words can express how grateful I am. I came in to pick up a 130 lb dresser for my sons nursery with the help of my mom and brother. For some reason, thinking it would fit into my moms car with the seats down.. it didn’t. Went back in and Aundreah saw we were struggling and said I could hold the package there by the end of the day. Unfortunately, my boyfriend is out of town with his truck and I didn’t know anyone else with a vehicle that could fit this massive thing.. I hesitantly asked her if there was any way it could be delivered to my apartment (to the 3rd floor), she checked with her manager and the manager checked with the package handler, Emilio, he said yes!! This guy came and conquered. He brought up a 100+ lb 5ft dresser 3 flights of stairs while losing a shoe and I felt helpless because I’m 35 weeks pregnant. I have no words. I felt terrible but I am forever grateful. Phenomenal customer service, especially during these crazy times. Thank you so much Emilio!!!!!
Super nice staff. I had to return a item that I had a horrible seller experience with and was in a bit of a bad mood. The box was somewhat damaged from original shipping and opening. They jumped right in and used a whole bunch of tape to secure it up and empathized with my situation. Their kindness made my day a better!

Do not use this facility for any print services. I submitted print orders from home which included a resume for an interview tomorrow (importance noted). We arrived, waited on two other customers, the customer in front of us was doing a passport for which the camera did not work at all (should have been symbolic here). Got to the counter, and I was told the order of resumes and important documents was suspended and canceled. The facility never bothered to call me. The employee had no explanation for why there was no call - they just decided I didnt need my print jobs. I told the employee what the print job was for. I dont think he couldve cared less. I would NOT recommend this place for anything important at all.
I hate how they all you EVERY SINGLE TIME what Im shipping. Ask me if it has prohibited items, thats fine. But its none ya biz beyond that what Im shipping.

Came in yesterday and wow!!! TJ was such a huge help. I had this massive 80 lbs package. And he was nice enough to bring out to my car and help me load it. Which was not fun and seemed nearly impossible. I thought he was just gonna give up but he stayed and kept trying. Fantastic customer service.
I know it is the busy holiday season. Made two drop offs on two separate days. The staff could not be less helpful or friendly. I truly felt that I was an inconvenience to them. Must have been the East German customer service training. Ive been to more than 20 FedEx Print and Ship stores for business and this one would win the gold prize for Best to be Avoided. From now on, I will be using Postnet in Gilbert as they are (1) super helpful and (2) really friendly.

Dropped by for a simple document scan. The young lady working was alone with a couple of other customers that needed help as well. She handled all of us with no problem and was very helpful even though she was busy.

We needed same-day business cards and this FedEx was the only place in town that said they could do it. Sheri helped us get our logo over and our cards made within an hour. Sheri delivered top notch customer service - we will be back!

Worst, most disrespectful customer service Ive ever dealt with in my life with VERY high pricing. Have never shipped with FedEx before or had anything printed. I had 2 negative situations at this store: both involving bad pricing and one involving horrible customer service by the manager...1) The first time I was wanting to get 100 postcard handouts for my business double sided with color. They quoted the price for almost $400. We went to another local place to get them printed in GREAT quality for $40.2) The second and last time I went there, I was having them ship a bowling ball that I sold on Ebay. Because bowling balls are heavier it is recommended to ship them in the original box that held the ball and a second one on the outside. This is what I did so I knew that I was doing everything I should have. The manager who was working behind the counter told me I needed a different outside box because the outside box was damaged. The box was a little bent but the integrity was not compromised. I told him it was double boxed and he changed the argument and said that the outside box didnt have the double-wall feature to it. I then had to open up the box after working so hard to package it so he could see it. I looked confused and concerned which the manager had no seem to care about. As I looked confused the other lady working commented, I guess this is what you get when youre nice to people. This baffled me b/c the way the manager explained the whole situation to me was anything but nice, it was actually demeaning and non caring. I still sit here confused b/c this manager did still not explain to me why my boxing was wrong, he didnt say they had a policy involving a double-walled box or anything. Ive never been treated so poorly in my life and if this is how these employees are going to treat their customers, sadly they dont deserve to have a job that directly deals with customers.

With UPS and USPS you usually get some helpful answers along the lines of, your package needs to be in this box, wrapped this way, et cetera. Not here. Instead of getting useful answers and helping you ship your package, you get a broken record of, No. They advertise they offer shipping solutions. They dont. Im 100% sure if the sender had given me a return label for UPS, they would have wrapped it (additional charge, of course) and it would be on the truck en route to its destination right now.

