The store is very clean and well-kept I dont mind shopping here at all. My only concern is one cashier. And she is the slowest Ive ever seen. Poor thing she wears enough jewelry for the entire store. I know its hard to get help but I dont think she needs to be cashiering. I prefer a faster service at checkout

Ever hopeful trying 3rd closest store. Nearest meat too small an area. Lousey service to restock. Prices dont reflect sales items too often 2nd closest prices not given for sales, nor thank you price. Cost me 14.00 more last visit. Took a while with receipt( poorly laid out if clarity or transparency is ol. If obfuscation or deceit, then format works ). Hopefully 3rd times a charm, last check, cant go more than 25 minutes away.

Good old Bashas great local food chain that has no been sold to a California company we will see how that effects my hometown grocer prices are decent some good deals and okay customer service close to home so i go a lot

Staff wasnt very helpful or friendly. Stood at the deli counter and was ignored while they proceeded to help everyone that walked up after me. Looking forward to Bashas getting better with this new company acquiring it.

I like coming here, this place is rarely ever packed. They do get busy from time to time but even then, Im still out rather quickly. It is ALWAYS super clean and doesnt smell weird like some places do lol. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Honestly I hate shopping at this Bashas location for the sole reason of the mini customer in training carts. There is always a kid screaming that they want one or screaming because they cant have one, and once they have it there is always a kid left partially unsupervised to ram the cart into your shins. Would be better off without

This store is so disappointing. I’ve lived here for two years and it doesn’t get any better. The produce is never fresh and often sitting out way past its shelf life. Nearly every package of berries is rotting or molding, I open squash often to find they’re dried out or molded, vegetables are dry and leathery… it’s bad. Their meat often has brown spots and isn’t fresh. And their overall item selection is poor. Go to Frys instead. Stay far far away.

Friendly faces and well kept store. The bonus this month was the great watermelon they had. We went back for more.

Great store...Not the cheapest option but awesome to grab a few things! And dont forget they have the best ground chuck for your burgers!

Had a great experience yesterday at the meat department. One of the butchers (Joshua M.) was very friendly and personable. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great visit. Joshua M. is a rockstar and Bashas is lucky to have him!

Nice, clean store. I usually don’t have any issues but I had purchased a 35 pack of water last week. It had a weird chemical like taste to it. I called the manager who told me to just bring it in. My issue is when I returned it to customer service the lady just acted as if she really didn’t want to hear what I had to say when I explained what was wrong with it... like obviously I had an issue with it because who wants to carry a huge pack of water back to the store? I probably won’t be coming back because I felt like she either didn’t believe me or whatever the case may be. I wasn’t really greeted politely either... and I noticed she did greet others.. I liked the store because it’s close to my house but I’ll just go elsewhere ...

Friendly Staff & competitive prices

Last minute Fathers Day orange juice was great. Prices are on the higher side but thats the cost of convenience. Self checkout was easy as always. Not very many hand sanitizer stations. Come on yall. Let me huff the alcohol...I mean lets promote hygienic habits. :)Floors were clean and not sticky. Lights nice and bright. Come on. Just go already. Its a grocery store. Who needs to read a review on a grocery store? They got drinkable booze, food, and last minute Fathers Day OJ for breakfast. Not convinced yet? They have a Starbucks inside.Thats right go get yourself that drink and sweet pastry you dedicated review reader you!! ;)

Clean spacious attractive store. Delicious smells of food cooking and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Store is nice and clean, but check the expiration dates! Ive found old stuff here a few times and today it was expired bagged coffee. That stuff is good for years, so I know thats been sitting for a very long time. Even the packaging was different. There isnt enough business at this location to keep the stock moving. Staff is hit and miss. Some are friendly, but most ignore you.

I dont usually shop at this Bashas but it was convenient to do so today. I couldnt believe how bad the produce was. Moldy tomatoes, moldy grapes. All the bell peppers were wrinkly and old looking. I had a hard time finding three good avocados, they all looked over ripe and were not firm at all, they felt hollow. The onions were also mostly rotten. I would pick one up thinking it looked ok and the bottom was rotten. The bulk section was half empty. When I was looking for chips I found a bag that has something all over it.My son did have a great time in the cub house. The bagger was also very friendly.

Always a nice store to go to. Found some low carb tortillas that I havent seen elsewhere. Really good!

