Probably would give this place zero stars if I could. I went looking for a certain type of lever handle that they didnt have. I was going to buy a lever but i found another similar lever while on my phone. I changed my mind and told the old man that i was going to pass. I was then told dont come to the store if im going to change my mind. I was told i shouldve looked online before coming in. Cool customer service, i gurss thats what its like. The old man also gave another customer an attitude. Im very disappointed.

Wish I had seen this place years ago. Beautiful showroom packed with first rate merchandise related to door hardware. They had hard to find materials I needed to perform long needed repairs to the back door onto my patio. Found a great resource for anything related to doors right in my neighborhood.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly service. The showroom has a great selection to choose from. I needed drawer and cabinet door hardware for a remodeled bathroom and was able to get exactly what I wanted. I got good advice about the proper size of hardware to get and they were very helpful when I needed to add one or two small items as an extra order.

Great selection, prices are pretty comparable to internet. They are a private business so if they want to keep the doors locked and limit the number if people in the store to what they are comfortable handling at one time, thats fine by me. Im not shopping there in the hopes of there being a party going on, Im there to get cool stuff at good prices.

They should close their doors. Front door is locked and you have to make an appointment to get into the showroom. They have a great showroom with top of the line products but they seem so afraid to conduct business like the rest of the country does by allowing people to social distance, face mask ect. My advice is to close your doors and stay at home the rest of the country will do fine with out your service or lack thereof. I will search now for another supplier who can handle themselves and not cower behind locked doors. Adios

These guys have been my go to guys for all my door hardware needs.

Tim helped me to replace my very complex Hoppe brand lock for $200. It was shipped a week after it was ordered, and arrived via ground service a week after that. So for two weeks my home had no locking door. There were no installation instructions with the lock, and although I had provided very precise measurements the lock was 4 longer than what I needed. I contacted Tim seeing advice and installation instructions but after four days I still have not received a reply. Arizona Hardware might be a reputable company, but I would avoid Tim at all costs. He was useless to me and I see this is not the first time he is mentioned in these reviews. Beware!

Was able to find a lock mechanism for our old security door by just bringing in the old parts to their store. Being they are local, this made it so easy to get my lockset. I cant give them 5 stars cause some of the screws in their new kit did not fit my door correctly and was told by the man answering the phone they dont have any in stock and that I should visit a hardware store to find them.

If you need anything hardware related for doors this is the place. Fantastic selection and even better customer service. I was having trouble tracking down some unique hinges for my front door and Arizona Hardware had exactly what I needed and for a very reasonable price. Also had an exceptional customer service experience thanks to Rebecca Chapman. She really went above and beyond and was a pleasure to work with.

Seriously, if you are looking for cabinet hardware or door handles this is the place to go. Amazing selection and reasonable prices. If you are doing a project, theyll give you a discount on the price. I highly recommend them.

As an Interior Designer, I am specifying interior door hardware and cabinetry hardware on just about every project. Holly at AZ Hardware is awesome! I can tell her what I am looking for and she pulls the best products in the price point I have requested. Many of my clients have met me at the showroom and love the quality and variety of products on display. We always find what we are looking for. I highly recommend Arizona Hardware Headquarters.

Dont waste your time here. Sales rep said he could get what we needed. We even brought in the exact item needed and placed a $1000 order. They ordered us half of the parts which ended up not fitting anyways then said we couldnt return them. I would understand a no return policy if we ordered without the exact parts to show, but not if we brought in the exact item needed and it was ordered incorrectly by the sales staff. Its been 4 months since the order and were still trying to get a refund.

This place is awesome.. If you have some hard to find item chances are they can get it.. I went in looking for an old style hinge in a new finish.. All the other retailers have it but in the wrong size... I went to Arizona Hardware, talked to Neil, and pow, he was able to order my stuff. Thank you arzona hardware...

Worst experience i ever had. I had to track down a lock for my door and dealt with a guy named Tim, who helped assist in facilitating the order through hoppe for casette lock and door trim. He articulated that the part was 120 dollars and that shipping was 150 dollars. When I received the package which was all of 30 inches long by 5 inches wide and less than 10 pounds that he mis quoted the shipping and charged an additional 50 dollars. The shipping is extortion and the turn time to receive the part was over 2 weeks meanwhile I have a door broke in my house. Buyer beware. Utilize another vendor for your needs. Going to dispute with Amx as i did not authorize the additional 50 dollars.

I went to 7 places before this one looking for a replacement mortise door handle for my security door. I walked in with my old ugly gold door handle and the gentleman quickly found me a door handle in Satin Nickel that fit PERFECTLY! The only problem is that this was not the 1st store I went to! Thank you so very much!!!

Dont bother shopping at this store. I was there today, 6/26/17, shopping for knobs, I had questions, and the young woman who was in the store was barely helpful. No reply to my attempt at friendliness, disappeared when I had a second question. Im certain I can get a product online or at Lowes/Home Depot.

Was great the cells person was very knowledgeable help to me with some new products that I wasnt familiar with and offered a lot of assistance in the future thank you very much

Awesome place to explore options your hardware options for kitchen, bath, doors, etc. Never seen so many varied options in one place....better than the internet because you can see, touch, etc. and you have the wonderful assistance of staff such as Rebecca and Neal. We spent over an hour looking for new kitchen, bath and door hardware. Rebecca was very helpful telling us about the products and pros and cons of various shapes and sizes. Neal spent time telling us about electonic exterior door locks. These folks know their merchandise and how to help a customer solve remodel issues. The price quotes we received are comparable to unknown sellers online. Highly recommend this place!

This past December(2016), we ordered the Soho Handleset front door hardware. Our original front door hardware (16 years old), was no longer the standard and AZ Hardware was the only one we could find that sold a comparable model. Unfortunately, the company who refinished our door, could not install it because the Handleset from AZ Hardware was MISSING PIECES. I had to call a locksmith ($49) to correctly install it using other parts to make it work. I contacted AZ Hardware (Tim Fargo, our very nice salesman) and complained. I didnt want to return the Handleset as it was now installed in my front door but I did ask for them to cover the $49.Tim was very courteous and did inform me he would speak with the manager as he was confident they would refund $49 (the original hardware cost almost $500). Despite 4-5 calls to them, the manager was never there nor did he ever return my calls. I wanted o file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but AZ Hardware is not certified by the BBB! Buyer beware. If you purchase anything from these guys, make sure its not some refurbished or partial set. These are not honorable people.
