From start to finish D.Moe Contracting completed every stage of the process quickly and in a highly professional and expert manner. Rick, who was the individual who did my template measurements, measured everything precisely and exactly and even pointed out some details about the project that I didnt consider. Eric and James, who did the actual install carefully removed the old counter tops with no damage to anything. Eric and James then professionally & expertly prepared the area for the installation of the new counter tops paying attention to every detail. Because of their expertise and attention to detail the installation of the counter tops and new sink went without a hitch. The entire removal and installation process took less than 2 hrs. They also made sure that any questions I had during the installation was promptly answered and consulted with me on other aspects of the installation as they did the installation. These are the kind of individuals that any company would want to keep and promote. These are the kinds of individuals that makes a great company. I would very highly recommend D. Awesome from start to finish. I love that the elderly gentleman who came to measure for tops used an old school wooden folding ruler like my grandpa & dad used and wrote figures using pencil & paper. They fit like a glove!I would defiantly use them again.

We just had countertops installed by this company through Home Depot. I have to say there was some confusion due to a my having a large farmhouse sink, but in the end it worked out okay for me. Jose and his partner were extremely professional and Jose is an artist. The countertops are beautiful and beautifully installed. Both men were pleasant and understanding, and their biggest concern was for the work to be well done and lasting. I feel that it is and will last me a lifetime.

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased countertops through the Home Depot and Rick from D. Moe came out to measure. While in my home, we discussed the idea of a tile backsplash which I was not into based on the way my current cabinets are. On the day of installation, they arrived 3.5 hours late. Later I was informed they changed the time and left me a message I never received. When the countertops were installed, they left a gap between my wall and the countertop-for the tile I would be putting in at a later time. Of course day of, no one of authority was available to speak with and I would need to wait over the weekend until Monday.Since I did not receive a call within 2 hours of their offices opening, I called and spoke directly to the owner. If you are expecting some kind of urgency or understanding of customer service from the owner....think again. He was condescending, and quite frankly, flat out rude. According to said owner, because I signed a paper with the letters FTS written on them, my complaint would not hold up in a court. My argument is, if FTS means you cut my countertop short, shouldn’t you inform your customer????At this point I ended up speaking directly with the management of Home Depot. After going round and round...(D Moe did not think they were at fault) they finally agreed to put in a 2.5 inch backsplash to cover the gap, paid of course by Home Depot.Today, they arrived, on time if not a bit early. Shortly after their arrival, I was informed they cut 3 of the 4 pieces correctly, but the largest piece was cut with a quarter inch edge vs. the eighth of an inch all other pieces and my countertops were cut at. So, again, they will need to come back. After the installer left, I noticed that one piece is also an eighth of an inch shorter than the countertop themselves.I don’t care if you have installed 80,000 countertops-as the ever so polite owner informed me of- the incompetency I have experienced voids all of that. I will never do business with this company again, and I will make sure that anyone I come in contact with doesn’t either. If you are looking to get new countertops, spend the extra money and get stone....heck-I’d even recommend laminate if it means not dealing with the only company in Southern AZ that handles Hi Macs.
