The nastiest place to get hot food from. Literally ordered a lunch plate and had all the feathers still on all of the chicken wings deep-fried and then covered with buffalo sauce! And then one item looked as if 3 wings were fried together with feathers still on it as well. The mac and cheese was watery and mash potatoes were cold!! Very very disturbing and gross. I will never eat here again!!

The phone was not picked up when I called and my order was not coming up on the app, but the employees were very nice and helpful at the front of the store (greeter) and at the back for pick up. When technology fails, it’s good to know that the employees carry the store.

First of all we’re not expecting a 5 star service when we walk in the store, but asking for basket I was told « if they’re not here, they’re not here » (rolling the eyes and shaking her head..)Alright « thank you😅 »But the issue is that going there at 9pm the fish and seafood aisle is literally empty.When other stores are highlighting fresh products here you got only frozen stuff..I leave across the street and I’m disappointed that as a chef i will have to go somewhere else to get quality...

Wanted to acknowledge awesome service I received today, Monday 5/17/21. I brought my vehicle into the Auto Care Center to replace my battery. The technician who came to help me, Tristan (6787), was incredibly pleasant and helpful despite the team being short staffed. He helped me get my vehicle in place when it wouldnt start even with a jump. He was friendly and made the whole process from start to finish easy. Thanks Tristan.

I came to get a gallon of paint.. pushed the little button.. heard the announcing help needed at the paint counter... I was ignored for 30 minutes... kept pushing the button... no one came by... just some employees glanced at me then scurried away... no real customer service if they dont have knowledgeable people.

Clean, organized, shelves are well stocked, hard to find items like smoked pork neck bones were also in stock, well done! Not 5 * because I see trash still in shopping carts lined up at 2nd the front of the store.

To go into a Wal Mart is like drinking for the first time. You go in with hesitation and by the end you’re stuck with feeling like you’ve had too much and you won’t do it again. But of course you do.

This location is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly. The shelves are well stocked and prices are typical of other WalMarts in the valley. This location does experience issues with teenagers causing havoc around the store on weekend late evenings. This didnt change my rating but some customers were annoyed. I would still recommend this location for anyone needing a good bargain.

Auto guys were top notch! Battery died and I was in and out of there in less than 10 mins with a new battery.

Not quite sure what was up at time. Dont usually see this kind of behavior. Was in process of leaving store 10 mins before closing when noticed couple of employees walking up to customers and demanding they leave the store because was closing. Overheard one say customer didnt have time to purchase items in cart because too close to closing. Seemed odd. Usually announce on PA system store getting ready to close and to finish up and bring items to register quickly. No such behavior this time. 3 stars for this visit.

Grocery shopping at its finest, everything you want or need is there, the one stop shopping experiences leave you satisfied that the time you took was well worth the trip and the money saved allows for more visits.

Good place to shop. Hard to find some items because youre out and you never know when youre going to get supplies in per your employees.

Really struggling to have enough workers to be at the registers. The garden shop doors have been locked because there arent enough people to have out there. We go during the day and there is usually one cashier working in the main store. Dont go Wednesday afternoon, this is when schools let out an hour early for teacher PLC and so parents pick up students, head to the store, but only one check out open.

Open at 6 AM Sunday, missing the 24-hour days, but at least I was able to get critical items before a 7 am meeting on Sunday...

Purchased a bike for our daughter up at school @ NAU in Flagstaff. It was preassembled. Have had to go back up to fix it twice now due to loose parrs or improper function of the gears. To the point it made her fall off the bike and damage it beyond return now. Will never purchase a bike from her again!

Walmart always has what we need. This time a metal pineapple corer worked perfectly. All kitchen products have been upgraded

Received my second covid shot. Very easy process and the pharmacy staff were courteous and knowledgeable.

Walmart shopping is usually a pleasant experience! Most stores are pretty similar, so finding stuff isnt as hard, and one thing they should definitely take pride in is the produce. Ive gone to stores where Ill get a bell pepper that looks perfect, but if you dont use it within a day or two its already getting fuzzy, but Walmart has produce that usually tastes great and stays fresh for a little longer! Thanks for being awesome, Walmart!

This Walmart over charged me by $150 on some grocerys when I went to customer service right after checking out to get it solved manager had to go look at the video to make sure I wasnt stealing something then told me he could refund it to a gift card or I would have to wait 3-4 days to get it refunded back on my card quite amazing how it takes them 30 seconds to take your money but almost a week to give it back

The shelves for the disposable plates was practically empty. It only had 10 percent of the correct amount. I am very disappointed. There was lot of things not stocked correctly. I am very disappointed. Management needs to step up

The people who work there are very nice.the building inside and out needs some help. Garbages full, trash outside all over. People begging for money with signs on the corner. The whole environment inside and out was kind of trashy.

This is my choice of Walmarts to shop in. Clean, well stocked, friendly associates. Masks still required to enter and shop. Personal shoppers still sometimes block isles. Now they have begun to stage the filled orders in front of the eggs and it can impede shoppers from reaching the merchandise.

I used to really enjoy Walmart and seeing all the different people and generally friendly cashiers but since they remodeled it, Im thinking about shopping elsewhere. I dont like the fact that there is one cashier in 60 self-service aisles. Am I getting a discount for doing their job? Oh hell no not to mention I got to wait forever if Im buying beer or something that they deem you have to check your ID. No Walmart used to be a nice experience I think its pushing me more towards fries or bashes

The worst store in this area. Ive watched this store apart since it first opened. Two biggest complaints would be the staffing. This store has been badly understaffed for a few years now. Number two would be environmental. This store is always hot. The cashiers always keep a fan at their register. You get the impression they no longer care, that being said its walmart

This Walmart frequently closes and locks the front doors and turns off all the lights 30 minutes prior to the actual closing time. The employees start harassing customers about the closing times over an hour before closing.The employees make it painfully obvious to customers how much they want to leave, to the point that it is uncomfortable to shop there.Edit: Don’t bother going to Walmart for cigarettes either. They only have self check out in the evening, and the employees will not go get a pack of cigarettes for customers.

