I have had a monthly membership to this Cobblestone for a couple years now. My wife and daughter and I all have them. It is worth it as long as you go at least once a month, and we all definitely do. I go twice a month for a full cleaning where they clean it by hand, and I use the drive thru wash at least once a week. That would normally cost me at least $100. It is a great deal, especially living in the dustiest city in the world. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and hardworking, and I have always had great experiences. Certain times on certain days can get busy and take awhile, but they get everyone out quickly and the service does not suffer because they are rushed. Definitely check them out for all your car cleaning needs.
I would like to acknowledge one of your tall male employees who saw me on my knees in a near by parking lot trying to see what was dragging under my car. He immediately came all the way across the lot to help me out. He laid on the ground and removed the dragging tray and directed me to pull into the open bay at your business. He reattached the tray and also in the process found that I had a leak in the air conditioning unit. He advised me how the proceed and got me on my way. I was pretty shook up since I had 1/2 hour drive home but he was so nice and helpful and assured me it was fine to drive. I wish I had asked his name because he definitely should be acknowledged and appreciated for his kindness and excellent customer service. He was a tall gentleman, dressed in complete black and on duty between 2-3pm November 3, 2021. Thank You Thank You Thank You !!! 😃
Visited about 3wks ago and I wasnt going to leave a review but after reading that my experience is a repetitive experience at this location, I thought I would drop a line. Purchased a hand wash for my large truck and it didnt turn out very nice. Spots on black truck untouched by a wash rag and the rims looked horrible. My husband said, did you actually pay for that? This location should train better or hire new people.