Short version: Whitney the assistant manager was rude and power tripped and made the following statement: YOU WOULD BE SURPRISED AT HOW MUCH STUFF FEDEX LOSES.Detailed version: I usually go to the UPS store a little further up Gilbert Rd but unfortunately the company I received defective tires from was only able to print a return shipping label for FedEx. When I got to this FedEx location the assistant manager named Whitney was very rude and seemed to go out of her way to flex what limited power she has by making my experience as difficult and unpleasant as she possibly could. She refused to accept the return shipment and she tried to force me to buy a box and tape from them before she would even think about accepting it. I told her I was shipping them back just how I received them and that the tires have alredy been proven defective and are made of rubber and unbreakable. The tires were fixed together and banded at 4 points. I demonstrated how well they were held together by throwing the tires in the air and catching them then by bouncing them off the floor and they were fine and still banded together just as I said they would be. I told her it is beyond unlikely that they would separate and for one to be lost. (If you can think of a scenario where someone is carrying 2 tires and they separate and one bounces away without the carrier noticing please let me know) To which Whitney the FedEx Assistant Manager replied: YOU WOULD BE SURPRISED AT HOW MUCH STUFF FEDEX LOSES. That statement pretty much cemented my lack of confidence in FedEx and made me an even more loyal UPS customer. When even their own employees at management level who are providing horrible customer service (&by reading other reviews you can see there is a history of it) will tell you that the company they are working for loses all kinds of stuff. Now the difference is night & day because when I go to the UPS store they are friendly and go out of their way to give me a positive experience. The UPS store has helped me tape up packages for free, they offer a military discount and they even waved the notary fee for me as well when I presented my military ID for the discount. This FedEx Assistant Manager Whitney was nickel & diming me trying to get me to pay for even a little bit of tape or cling wrap and offered no assistance whatsoever to package it up. She refused to accept the package and told me to take it to the FedEx station by the airport which I did and the guy at the FedEx station was good and told me they were wrapped just fine and happily accepted the shipment with no trouble at all. If you have the option of shipping UPS or USPS I recommend doing so. If your only option is shipping via FedEx I very strongly recommend you at least avoid this particular location until they have a change in management and make improvements to how they treat customers and if Whitney the assistant manager is right then you shouldnt use FedEx to ship anything you care about having arrive because as she said: YOU WOULD BE SURPRISED AT HOW MUCH STUFF FEDEX LOSES.
Ive had a few bad experiences at this location, and today will be my last. Honestly shame on my for continually giving them second chances. I came in to pick up a print job. It was pre-paid, should have been a 1 minute stop. The two gentleman behind the desk took over 8 minutes to even acknowledge me.After todays experience Ive promised myself to find a locally owned print shop. Bye bye FedEx Office Print & Ship Center.
I called before going and stated I needed to print a attached file from my email then scan and send it to a potential employer.The employee, Shana said I could do that and told me what it would cost. I drove 15 minutes to her location and she then said systems were down and we may not be able to do it. She printed my docs then said she couldnt send them. She still made we wait to ring me up for 30 cents. She should have apologized and not charged me 3 dimes but apparently she felt no responsibility for having me drive there to not accomplish what I needed. Ridiculous. Will never go to FedEx Kinkos again.

Tom is still just as awesome. Clean, all equipment has always worked. Although like all FedEx Office locations, do not plan on using the free AT&T WiFi. It barely runs at 3G speeds on a good day.
FedEx as a whole has fallen out of favor with me. Every package I was set to receive in 2019 that came FedEx, has arrived late. Sometimes only a day, sometimes several days, but nothing in the whole of this year so far delivered by this company has come on time.
Went in to simply print but the black and white printer had an error after we paid for our prints. There was one person working and a line out the door. The employee didnt seem to have any sense of urgency, making small talk with the customer she was waiting on. Waited over 40 minutes to print. Ridiculous customer service, dont go here.

I just went in there to have a project printed out in color but the cashier said that they have a huge order that the order will be done in 90 mins. So i told the cashier that Ill be back. I came back 2 hours later and I told the cashier I needed my project printed ( I think she forgot who I was) and then she said that she has this order here and it will take 3 hours til it gets done. Then I told the cashier, I was here about 2 hours ago and you told me that to come back in 90 mins? She came up with same excuses like paper jams etc. but no apologies what so ever. Now if there was an apology then I would be ok but none!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!

Horrible wait times. If there is like 5 people in line it will take like 1 hr or more to go through all of them Ive waited in line for 1hr and 30 min and there was like 6 people in front of me. Ive shipped stuff here like 4 times and every time it takes more than 40 min

If you are shipping for business do not bother coming here, even asking several times that my account number was entered and both employees here insisting that it was my large shipment was over $100 more than what I was quoted. I later found out after taking my business elsewhere that the account number was never entered.

Stopped by to drop off a return package and was in a hurry. Employee told us there was insufficient packing in the box and that it could damage other boxes then proceeded to charge us for the extra packing material. The box was being returned as it was originally shipped to us from Amazon. Dont trust this place.
