This was the best experience Ive had working with Verizon wireless or one of their premium retailers. Ive had very poor experiences in the past at other stores with representatives that did not care for the customer or their work. Matt was respectful, attentive, and helped me to understand all of my options and possible discounts. He helped me set up a new Pixel 6 pro and held my trade-in phone at the store overnight for me to ensure everything was transferred. I was so thankful for this as my authenticators and texts didnt transfer. He followed through the day after and ensured I received everything and gave me time and help in finalizing my upgrade. Thank you so much for hiring and retaining great employees during this tough time in the work market! Matt was really an outstanding representative for the company with a great amount of product and procedure knowledge. I will be returning to this store anytime I have business to bring to Verizon.

We came into the store together for him to upgrade his phone.Chrisanta helped us and from the very get go was so incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable and even had a great sense of humor with us (my Father can be a little overload On the Dad joker lol)However Chrisanta was so helpful, gave my father her attention and provided authentic and genuine recommendations that best fit his needs. I didn’t have to wait long. The service tech fixed part of the problem but didn’t have two things I needed. I drove out of my way 30 miles and expected to be able to resolve the issue. Came to another store with 10 people waiting outside.😞😞
Came in to upgrade my iPhone SE to a iPhone 11 Pro Max. One person on the floor working with a customer asked me what I needed, I told him I wanted to upgrade my phone, he told me will be a minute and continued helping the customer, which was fine. Then another customer came in and he starts helping her so I left. Ill spend the $1,000+ at a store with better customer service. Waste of my time.

Felipe is the best he knows lots of knowledge on all the products and can get you everything you need while trying to keep your bill low. Can get busy but just be patient. They will get you takin care of. We went in later in the day didnt wait more than 20 mins.
Employees were polite but not in any way helpful. We have shopped at this location for years and will be looking for a different service to take our business to. The Company has changed their policy several times without alerting us. This store has definitely gone down hill over the years. We used to love working with them.
Dont even waste your time, just deal with corporate. Most of there employees cant even do a simple return, or exchange. Horrible experience ALL I wanted was a upgrade and went from store to store to get my Samsung s10+. I wish the store in Tempe had it because Trey was very informative and helpful on were I can get my phone that day. But ended up being a waste due to incompetents. Ridiculous.

Switched over to Verizon from sprint. The girls were super nice, patient and even worked around my mom and Is budgets. They answered our questions well and even set us up in any way they could to ensure we got what worked for us. I am glad i switched and i am more than happy with the customer service provided and the service is a win.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED. Incompetent? Thats an understatement. Was only with the company for 10 months and nothing but bad news from the start. Phone started acting up after the 15 day grace period, and they would do nothing to replace it..... Fast forward to now, trying to leave the POS company, I go to buyout the rest of my phone so I can release my number to a new carrier. The grown children working there were terrible. Telling my brother and I just to call customer support to cancel everything, because they were soon busy with none else in the store. So we leave within the 47 seconds of us being there, and go home to start this process for the third time that day. The online rep told us that everything could be done in store and waited on the phone the entire time to make sure these so called employees would just do the job they are paid to do. I have been waiting a WEEK for a new phone and carrier, but due to the lack of caring about their jobs or really helping anyone was not a priority at all. So I have to wait 3 MORE business days for my phone(Its Friday by the way)for these idiots to actually release my number this time. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. AND DONT BE FOOLED GO WIRELESS VERIZON IS NOT THE SAME AS VERIZON. Hope this helps people out in the future.
New Management!! I have been going to this location for many years. I was never impressed with the service I have recieved but the location was good and not to busy. But today was a different story. Jaguar helped me today and my experience today was AMAZING!!! He was helpful and all my questions were answered. Most important to me was that he actually really wanted to help me. If you have gone to this location before and werent happy give them a try again. Very HAPPY customer!!
If I could give this location and company zero stars, I absolutely would. 90% of the people who work here are entirely unhelpful and rather unknowledgeable about how to get things done, typically insisting that you figure everything out yourself. If you want a phone that isnt a brand new model, GOOD LUCK, they most likely wont have it in stock. Save yourself the future frustration and go to a regular Verizon store, NOT a Go Wireless store.
My husband took my old phone over to replace it and came home with a new smart phone. Ron said that Eli was the sales rep. and that Eli was very patient with him, my husband and I still have the flip phones are not to fast to pick up on the new phones. My son and I went in on Sat, had a million questions and took up about 2 hours of an employees time . His name was Avery, he has an impeccable attitude and stayed focused on explaining everything . Was extremely patient and was super knowledgeable. I would have to say the customer service we got from him was even better than Starbucks. We will definitely continue to go there any time we have questions.
My Verizon experience was fantastic. Both Felecia and Alexis were very helpful with what I needed done. Their customer service and never give up attitudes were great. They definitely went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this store to all of my friends and family. If I ever need anything done with my Verizon account I now know who to go to.