I dont recommend this company. The last time I went through the carwash a significant portion of the equipment was missing. My car completed the wash with soap and dirt all over it. I pulled into the hand detail area to let the staff know there was a problem and the manager told me he knew about the problem. I asked him to hand clean the areas that were left a mess. He replied no, because I only paid for a basic wash (poor service). He motioned that he wanted to send my car through the wash again. I did so, and the result was the same if not worse. I explained to the manager that they shouldnt be operating the wash if its broken. He stated it was already down for 4 hours and he couldnt have it down anymore. So basically he was choosing profit over the customers. Many cars drove away with soap all over them (not good for paint). The manager refused to listen or do anything about the problem. He refused to provide the name of hos manager or anyone above him that would understand this wasnt appropriate. Searching the internet for a customer service solution showed me that a lot of people have had bad experiences with this company and they make it hard to contact anyone for complaints.I had to go spray my car off when I got home.Cobblestone your manager is horrible and therefore your company is horrible.Dont trust this company.
I dont usually do reviews but I felt I needed to here. I went in today for a car wash. After inspecting it, it was a TERRIBLE job. Seemed no vacuuming was done, footprint all over the bottoms of doors. Multiple water stains over body of car. Will be requesting a refund and taking my cars elsewhere.
They did a great job with my car and I purchased an unlimited plan because I was very pleased with the employees and my car looked amazing.
Pre-payment of a auto detailing. We were told the cost would be $260.00 and that they would throw in their super deluxe car wash for free which was never received, he gave us a Basic wash. And then when my husband went up to pay for it, it was now $330.00. My husband is hearing impaired, and did not hear or question the cashier about the charge because we agreed upon a $260.00 dollar detailing less than 5 minutes ago. When I asked for the receipt and saw that the charge was now $330.00, I went out to the salesman, Anthony to ask what was the upcharge. He proceeded to tell me that he was doing me a favor by using a different wax and that the truck needed it. I explained to him, I didnt agree with his explanation and asked to speak to his supervisor. The supervisor that day was Brian, he was extremely apologetic, he stated that he couldnt refund me the difference because it wasnt corporates policy? He said that he would have to go to his supervisor, Lisa, to figure out how they would rectify the unauthorized over charge. This took place on October 24th and still on the 28th, I have no resolution. Every time I call the car wash to speak to Brian he is unavailable and the person answering the phone is apologizing for his unavailability. I will never use this car wash again. I am hoping in writing this, I will finally get a response.
Paid extra to get my leather seats wiped down (also have monthly membership) and it doesn’t even look as though they wiped them. A wet towel would wipe off all the dirt that is seen these pictures, which I had to do once I got home. There’s still dirt on my back seat as well. This is the third time at this location where I’m having the same issue. I thought first time it was a fluke. Second time, okay I’ll let it slide. Today I specifically asked what would be done in the Platinum wash before hand. This is terrible work and I will not be going back.
Wanted to give a shout out to one of your EXCELLENT employees, Alyse. I had my car in for an oil change in the morning and later that day noticed some strange colored exhaust. I was super anxious because I have four kids in the car and really know NOTHING about cars. I called and talked to Alyse and she reassured me and told me to come back as soon as I was able and she would take a look. I came in a few hours later when I could and she personally looked over everything, explained what could have been the issue, gave me an all clear, and a reassurance if I have any other issues to come right in. Not only was this super helpful and reassuring to me personally because I had no idea what to do, but I had my four kids with me and was very stressed. I just want to highlight though how kind, patient, and respectful she was. She was smiling and positive the whole time. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and listened and cared about my situation. She emphasized their focus on safety and that she completely understood my concern. She is an excellent communicator and explained things in laymen’s terms that I could understand. Just an all around fantastic person to work with. Thank you, Alyse, for your help and kindness! She deserves a bonus and a raise!!!
My wife went in for an oil change and car wash with a $23 coupon for being a 1st time customer. She was told that the oil change would be $69 because the vehicle manufacturer recommended synthetic oil. She debated for a bit (and felt like a hostage because someone had already begun some work). MY VEHICLE DOES NOT REQUIRE SYNTHETIC OIL, that is a scam...recommended because it goes farther, maybe, but definitely NOT worth the PRICE GOUGE. I would NOT recommend this establishment unless you are ready for BAIT and SWITCH!
This was the first time I visited this full service car wash since I moved here. Everyone was so nice and took the time to explain the different levels of service and answered all my questions. They did a great job with my car and I purchased an unlimited plan because I was very pleased with the employees and my car looked amazing.
Best Cobblestone location in the valley! They took really good care of my beautiful black car....full inside & outside detail, wash, wax and a gorgeous ceramic coat! Chris took complete care of the timing and details professionally! I cannot remember the gentleman‘s name that did my detail and ceramic coat, but I asked for the best guy and they gave him to me! Im so happy and worth every penny💎💎💎
I went for an oil change and wanted to use the online coupon. I was told I couldn’t use it because of synthetic oil junk. I got $15 off of $80 or so price. I wasn’t prepared for that. Thought that was lame.But it was nice to have a car wash, vacuum, and inside windshield wiped down. That was a nice surprise. I also signed up for a free basic wash too, which was nice. So it made up for the price. I was from out of state.
When dropping my car off for an oil change I let their staff know I wanted a really good car wash, that it needed to vacuumed really well. They suggested I paid more money for a better car wash instead of electing to just take the free one. When I left I waited around all day for the call that my car would be done. When I never received one I decided that I better just go check to see what was going on. My only estimated wait was an hour and at this point it’s been almost three. Before leaving I looked online to see if they were open and it said that they were til 8pm. When I got there I met an employee out in the parking lot she stopped me and she was a little rude about the fact that they were already closed and that she had “called me”I was confused cause I didn’t receive a call, and didn’t understand why they were already closed. She basically said come back tomorrow and left. Which was ok I didn’t expect her to open the store back up, her mannerisms were rude and unhelpful. The next day I get back to pick it up and the store manger was very nice and explained that the lobby closed earlier and why, and helped me find out why I never got a call. (Phone number was entered into their computers wrong) I give them higher stars because of the manger and how she handle the situation. She was great, really listened to me, and help me see what happened. Which is all I wanted! I still give them a lower rating because when I got into my car the it was clean but it wasn’t as clean as I’d expect for someone who elected to pay more for the better wash. The floors weren’t 100% vacuumed, the cup holders hadn’t been cleaned, windshield was cover in water spots, and the trunk of my SUV hadn’t been vacuumed or whipped down. Also while waiting for my keys I over heard another gentlemen come in trying to find out if his car was ready because he never revived a call either.
Just paid $50.00 for a wash and wax. Normally that would be a great price, but when you get in the vehicle and realize my 5 year old could have done a better job, it is a complete waste of money and additional time I have to spend making it right. I understand sometimes they are busy, but that should not take away from the quality. Hire more people if that is the case. How can I get my car hand waxed in 8 minutes and still have water spots ? How can my car be vacuumed and look like this? Maybe they forgot to turn the power on. I will just save the money and do it myself. I should have known better. The last 2 photos show the wipe marks after 4 days. You can clearly see where the wax was applied and where it wasn’t. How does one wax a car like this? If you are going to promote a service and charge for it, at least do the job. I don’t like being ripped off !!!! My 3 cars will now be going to Clean Freak!
They did an excellent job on the exterior of the car but the interior could’ve been so much better. No worries though that’s why I bought the monthly membership so I could clean it the way I like it to be cleaned.
Horrible experience my brother and I both took our brand new trucks here and got a hand wash in which we were told would take 45 min each however they were done in about 15 min and the quality was horrible when we brought this up to a finish line supervisor he sat there and argued with us blaming the fact that is was due to them using city water. There was still dirt on the wheel Wells and water spots everywhere. This was like our trucks were just rinsed and then just left out to sun dry. The fact that our trucks are brand new and we’re not terribly dirty to leave with the truck worse then it came is very upsetting not to mention a waist of money. I would give zero stars if possible.
Used them 5 times purchased the the 350 package twice both times items missed dash half wiped. Tried the $71 package three times this is the last. Can so dirty still carpets still dirty wind shield dirty car still not wiped. Last time for me. I was hoping it would. right by my house.
Took my car in for a vacuum & wipe down on the inside. There is still dirt in every area of the car. What’s worse, I could see the hanging out, flipping towels & laughing, while leaning against my car. I’m all for enjoying your job & the people you work with. However… I had to drive 25mins to get here (the closest one to my home) and now I’ve paid for a service I have to do myself! That’s not ok!
Wow. Normally do the self drive through but wanted the full service today. Glad I did because I got to check out the inside. Great environment for waiting for your car! Multiple TVs, xbox for the kiddos, awesome comfortable chairs inside and out, and lots of choices for beverages and snacks. Not to familiar with how the single wash compares to other places but I went with a book. I know well use all the washes and the additional discount was great when you factor in the free tickets. Customer service was nice and car wash itself was good.
Been here a few times for washes and have always been happy. Today had my first oil service and wash, and this place is phenomenal. Quick, affordable, friendly. Great place to go for a quick service! I’ll be back!