I mean its Walmart lol but I will say we visit this one late on a Saturday n they close at 10pm. Olwe had a cart load n they only had the mini self check-outs available. One of the gentlemen up front (not sure if he was a CSM or a cashier) offered to open up a register n check us out himself. Blonde hair, glasses, about 5ft8 or so..I cant remember his name. Either way THANK YOU to that guy 🥰

...I dont mind going through the Self Scan, however, when thats the only register thats open, and your checking out and have 3-4 employees standing by to make sure your not mis-scanning your items..., those employees could be checking people out through 3-4 registers!!! Why have 17 registers and not have one of those registers open!!!

I checked the hours on the Walmart website to make sure I didnt waste my time, but still, when I arrived, the garden center was closed and locked. Apparently, managers close the garden center randomly based on their staffing. Why not just post hours and close the garden center on a schedule? Im pretty sure thats what intelligent people would do. Draw your own conclusions.

Love the grocery pickup service! Always efficient and a lifesaver with small children in tow.

I like shopping here but they dont have a lot of the things that Im looking for. I also dont like having to go through A-line and scan my own things to purchase when I can go to Sams club and scan everything on my phone pay for it on my phone and walk out the door. Now I do realize that Walmart has this app but they charge you $12 a month to use it . Thats ridiculous! They should pay me to do someone elses job

I love Walmart.com They have everything! They deliver quick, and easy,and usually free if you order is above a nominal anount! Very few mistakes or problems but if there is one then they are quick to fix it!

Busy and mostly stocked shelves. Self checkouts had broken down machines. Lines in all open checkout stands. They need to either hire more people or have all self checkout stations working.

Cheap products for cheap prices should be the motto. Never really like shopping here and giving them money but searching for specific things and only Walmart has, your forced to go. Isles are always desheveled but around Christmas its even worse. Walmart is definitely trying to cover every market and collect on everything possible. This location has a pharmacy, eye doctor/glasses, hair salon and now a dealership area. The bonus with buying a vehicle from them is a LIFETIME warranty on the drive tran.

Early morning shopping just for seniors and first responders. They have online shopping for all your needs; and a good system for grocery, and other merchandise. You choose a pickup time, arrive and text your spot# and vehicle color. Then a delivery person brings out a cart stacked with bins from whichever department your merchandise cane from and they put it directly into your trunk or back seat. If items are not available they give you a replacement for same or lesser cost, plus it shows on their app what you are getting, or what was not available. They weigh items and I find that they choose the best quality produce, cuts of meat etc, which is quite nice. If a mistake is made they fix it ASAP and deduct the cost from your cc billing. I used it 2-3x per week since 2019 Nov till right this month Jan 2021. Good service, polite helpers( I often ask for some items to be sorta because I shop for my daughter or an older neighbor too) and there is no tipping, which is their rule.

Walmart has forgotten what they are supposed to be a discount store. You can never find anybody in there to ask a question it is very difficult to find things in their stores a lot of that shows a totally empty. Not I do not understand because all the other grocery stores are not having a problem keeping stock in. I see a lot of young kids in an about Walmart that work there that dont seem to want to do their job I see them on the cell phones laughing and playing and stocks its on the floor for three or four days and it is the same stock. Ive just kind of given up on Walmart

Live near here and come here all the time. Nice area and people seem nice as well. Store is also clean and upkept. Area can be busy on weekends or holidays though.

This place was... LIT 😂😂😂 Had a good time. Only thing was is that it was packed. Took a long time to get to the actual light. However the lights were nice. Overall had a good time!

No carts, no associates to ask questions, the school supply area looked like a bomb went off . Nothing was where it should be. A very frustrating trip

The customer service was just fine. The store was clean. I didnt really get your shop too much but what I needed to do I was able to get in and out fairly quickly and with no hassles. I like that. Ive been a Walmart fan for years.

Shopping went well using Scan & Go until we wanted to buy some produce. We were told after asking a produce associate how to enter produce using Scan & Go. It can not be done using Scan & Go! Why? Maybe who ever made and launched the program didnt think people wanted to eat fresh fruit and vegetables! Obviously the program was launched before everything was fully thought out. And another issues was manufacturers coupons. There is no way to get credit before you check out. I was advised to pay for the order and then take the digital receipt to the service center to get the coupons value back. That didnt work either.... I had to return the product then pay for it separately in order to get the coupons validated and that took 15 more minutes. So disappointed with the Scan & Go. I would not encourage anyone to sign up for Scan & Go until they get these problems fixed with the program.

Restocking of shelves needs to happen.

Wal-Mart is Wal-Mart busy crowded people standing in middle of aisle like they invisible best thing is the people counting when you come an the Ranch chicken when its fresh.

I had the most lovely cashier today. She has positive energy and was friendly and kind spirited. When I asked how she was She said, I never had a bad day and I could tell. I would love to talk to the manager about her!

Store was clean and busy; everyone was wearing a mask. Prices are up a bit, covid related increase I guess. Shelves are full and items are well arranged. Plenty of staff available in the store to help. Auto center going through changes it appears, had quite a bit of bad reviews lately, hopefully improvements become evident and sustained.

The people are friendly and the prices are great.
