This Albertsons is very busy but it is kept clean and was a delight to shop in. They had unique and good quality gifts in their florist department. I love the climate controlled display case the best bouquets were kept in. The live lobsters were fun to watch. I loved finding the unicorn bubble blower. Your entire family will love their shopping experience here.

I always feel sad when I walk into this Albertsons. Not sure why but it just seems unwelcoming. The store was out of a lot of items I needed. Besides the checker Malou (who was fantastic and super welcoming). Everyone else I asked for help from seemed just depressed to be there.

First time at this store, it was very clean and was able to find my items quickly!! Quick self service checkout. I will go back!!

At first, I did not like the idea of downloading an app to get certain discounts, but the app is easy to use and the discounts easy to apply.Scan the barcode for the discount and enter your phone number at the cash register to apply.Overall, the store is very clean, quiet, and stocked well. The bakery has many amazing things to try also!!

What a clean store and everything that I needed was so easy to find!

I placed an order 3 days ago for a sandwich tray, fruit tray, brownie tray to be picked up at 10:00 a.m. Today. Were having a 4th of July party at my house and I was on a very tight timeline. When I arrived promptly at 10:00 a.m. to pick up my order they had just started making everything. Said it was going to take 25 minutes to complete. Then I see the young man behind the counter running Out into the produce area to grab fruit as well. So at that time I knew they hadnt made anything. I decided to check out with what I had and make other arrangements for my party 2 hours before it was to start.Unacceptable!

Sara was so sweet! She was very patient with me and rang me up even though I didn’t know her lane was closed. So sorry she had to deal with a raging Karen though. Please be nice to your cashiers!!

This was the first time i have been to this location, and let say WOW!!!! So Luke a dummy I didnt know the place was closing, but needed some fried chicken. I walked up and cameron was cleaning and had already put everything away. Cameroon seen my face and asked if I needed anything. I asked if had cold fried chicken, but insisted to make me a fresh batch with out me having to ask. Great customer service!! To Cameroon in fresh deli

Fast easy and always have what I need

The cashier was awesome. She helped me with the problem on my phone with the digital coupons. Ive been to many Albertsons n Ive never had any cashier help me with the right download. Then the young gentleman went and grabbed my something I forgot. Ive always been told that I had to go get it myself. Thank you. The location was in Gilbert AZ Lindsey Rd. And Warner Rd.

The Warner and Lindsay store always provides the best shop for me experience! Its usually easy to get a same-day slot and no matter what my actual pick-up time is, they are quick to immediately fulfill the order (often within 2 rather than 4 hours), ensuring I have the best chance at getting everything Ive ordered before its gone out of stock. Plus they call me if they cant fill an item just to see if theres something else they can select - or if I even want the rest of the order without specific items available. Its so unlike other curbside or delivery services Ive tried and rejected (yeah, Im calling you out Instacart and Frys). And its FREE; whats not to ❤️?!?

This is my regular store. I like it because its not as crowded as Frys, and it is much cleaner than Frys. However they have an employee that works there that does nothing but complain most of the time. He is unpleasant, unkempt and unprofessional.If you frequent this store you will know who I am referring to. I wish the store manager would realize this and work with him to improve. If he cant improve then maybe he should work in a place that has no interaction with the public.I am editing this review because I want to state that other than this 1 employee the rest of the staff is fantastic and I truly enjoy shopping at this location.

Love our Albertsons. Produce can be spotty at times.

Curbside pickup was fantastic. I had Covid, but desperately needed groceries for my kids and I. We were able to pick up a couple weeks worth of groceries with zero contact and the app was so easy to use. I absolutely recommend this location!

As always, the store was clean and well stocked and has a helpful courteous staff. My go-to store for last minute dinner ideas.

I was a loyal Frys customer all my life. I live in the middle of both stores. My Russian tortoise needs romaine every couple days. I couldnt find the consistent quality or any quality at Walmart or Frys. Originally Id just go there for lettuce. At some point the cashier mentioned there app and how I was missing out. Tonight I left spending $3.62 on a $20 trip. Crazy coupons $5 off $5 or more $5 off $25 or more and Ive gotten 4 free pizzas in six months. In these times it really helps and theres actually room in the isles, not all cluttered with what their trying to put in your cart. A+ the people actually greet you and still have customer service. Everywhere else uses the virus as a excuse for poor customer service. Thanks Albertsons.

Awesome, had 21 of us there outside it was my 70th birthday and my grandsons 15th. We share birthdays.

This supermarket has a deals but man you got to get there early in order to get a good catch. Wheat bagels are gone before I knew it but I got lucky this time. Great selection, great folks that work there, and its never really too busy which I like.

It was not very busy, they have good sales and my trip was fast .