Terrible experience at this place. I see how you mention you take customer service seriously. This location is managed by the worst Manager, JEREMY NEWBY who in no way represents good service and I never want to get close to a Cobblestone Auto Spa again. Stay away! We have been paying for our account monthly and we needed help and his answer was “I can’t do anything for you.” This is the “General Manager” at this place who threatened my husband and belittled him and told him to leave. All because he was in the lane and his account wasn’t working and got out to go and see what was happening. He said he couldn’t do anything about it and to move the car or else he would get it towed. YES! the “General Manager” told a paying customer who just needed to figure out what was happening with his account to “leave” because he needed to move his car (Not ONE car behind him). He said he had the towing facility there and he would get it towed. Worst experience ever!!! Please choose carefully who you want to manage your location.
On February 23rd, I took my truck to get washed. During the process, my bumper and front passenger light were damaged. The process of repair was a nightmare, Jeremy Brewer, the GM, does not know how to communicate with his team on how these things work. He never returned my calls, and when the repair was finally scheduled, weeks later, he failed to provide a rental so that I could make it to work. Luckily, Brian, his assistant, took charge and was able to get me a rental. Jeremy is unable to perform his job as the leader of this team. If you want to speak to someone higher up, good luck. Heather Cristou, the customer service manager refuses to return emails or phone calls. As of today, my bumper was replaced, the headlight was not, and I have been refused a refund for my fast pass subscription that I was unable to use due to the damage caused at this location. Go elsewhere.

My first visit to this car wash, because I received a free car wash card in the mail. It was a welcome to the area because I just moved into an apartment in Gilbert. I was very impressed at the volume of cars that they clean and how well they do it! I will be back for another visit!

