This store was very nearly organized, and fully stocked with everything I could possibly need for any type of craft I could imagine. It was very clean and the employees were kind and helpful. It was a bit odd to see 6 full isles of Christmas decorations in August!

This place is great for when you are looking for specific art supplies or just want to start a new hobby. They offer a multitude of supplies from paints to yarn for knitting. I had personally bought some sketch books and pencils for my silly doodles. But regardless of your artistic skill, this store has it all for you.

There is so much to look at and see. They carry a small amount of apparel baby through adult xx; like t-shirts,short and long sleeve and sweatshirts only. They do not carry all of the primary colors. Would like to see leggings or sweatpants. There are household decorations small fixtures, material arts and crafts, silk/plastic flowers and lots more.

LOVE Hobby Lobby! If I was rich, everything in my house would be from here! I love how its broken down by theme and its easy to find everything! I wish they had a self checkout option but thats just me being impatient. My husband and I spent a day date here walking through the Christmas aisles and it was great!

Some of their employees are so helpful and then some act like you’re ruining their day by asking for help. Well stocked. Love christmas tree.

Had the wall art we were looking for at a good price. Some other items on sale also. Big selection of furnishings.

What can I say don’t support 1/3 of the alphabet. The store has an excellent selection of crafts and hobby materials. The employees are very nice and helpful and go the extra distance

So, I’ve been coming here for a couple of months now and it’s been hit or miss. I’d say that for the most part the people that work here are super friendly. The reason I would only rate this place at 3 stars is because there are several individuals that I have interacted with whom have been unnecessarily standoffish with me. I’m a large man in stature and I understand that I come accross as somewhat imposing, especially with how I dress on my days off from work. But I am still a person. Being blown off and having individuals be combative with me when I am simply asking for a little assistance disheartens me greatly. I understand that you all have your operational tasks and stocking to do, but I never asked for more than 5 minutes of your time. I don’t believe I will return to this particular hobby lobby.

I always love going to Hobby Lobby to look around and get ideas about projects I can do at home! It will always be one of my favorite craft stores and I’m glad I live so close to one now!

I went into this store to just look around. 2 hours later I left with a cart load of things. They have so much variety! Many unique items too. Prices are very reasonable.

I love the deals and the option but noticed that it always takes forever to get out of this location. I wont be back to this store. I waited in line for about 15 minutes while only one cashier was helping customers. She was doing her best and helping someone with their purchase so that was not the issue. I did notice that two other young ladies were talking at another register the whole time. Not until some sort of manager walked up and told us the other register was open did they stop to ring us out. I dont mind lines but the customer service is lacking at this store. Dont recommend this store

I was at the checkout with over $70.00 worth of merchandise and my 40% off coupon and I was told they discontinued coupons! Imagine my surprise when the coupon I was showing online on the Hobby Lobby site was valid through the next day. Why are they offering coupons if they are no longer honoring them?

The staff is great... that is a good thing because I think it is hard to find anything in here. I feel like I need a staff member with me every time I walk in here. Other than that its a good place, with reasonable prices.

Went to HL to check out jewelry findings. All the necklaces were on sale. I wanted a 24 inch antique gold chain for a gift. No 24 inch chains in stock. Lots of other sizes. I picked up some packaged blank cards for 50% off. Each week they put a number of craft items on sale. Get the app and never miss another sale. Waiting for ink pads to be 40 or 50 off as I need some new colors. Really miss their 40 off coupons. Please bring them back. The stores have good bright lighting.

Hobby Lobby is fortunate to have Makenzie. I was impressed how happy she was and very pleasant....hard to find these days!!

Great assortment of any type of decorative items desired at good prices. Only issue is that they do not have a good selection of framed prints.

Love it but dont go there for Halloween decor. There is none.

Went in for plastic Easter eggs and tiny things to go inside them.Also found Independence Day items to add to a wreath. Plenty of holiday related items plus everyday use items on hand.Prices are good. Employees are quite pleasant, most agreeable to interact with.

This place is enormous and the employees are eager to help but not very knowledgeable of their products, I had to find things for myself. I would have given 5 stars but the lady told me they didnt have what I was asking for then walked right past the item on an end cap.I did politely point them out as she would have walked past them a third time.

The Gilbert and Germann store is spotless, well-stocked, helpful staff, and the KINDEST cashiers on Earth!! Listen...their gal named Trinitee is the sweetest, most patient cashier, who frequently works the Returns register, and never bats an eye at multiple bags and receipts...she makes you feel like you are the only customer who matters at that moment...and when I tell her that I might see her the next day, to bring it all back, she smiles and says, OK, not a problem! Customer Service, and kindness goes a LONNNNG way, when you have so many choices to shop. Hobby Lobby is like a mini-vacay on a small budget...the satisfaction reward is caring Cashiers, like Trinitee!I have asked many staff members for their help, and never felt like a burden. The female Head Cashier was jovial, and super respectful to her staff. I dont know about you...but I ENJOY shopping in a place where staff members are happy, and seem to enjoy their job. So they dont take coupons anymore...there are SO MANY WEEKLY DISCOUNTS...just wait a week, and itll be on sale! I got some things on a Friday, they went on sale starting Monday, I brought them back, and they gave me the sale price...Cmon, who DOES THAT?!?This is MY STORE, and Ive never had a bad shopping experience...sure they get busy...what store doesnt have rushes? But Ive seen them periodically check the lines, and call for backup, and theyre careful to take the next person in line. This store is the perfect blend of caring, community and service...Im sold!

Great looking store although i did not buy nothing..

The cashier did not say a word to us as we checked out besides the total and just stared at us up and down, very uncomfortably the whole time at check out. Did not smile was not friendly what so ever, when before we walked up they all were laughing and talking to amongst each other. I have never experienced this much lack of friendliness from someone in customer service. Probably won’t be back to this store.

It was my first time in Hobby Lobby. I was going to get a water coloring set for my son. The employees that are were very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. They have some awesome deals where it was 50% off. Just about all of the store had discounts from 20 to 50% off. I would recommend going here for any craft needs. We went in for one item and came out with several items. Its very easy to have something catch your eye. It was well worth the trip though.

I love hobby lobby. Joanns is closer but after my last trip to hobby lobby I realized its worth the drive. The staff is helpful and friendly, the merchandise is wonderful. It seriously has everything I could ever want with incredible sales. I love this place.

Great store!!! Lots of memorabilia, great decor for house from wood, metal, mirrored items. Items in all colors. They sell silk flowers, plants lots of choices. Decor for seasons.

Ive always called it snobby lobby. It just seems that staff is not friendly. However, they have items you cant find anywhere else. Store usually has great sale items.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. I was surprised to find some water soluble oil paints on the shelf, which I might have found a lot more useful, if they also carried linseed oil designed for such paints, but it didnt seem to be something that they carry.

Love this place. The sales are always great. Find a coupon online for 40-50%off one item. Just keep going in and out and repeatedly get the 50% off until you get the 25 non sale items you wanted....hahaha, not really. You could though. It would be great exercise.

HL is a very well stocked, clean, well organized retail store.

Loved all t hff e stuff the stuff they have. Just unhappy how they offer coupons to get a discount and they dont honor them. I wanted to buy a table and they said coupon could not be used for furniture. I stated coupon does not exclude furniture and the did not honor it. They need to redo their coupons. Very upset.