Weve been shopping multiple times a week here since the beginning of the pandemic since they usually have everything we need even when other stores are out. They also carry things other stores dont sell which is nice. Lately Ive noticed a lot of expired food after weve gotten home. I purchased roles and discovered they were over a month expired and keep discovering things I buy expire within 1 to 2 days or are already expired. I nicely mentioned it to the manager in case he wasnt aware of the issue and didnt seem to care. Since bringing it to his attention, I check everything before I put it into the cart and am still having the same issue. I tried to get yogurt for my babies yesterday and literally every single one of the kind I normally buy was expired.

First time in that particular store. Using coupons, they had what I was looking for.

Better then walmart as far a cleanliness and service. They carry Danzeisen farms local milk. The cold brew coffee milk is life, the whole milk is so fresh I wanna bathe in it lol but seriously its good. Make sure to return the glass for $2!

So strange last year there were about 5 reviews for this place and all the sudden theres over 400. I just got yelled at by my wife because the prices were so extremely high. $5 for under a pound of coleslaw. $3 for a tiny bag of salad mix. I hadnt shop there for 2 years and now Im in trouble with my wife because of this.

The lady at customer service today at 3 pm was very rude and was trying to argue with me, there was meat advertised at a price on my paper ad but had no packages with the correct weight I have found one close to it and offered to pay the difference from the sale price the customer service lady said “well it’s only $7 more just pay it “ with annoyance in her voice as if it wasn’t a big deal, later the cashier Malou gave me wrong information regarding my purchase i shop at this Albertsons all the time but today I have experience the worst customer service !

I love this place. They always have everything I need in stock. Even toilet paper!! If you go to Wal-Mart or fryes you will not find any toilet paper. I make Albertsons my number 1 store from now on.

Anarchy is what the scene was at any grocery store today. I frequented a few of them, but Ms Debbie in the liquor checkout was phenomenal despite the craziness that was going on. She got us out of there pretty quickly.

The parking lot is weird so I cant give it 5 stars. The people are helpful.

Awesome staff, super helpful. Beautiful newly remodeled store with a great liquor department with a wonderful selection. The meat and seafood department is always fresh well presented. The floral department is just amazing. The deli department will happily make your chicken fresh to order upon request. The bakery has the most delicious gourmet desserts, I recommend trying their fresh fruit tart, its the best Ive ever tasted. This store is always clean and lines are never long because they will open an additional register to accommodate business. The parking lot is very well maintained. There are never stray carts around, the employees are always on top of it. This store is just the best!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. One of the gals that works there walked us all the way to the item we were having a hard time finding. They have a large selection of beers and wines.

This is your neighborhood supermarket. You can easily form relationships with the staff. I especially love go to the pharmacy. Toni and Liz are amazing and feel like old friends. They have quick service and are very helpful.The Starbucks staff is really great as well-being they know my husbands order when he walks up.

This is by far the best Albertsons in Arizona. Robert, one of the grocery managers went above and beyond to assist me with my Just 4 U app. Roberts customer service skills are excellent. All the staff there make Mom and I feel like family. Misti in bakery did a wonderful, beautiful job with my daughters wedding cake. Mary is always there in customer service with a smile. Jacob has ordered products and assisted us in answering many questions. Hopefully Albertsons will recognize all these amazing people!Glad the Gilbert store at Warner is my store! U guys ROCK! Today (Mothers Day) I went in to ask for a store credit on rotten chocolate strawberries my daughter gifted me (unintentionally). The older female cashier that assisted me went on to loudly accuse me of eating most of them after she gave me a full refund. I was mortified not only was that untrue but unfair, unprofessional and uncalled for. I told her 2 were missing because we cut into them & they were moldy. She covered up her blunder and said just kidding .Wont go back there again. Someone needs additional training in people skills. Not the 1st incident Ive witnessed there in rudeness.

Store was clean and stocked, but unless you down load Albertsons app you will not get the U-Deals....you know the ad teasers to bring you into the store. I have enough on my phone and I am sure seniors have issues trying to down load additional apps as well. So if I dont have coupons in hand I will be heading to other stores that do not require this procedure to save money. Could be the 1 of the reasons the store is empty of customers the last several times I was shopping at this store.

Good selection, clean store, what you would expect

This store is tidy and the staff is friendly and helpful. Large open aisles and plenty of parking. Features a Starbucks inside as well as a deli counter for a quick bite. Public restrooms are kept tidy. I would recommend.

As of 3/16/20 they have some 1gallon water available, limit 2. No TP. Not a lot of people either. They usually have Chocolate croissants here too! I picked some up. Staff is touch and go. Sometimes they dont smile, but neither do I! 😁

Very clean, very nice shopping atmosphere.

Years ago I stopped going because I was coming home with expired food. But recently (a year ago) started going back. Other than the snippy checkout lady the one time the quality of the food has been good and it is very convenient. The sale prices are good and having a Starbucks helps a ton.