Tried this location out for the first time with the shop truck. It was pretty dirty due to the recent rains/dust. However, it was no match for this this location. They have a pretty cool was bay that the vehicles run through fairly quickly. Overall, I don’t think we have any complaints with our first visit, everyone was super friendly and didn’t try to pressure me into buying a higher less wash. Looking forward to future visits. Thanks for opening one so close to our location!

Youve lost a good customer and a fast pass member.After your site GM approved my car to go through, major damages were done to my vehicle from the brushes getting caught up on my bike rack. Cobblestone has refused to repair the damage the brushes have caused and have lost a good customer.The GM prepped my car and did not offer any warning that there may be damage prior to washing.I spoke with the GM after the damage happened and he informed me the wrap retrax malfunctioned and caused the damage.His boss said NO, they will not repair my vehicle because they have a disclaimer.I make it a point to inform all friends and family about how youve handled this.
This facility is newer and much easier to get around. I had problems at the val vista and williams field location and decided to go to another cobblestone. Staff seems much friendly here. Super impressed, and the nice thing is ALL of their vaccum hoses work and stay attached, also more spacious between others. The drying seems to be longer/slower at this facility too which is positive. Its worth the additional, 4-5 min drive to get to this location. This location and its cleaniness makes me want to keep my unlimited pass.
I had the best experience EVER! Let me just say as a recent transplant to AZ I was skeptical of a “joint” venture in car washes. I thought I’d give it a try instead of searching for a full service, and I’m sooooo happy I did! The attendant gets 5 stars for friendly knowledgeable service and he must be a great salesman because I bought the “wash all month special” and as he predicted I’m ready for the “full blown year-wash anytime -Extravaganza” package! My car was gorgeous, upon exit with the long dry with heat lamps AND blowers which REALLY impressed me. Most of these types, really don’t dry much! Then off to the vacuuming station which worked great and towels to wipe down the dash etc! You have a customer for life and leaving this review is just the first of my “you have to try this!” to all my friends! Thanks again! Cobblestone!
They did the worst job at trying to clean. Paid for the full service wash and detail, they did not clean my floor mats, dirt was left on my running boards, bumper, under the back door latch, over spray of interior cleaner was on my dash and seats and not wiped, rims were not completely clean. 1 star is to much from the job they failed at.
I have used this Cobblestone location for the last year and love it. They are always quick and do a thorough job. I went this last week and was pressed for time so I thought Id use the quick drive through wash rather then the full service. I got up to the washing station and had a panic attack with claustrophobia. So embarrassing! Jeremy the manager was running the station and stopped and was so kind. He told me to come back and hed credit me my wash and help me. I came back later that day and ended up doing the full service wash. Great customer service! Great car wash! Highly recommend.

Great job wit oil change, air filters, wipers even topped of fluids. Car wash was good and everything was so fast. I hardly sat long before I was told my car was going to be washed after the oil service. I’ve always liked this place
They did a good job on buffing and waxing my car.... but no one called me when it was ready as they said they would. I will use them again, but I will call....
We had our windshield replaced and instead of linking the old and new account together the person just started a new account. Because I monitor my credit card and my husband monitors his it took us a year to figure this out. We called the number on their website expecting a fight because it was over $330 but he put us on hold and came back and immediately said he could see what had happened and that he would refund the money to our credit card but it could take 5-10 business days. It was credited to the account in 3 days! We were so impressed by that since we are still fighting a credit card charge that a hotel chain claims they initiated a return on in March and we still don’t have it!

Pretty disappointed. Seems like every time we come here the less and less they do and I have to ask them to vacuum a second time. We used to go to the location on Val Vista but since this one opened it is much closer to home, but with the amount of money it cost to get your car cleaned and when they barely do anything, it may be worth traveling to the other location... or just not coming back.

