Custom Stone Works fabricated and installed all of the stone work in our Water n Ice store in July 2017. Our store has been in the same location since the 90s and hadnt been touched. Petros, one of the owners, was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process by helping select the right stone for our purposes and was great at communicating throughout the process. Other staff even assisted with the design aspects of the store - you dont get that with most fabricators! The install crew was courteous, answered questions, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. They even arranged to come in when the store wasnt open as to not disrupt customers. Price point was competitive as well. Overall, a great experience. I will recommend Custom Stone Works to all of my commercial store owners and to friends for their home.

Custom Stone did our kitchen/bath remodel a year ago. Only had to make 1 call for our backyard oasis/BBQ. Custom Stone all the way! Truly an effortless process from start to finish. We were concerned because we really didnt know much, but Matt and Greg helped us understand the process and what we should expect. We were able to find a quartz by visiting their showroom. Great experience with Custom Stone Works - thanks Greg! We decided to use porcelain in our home despite hearing horror stories about bad fabricators pretending like they know the stuff. We did our due diligence and visited shops as well as vendors for truly capable fabricators. We landed on Custom Stone Works after visiting and grilling Greg and boy are we glad we did. Everything looks amazing... perfect cuts, seams, amazing miters, great installers. We felt like we couldnt have been more well taken care of. We had Custom Stone Works fabricate and install countertops throughout our house - kitchen, several bathrooms, shower walls, and exterior BBQ. We had really expensive quartzite material that several other fabricators told us they couldnt do a complicated edge on and porcelain shower walls which, apparently, there are only a few in the valley that know how to work with them. We met the whole team - Petros, Greg, and Matt - and they all made us feel welcome in their showroom and Greg was able to help us in the field when we walked our job. We felt confident with Custom from the start and it paid off.The job turned out phenomenally. We couldnt be happier with the care and time they took, the craftsmanship, and follow up after the job was installed. You get what you pay for! These guys arent cheap, but the price is a phenomenal value for what you get. Weve used budget granite companies in the past. Custom Stone Works is not that. They are CUSTOM - the Mercedes of stone fabricators and installers. High quality everything from sales to fabrication to installation. Couldnt be happier and would highly recommend them to anybody. Horrible business! Went in there for a simple piece of quartz. Was greeted nicely in front, was taken to the back by one of the stone cutters to see colors and styles. When I asked for the quote, they took me to a guy that was half asleep guy sitting at a back corner desk. He said he would get to it later and call me.The stone cutter said same day and next day service is available. The half asleep guy told me a few weeks. I asked if I can get it the same day and he responded with, what do think, we just spit out stone here. When I told him his worker told me the same day, he said maybe two weeks.I asked his name and he told me not to worry about it.Im hoping the owners see this so they can deal with him. He had dark hair with real bad balding.

Honest company that does great work. We needed an extra core hole drilled about a week after initial install. Called Petros and he had a crew come out the next day when they were in the area. Thats customer service! Great experience!

Custom stone works is awesome there teases amazing....I need a new granite counter top and back splashes due to some very bad cracking and broken pieces....they came in and match my counter tops as close as possible and they nailed it....I highly recommend them to anybody who needs new or repaired tops

These guys are the real deal! Custom did the whole house... countertops with waterfall panels, full height splash, bathrooms with custom made integrated sinks, and shower walls. Everything was done perfectly and the Karidas family couldnt have been nicer. Support this local business!

Petros and his team really knocked it out of the park on my house. Price was very competitive, they were right on schedule and very professional. The quality of work was second to none and I would recommend these guys to anyone. I will definitely use Custom Stone Works again.

Do not use this company. We had quartz installed. Had to have them come out twice within the week of install for repairs. Now after 7 months we have a crack in the counter top in which was at no fault of the home owners. When we notified Custom Stone Works they are very hard to work with. Poor communication from the owners and very disrespectful on the phone etc. They went through a transition in owners during our process and it hurt us in the long run. Spent your $7,000 elsewhere.

Price is decent, they take a really long time to do the job compared to other companies. Also on install day came 90 minutes late, i asked them to make sure to keep it tidy. The granite still had dust over them, left ton of debris on my garage, and same with the kitchen area. Also for such a large business, they do not accept American Express. I love the granite, but not thoroughly happy after spending 5k.

Not some fly by nite cheap fabricator. Legit operation and family run by the nicest pple. Truly care. So happy w/ my tops. Would recommend to all :)

I would recommend Custom Stone Works to anyone looking for new countertops. We had them do our kitchen, pool house, 4 bathroom countertops and a fireplace. They were courteous and professional throughout the entire process. Couldnt be happier!

You can tell they care and have pride in the job they do. We didnt know how to design a backsplash but because of Ceasars experience in the field, he told us what he thought would work best for us.