Used to be mainly farmers that would visit, but they adapted. Sushi, great butchers, the meat dept. Is awesome, no problems other then stock when they have great deals

Shopping Bashas is a whole different experience from any other supermarket today, isles are wider lighting is easy on your eyes which makes reading labels a snap.huge selection and variety of items.just a real fun experience.

I go to this store because it is close to my work, an quick stop on my way home. After a few trips to this store, I will no longer shop here or at of their locations. I have had rude customer service, I have paid $10.00 for a pie just to throw it in the trash, no one in my entire family would eat it. I have spent a good amount of money on meat just to get home to throw it out, because the seasoned meat was to cover the fact that the meat was going bad. This place is not worth it, go down the road to Safeway, you will get better service and better quality of food.

The staff is friendly. The store is clean and well stocked with a large selection and great pricing. I live in Morrison Ranch and my grocery store roster line up is: Bashas, Winco, TJs, Costco and soon to open, a German store named ALDI (great little store).

I recently had an awesome experience with their bakery! I had been calling around trying to find a birthday cake for my boys 1st birthday - I didnt realize I needed 24 hours and I was so bummed. I called this location and they told me it would be cutting it close and very simple but it would at least be the colors of his party. Sure enough they had the cake done and ready to go in time. I really appreciate the neighborhood feel this location had versus the corporate world of sorry policy is policy. They went above and beyond to make my little boys birthday complete!

They are covid19 compliant. You must wear a mask and stay 6ft apart. The have multiple self check out stations allowing you to manage your purchases quickly.

Very dissatisfied. I used their app to create a list, however, there is no in-store WiFi and it is a data dead zone. Therefore, I was unable to access my list and did not get everything I needed. Their loss, I would have spent more if I had my list.

Bakery is amazing! Went to order a cake and they were so friendly. My cake came out perfect and tasted amazing. I strongly recommend going here for all bakery needs. Can’t beat the price

While this is a great grocery store with wonderful selections. I would highly recommend against using the inside ATM needed some quick cash and after the batch of the ATM the debit card was hit twice for fraudulent charges. I’m only speculating however, it is the only time I used my Debit card while in Phoenix. What probably happened is my card number along with pin was sold on the black market and another card was encoded. Lesson learned.

Produce and meat are my favorite departments. Will go a little farther to shop here

Tried buying a stuffed bear on clearance it wouldnt scan. I tried looking around for help but everyone avoided eye contact. Worst service ever. I took it up to customer service I said I tried to buy this it wouldnt scan. She took it and said ok. Didnt offer to see if she could try to scan it or if I still wanted to buy it. Again worst service ever. Will not go here unless needed.

Love this place. Came here today for the first time since I cam here with my mom(she passed in April 2017). Used to always come here for their ground chuck. Emotional, yes just coming here, but it was nice to come back.

I was looking for deli products. I found a much better selection at Safeway after I had looked at Bashas.

I was born here and raised here in Phoenix i moved to mesa a few years ago and was happy to see a bashas not to far from me. The store is always clean the employees are very friendly and kind and a very quite store it not very packed busy which i like..i do not care to go into high volume store like wal mart or costco..this store i use every where i go in Arizona i go and stay in oak creek canyon Sadona when i can and i use only bashas there..just love this store and only place i will use as my local grocery store.

This store is horrible, no one wants to help you and it has the rudest night staff Ive seen at any Bashas... Actually, from ANY big chain store. Michael, the night manager or whatever he is, needs to be retrain on customer service and ethics/morals. He is cold, rude, and demanding. Instead of asking what he can do to help you- he directs you, the customer, as if you were a child and he the narcissistic parent. Come on Bashas, that thats the best you can do on management? I saw a teenage boy sweeping the store who Im positive he would he a much better leader then Michael.

This grocery Store is simply amazing. They are always so friendly and courteous. I actually lost my wallet at the Starbucks in this location and return to days later inquiring about it. They had locked it up in a drawer that a manager could only get two. Every dime of my cash was still in there. They just made my day. Thank you for being so honest. I will continue to shop here and make this my primary grocery store and tell others of their phenomenal service.

You can get in and out fast . You dont find everything you need, but basic breads are covered

The store is so easy to get in and out of. Its more expensive than others but sometimes its worth it to save the headache of a packed store. They have remodeled recently and the store is much more inviting. The staff is friendly and the bakery is really good. Check the dates on the food or you may end up buying expired items (always a risk at low volume stores)