Great place! Love that they offer oil changes as well as car washes, as package deals too! They do an awesome job with detailing. Super clean and comfy waiting room with coffee, snacks, couches & TVs. Everyone that works there is extremely friendly. Ill never go back to a dealership for an oil change. These guys dont upcharge or find 1000x other things wrong to charge you for.
I am usually leery of being upsold on services at many carwash operations around town, but Cobbletone was one of my first positive experiences in the greater Phoenix area and I was quite pleased to see the relatively new one being built near our home in Gilbert. We have used the facility several times but I have not taken the time to write a review, so: We arrived back home after a snowy and salty drive through the Midwest, and I wanted to car to be CLEAN outside, inside and underneath! I received an excellent wash and great treatment for my VERY dirty car and did not feel like I was being taken advantage of in any way. I like doing business with you guys, and will gladly continue. I took the vehicle in to this location at E Queen Creek for an oil change, I typically dont let anyone touch my vehicle for something so simple, but I had to get it done and couldnt do it myself, I had them perform a full synthetic change and also replace the cabin filter and the air filter since they were due to be swapped too. (Shame on me I know) after getting the car home, I popped the hood, I guess I wasnt too surprised to see they left one of the air box bolts backed all the way out and one missing completely. I returned to the service department after calling the service manager Nicole who apologized and said they should have advised me if a bolt was missing in the first place, and do have extra hardware and they could replace the missing bolt, bring it in and they would do a once over to confirm everything was done right, and replace the missing bolt, okay, great, the least they could do for my piece of mind.I get there and Nicole was nice enough, but didnt give me that warm and fuzzy feeling after all my questions about there procedures and practices.She also told me after the return inspection that I had an oil pan leak, (not told to me on the previous visit) and sked if I wanted to come below to see it, I went under the car, right off the bat I noticed a shiny new drain plug on my oil pan with fresh red locktight on the outside, I asked why the drain plug was replaced, and was it a factory replacement? (Before you sigh, hear me out)She advised me quite nervously and unclearly that they replace drain plugs on 9/10 cars, and the tech probably did it because he didnt want to put the old plug back in and strip the pan, fair enough, my vehicle is a few years old, no wear on the part, so why? She couldnt articulate anything acceptable, Worst of all, why not tell the customers you are replacing it in the first place and the reason when you do, not after they call you out on it.I pointed out to her that her initials were on the Lube BTM Tech from that service, meaning she was under the car on this service, she said she would check the cameras to see if it would jog her memory as to why she replaced the plug (2 days ago).After reviewing the footage she said it was another tech under the car and not her, (now Im confused further)but the tech who was listed as the Lube Top Tech on my paperwork she said, so I guess their tracking of who does what is flawed, whos accountable, the customer shouldnt have to point all of this out.I will not be having them service any of my vehicles, ever, for anything.Called their customer care line, and left a message, (Really?) lets see where this goes.Car washes -greatService Bay -very questionable practices.Update 5/15/2019- still no communication from customer service. Not surprised I guess.Its a real shame, Id like the opportunity to give them a better review.
Question: What would YOU expect from a $37 Ultimate Plus car service? Since I can get a $3 wash and dry/vacuum myself, should I expect 12X the service? Now, I fully understand companies are in business to make money, but there is surely a line between quantity and quality. And I feel much of this comes down to quality training. When I picked up my truck after the service was completed, I could see the dirty wheel wells from the waiting room. After getting back home I could see streaked windows and crumbs and yes, a piece of french fry next to my drivers seat. I also saw all of the dust on all seats. So, I decided to wipe down just the interior, which took less than 10 minutes. See the pics of the tee shirt I used. Should there be THAT much dirt left after an Ultimate Plus cleaning? Were in Arizona, where dust is EVERYWHERE. Also, the tire shine did not get the entire sidewall, so I had to touch those up. Sorry, but I can do MUCH better myself, albeit for 4X the amount of time. I think Ill stick with the $3 wash going forward.
Nice car wash facility. Horrible customer service. I had multiple employees argue with me about what should have been done. I was obviously confused and even told who I assume was the manger on duty I didn’t understand, to which I was told, well at least we made it right. Being helpful and giving explanations would have been making it right. My car scent smelled like baby poop so not really sure if the sprayed the scent or that’s the smell of unclean rags. The experience was horrible and the full service wash was mediocre. I do a far better job when I take it through myself at their self service. I’ve been here before and their oil change technicians (female) there was beyond accommodating and amazing. Maybe she deserves a promotion since she’s great with customers.
Always very professional, accessible easy to get in and out. They have the supplies needed yo clean your car yourself. Good equipment
I just purchased a $37.00 Ultimate Plus Wash with a $10.00 discount. I went across the street for roughly two minutes and kept noticing small amounts of dust, debrie,on both floor boards. The dash, etc. looked like it had not been touched. When I pointed this out to the manager, who quickly told me had 40 years of experience, he stated that the “plastic” molding on the inside was extra and it would cost $70.00 and he would adjust the price I had already paid. I am confident that additional items would be covered for the extra dollars but there is too much competition in the area to need this kind of service.

