Horrible service. Took an hour to load up 4 bundles of expansion and a box of 100 caps. Very disappointing

Walked in and got helped in a decent amount of time. Our phone in order had was only written on paper. Girl at the front gave me my paperwork and said drive around back someone would help you. Well i drove around back and waited 10 minutes before someone approached and asked if i needed help. The whole time workers were all around me but no one stopped to ask if i needed anything. Once i got helped i had to wait for my order to be manufactured. Whats the point of doing a will call if i still have to wait for you to manufacture my products. Seems pointless. All in all wasted my time and will not be returning in the future

Gilberts store is the worst store in which they have treated me terrible service they think they are going to give you things as a gift you are going to pay for a service they need to change their attitude I and bought in other white cap stores they have treated me very well I would like put less one star

Small parking lot for deliveries, staff is super friendly and helpful.

HD supply or white cap has what you need for construction or they will get it.