We have a monthly unlimited membership for full service, and we LOVE it! They are thorough without taking forever, have awesome customer service, and fantastic prices. I take one of the cars in quite a bit, and I was actually in today. Though all of the employees have great customer service skills, Jon was the one who really shined bright this time around. I hope I have his name right. He was wearing a beanie. He was extremely courteous, and they finished before I could finish my purchase from their store (which has everything from automotive fluids, fragrances, and visors, to snacks/drinks and beanie babies). He moved my car to a parking spot for me, away from the line where you usually pick up your car, so that I didnt have to go out, strap my daughter in, pull to a spot, get out and go in, check out, and go back out again. I didnt even ask. It is little things like that that really make a difference. Going the extra mile in little ways, and his extremely polite and warm demeanor are a big part of the reason that I will continue renewing my membership. Fantastic service! I had hard water spots on my car windows for years and other places couldnt get them off. This cobblestone did a fantastic job and made my car look like new again In a timely manner. Will definitely keep going back for future washes!
In late January my car was crashed and totaled on their property by the CARWASH!!! They were driving the car. Admitted no fault before contacting an attorney. They turned it into their insurance which only covered 90% of the vehicles value. The vehicle was a 4 month old Ford Expedition limited... took my car to the car wash and they crashed it!!! We have given them multiple chances to make things right. They have decided not to. It was this location. The person who picks up your car at the end of the tunnel floored my car through a curb, then a light pole and into a block wall. I would highly caution using them for any service as this has been a crazy journey that we didnt ask for. We are currently out 15k in fees during these hard times, cant afford another new car and they could care less. Please dont make the same mistake we did. This has ruined our year. Insurance doesnt pay for everything! Cobblestone should make up the difference. We did not ask for this to happen to us. Apologies doesn’t put lost money back.
Got upsold to the monthly unlimited carwashes for the same price as a normal wash, while being assured that I would get an email 5-7 days prior to each renewal with the option to cancel. Emails never come to cancel, but theyre fine sending 5+ emails begging for reviews. Was assured next visit that I would get an email. Did not. Got charged. Called store, they cant cancel, and say whoever said that was incorrect, and that I have to email someone to cancel, and that if I want a refund I have to visit the store. Wash was ok. Business practices however, Im taking my business elsewhere.
Ive been bringing our vehicles to Cobblestone ever since the grand opening. They always get it right! I have a big lifted truck, and other car washes miss a lot. As a Queen Creek resident, I was stuck using Full Circle on Power or washing it myself, unless I wanted to drive across town. Full Circle was terrible. The worst actually! Thanks Cobblestone!

I would go out of my way prior to get my vehicle washed at this location prior as they did such a great job. I’ve been a Unlimited Club fast pass members for year and as I acquire new vehicles I get them passes as well. No longer will I be doing that. My credit card that things billed had fraud and was required to get a new card. Being that the number changed I was not able to renew my pass at my old grandfathered rate for the passes. Spoke with the manager Veronica after no one would help me or attempt to help and her response was “you should have notified of a new credit card number” and I said I’m trying to do that now for all 3 of my passes. Once she looked up my account and saw 3 BMW’s she responded “maybe since you have 3 BMW’s you can afford an assistant as well to call and do these things for you”. I was extremely upset at the intolerance and rudeness she displayed and walked out. I know this is not how corporate there works as they are normally super friendly and great at all locations around. Evidently her bad day and intolerance though showed to the customers. Even another customer heard and thought she was appalling.
Good car wash, fair price. No real issues with service, decent speed of completion.
Had my car detailed with all possible options available at a good discount that was tendered for having it done the same day I came by to inquire. Only option Id leave out next time is clay bar, which Ive had done many times before moving to the state. Found out the effects of the clay bar lasted 4 to 5 days, for the car metal was gritty again pretty soon afterward. Maybe its Arizona, but I wont have clay bar done again nor recommend it. Waste of money. Otherwise a fairly good job by courteous personnel.

Wanted the 37 dollar wash. They offered an upgrade for 45 thinking it would be. When i got the car I had to wipe down simple dirt spots that came off with a rag I borrowed from the guy. No one inspected the work or offered to wipe down for me as they saw me cleaning my own car. I paid another 25 to buff an area. Not sure if I even got what paid for. I could have done a way better job my self. Won’t be spending 70 bucks for a wash and buff from these guys ever again. Radiculas!
Your service manager, (female, short hair, but I forgot her name) went above and beyond for me! After my oil change my car was smoking out the hood. I called and she literally jumped in her car and drove to my house to make sure my car was safe to drive! I couldn’t have asked for better service and because of her and the friendly service of the entire team, I have found my auto care/spa home!
I took my vehicle in for an oil change and transmission flush. After I got home, I thought man that was fast. I just had a feeling that maybe it was too fast. So I opened the hood and found that they had not put my air cleaner box back together. They checked the filter and put it back, but did NOT put the top back on at all. And NO they did NOT replace the filter, they just checked it. Then I looked over at my coolant reservoir. It was below the normal level line. When I touched the cap, it fell off. They did NOT top the fluid off and did NOT put the cap back on, they just sat it on there. So I googled, “how to flush my vehicles transmission” and in the amount of time my vehicle was in there garage, there is NO way they flushed the transmission. I will never go back there again.
Great staff and friendly environment! Personally worked for the company, and was always treated with respect and kindness. I recommend all of the Cobblestone franchise and will miss them when I leave the state. Its always a good thing, to drive in a clean Vehicle! 👍💯
Edit: so three weeks later and no response from my email to Wecare@.... as requested by Emily.The Chandler location was much better. Just tried this location for the first time (supreme full service wash). Spots all over my car and still had remnants of bugs on the windshield. They didn’t get the water from behind the side mirrors so I have to wipe down both sides of my car...not the end of the world, but why am I vacuuming my car, cleaning the glass, and wiping away all the water spots minutes after a ‘supreme full service wash’?
Excellent customer service. Nicole at the oil change area was was awesome, she explained everything and made recommendations without being pushy. I got an oil change, air filters and wash for $115. Not bad for the convenience and fast service. I waited in the comfy lobby and car was done in 45 mins. Honestly, I wont go anywhere else.
Angel was amazing! Helped me with picking the best monthly package. Ive never had one before and was waiting for this place to open. Honestly best car wash Ive been too. My car was filthy and looked brand new. I highly recommend the monthly pass here. Everyone is so friendly!
Terrible vehicle service & maintenance! I took my car in for an oil change & supplied them with the correct oil, filter & plug. All I needed was the labor which they managed to botch up by overfilling my car with 5 quarts of oil! I had to purchase new oil, a filter & plugs and do the work myself only to find out that they didn’t even manage to drain my oil properly before adding the new one. I’ve never had any problems with their Alma School & Germann location, but decided to try this one out because it was closer to my home. I rather drive the extra miles just to get better quality and service!
I love cobblestone and when this one opened I couldnt wait, as it was closer to my house. However, they are very slow here. It can take up to an hour and a half just to get a wash and dry. The staff seems to not care as much, I dont know. But we will go to the val vista location because they are quicker normally.

I had recently been here before and did my own car wash so I couldn’t write about much then. But this time coming here I got an oil change done and pulled into the wrong bay and Branden helped me with getting everything figured out to get an oil change and my car washed. While waiting for my car to be done he then came and checked back up on me to see how I was doing and if I had a questions. I am very happy with how my first full experience here turned out because of his help!
First time going to a cobblestone for service. Bryan was awesome and professional. And my car looked brand new after it was washed!

First time for Ultimate wash. Looks like they did a great job especially on tire rims that are difficult to clean. Will keep trying their service. A bit on the pricey side for retirees and if you only wash once a month....but so far great job!
If you want to pay to be a member of a car wash you cant rely on being able to use, come here. Almost every time I come here there is some type of issue. I have a membership and constantly have to honk for someone to come over because the scanner doesnt read the barcode on my car. For the membership in my 2nd vehicle every single time I try and get it washed Im told I have to go inside to have my tag replaced when Ive already done that 3 times. Every single time. Today I was in a time crunch and needed to run my car through the car wash and surprise surprise it is broken. Now Im headed to the car wash off Val Vista where the QT is to PAY to get my car washed. I used to go to this car wash and switched to cobblestone because it is right next to my house...but Ive never had so many issues with a car wash or membership. Thinking about switching back because at least this one works and is reliable.
Im so excited Cobblestone has opened in our neighborhood! Angel was so helpful as I came by for the second time and entered in the wrong lane. He was so friendly and professional. I love all the foam and wax that makes my car look and smell great! I will be a regular customer for sure!
The employees at cobblestone were very kind and did a great job. I work at a grooming salon and my car gets pretty hairy. Im always told it needs detailed but I really just need a good vacuuming once and a while. I usually do it myself but since Im pregnant currently I let them know I struggle to really get a good vacuuming job done myself. They did an excellent job getting a ton of hair out of my car without charging me a ridiculous price. Best car wash experience Ive ever had. Worth the money.
Great customer service! Angel at the full service entrance seems to remember all the customers and is quick to help me get my claim ticket every week as I have a car of little kiddos. Always a fun way to break up the day my boys love watching the car get washed and the popcorn and balloons 😁

The staff is great but the prices are ridiculous. Full synthetic oil changes at most places run 50 - 55 bucks, here it is 70. Then when I inquire as to why, it is so much more, they explain because it includes a BASIC 10 dollar wash. So I actually ended up over paying for the oil change and then paid for the free wash.Then I agreed to the changing of the filters and they told me we will give you 20% off. What they don’t tell you is they charge double the cost to replace hem then other places do and they don’t even give you the best filters. This place is a cost scam and should consider not screwing over their client base and actually charge a regular amount.I went to my normal place for an oil change last time and paid 3.00 for the same wash they’re giving my car today got all filters replaced and left with paying 75.00 with no discounts. I paid 120 at Cobblestone and that’s with “32.00 off”It’s a rip off. I will never come back, it’s not worth it
This place was great & Branden helped me with getting expedited through! One down fall is they don’t give military discount (when the others do). I will definitely be back through since they are in my neighborhood.
Ive been searching for a full service car wash for several weeks. Found this site this morning. Very pleased with the result; I will be back.
The BEST Wash I have ever been to and that covers many states and many different washes. New, clean, fresh, great equipment and the staff is excellent. Joshua is one of the attendants that remembers my name, vehicle and even my preference of scent. I highly recommend you give this wash a chance!

Went in for my annual hand wax that I get for being a fast pass member. In the past I’ve had nothing but good things to say. I went in early when they opened so I wouldn’t have to wait as long. Purchased the Diamond wash as well to get my interior done. I waited outside so I could watch the detailers progress he was done in about 20 min which was great. I did not see him wax my vehicle only spray and wipe off the exterior. I was called over when he finished and asked him if he waxed the vehicle he then pointed to the spray and said yes. In my past experiences I know that they’ve always hand waxed the vehicle which is what I expected. I don’t know if their practices have changed but it is definitely not the same quality. It was a big disappointment. I reached out to the customer service through Instagram and was told if I did not have my receipt they could not help me. I told them it should be under my fast pass which they agreed. I’ve yet to hear back from them and this was back in late February or early March.
Great car wash! I go weekly for the full service and my vehicle always looks fantastic! Highly recommend.
This location has been taking care of my husband’s Cadillac CTS-V and my lifted Dodge since they opened. Everyone here is super friendly and does a great job! Extra shout out to Jeremy though, he always takes care of us and makes sure we’re happy with the job!!