I came in with a defective phone and Kim quickly helped me figure out options to upgrade because insurance wasnt covering it. He talked me through the price differences and bundles from the edge program and a regular 2 yr contract. He made everything simple and a smooth process with transferring devices and set me up in a timely fashion to be ready and set for my phone. He also put my accessories on there as well and made sure I understood everything and was satisfied before I left, definitely recommend this store to anyone in the Gilbert area.
I went it to this store looking to get rid of my old Motorola phone and finally switch to an iPhone, once starting the process with “Felipe” I found him very friendly and knowledgeable, he said and did everything right so I thought....telling me the iPhone 11was $29.16 per month for 2 years, but that he could get it too me for $20.00 a month wow great, I even called my wife on my motoz to see what she thought and stating to “Felipe” now that’s $240 per year and $480 for 2 years for the phone correct which “Felipe “ replied “yes” wow let’s do it what ever magic “Felipe “ was doing sounded good.....next I said what was my motoz worth on a trade in? We could give you $30 for it, sounds ok I thought, but it was a Motorola, next well how much for a screen $40 one time replacement or $60 for lifetime replacement, sure let’s do the replacement for lifetime.well now how much for insurance on the phone? “Felipe “ said it’s $17 per month but we can do it for$6.85 wow more Magic” why not let’s do it. Once I paid for my extras $219.51 I was happy and left the store with my iPhone 11 that has two lenses.... getting home I looked at my bill and was shocked to see the bill was not what “Felipe “ had told me, it said my phone was $699.99 not the $480 that I was told, I called Verizon and they confirmed It my 2 year payment would in fact be the $29.16 per month not $20 Wow what had just happened a BIG LIE also I had not been given my $30 on my bill for my old phone but $10 . I should of looked at my bill before I paid but I thought “Felipe “ was an upfront guy one to be trusted. I went back in the next morning to talk with “Felipe “ about wait had happened and asked him why he said my phone was $20 and it was not “Felipe “said I got $10 off of your insurance sorry for the misunderstanding, but I said if I cancelled my insurance then I’m still paying $29.16 per month no savings here . This had been a big unethical way to do business and I wanted to talk with his “Manager “ I left my phone number with “Felipe “ and he said I’ll have my “Manager “ call you as of yet no call back 3days later, I have always been a believer if it’s sound to good to be true then it is I should of gone with those feelings and left the store. long story BUYER BEWARE OF THE SALESMAN OF THIS STORE .....THEY TELL YOU ONE THING ...BUT UNFORTUNATELY DO SOMETHING ELSE
I skip the Verizon store and go here. This place has always been helpful, Friendly, and actually fun for us. The direct Verizon store...not so much. The quality of service and personnel at this store is far higher than any other wireless store I have gone to. Adriana, Francisco, Masoud, and Mike have each helped me on various occasions. They are all very knowledgeable about the features of the wireless devices and service plans they offer and convey information and choices in an easy-to-understand format. I did not feel any pressure to buy or upgrade but ended up doing both because the prices were just too good to walk away from. I enthusiastically recommend this Verizon Wireless store over all of the others in this area. You will not be disappointed.

This place is superb, and the employees are awesome (especially Alexis!) I came in when my phone stopped working due to a manufacturing defect after a year and half of owning it. They fixed me up with a new phone in no time and even gave me unlimited screen protectors for the life of my phone. Come here and they will take great care of you, I promise!

UPDATE: ANOTHER WEEK NO GLASS. Do not sign up for any type of go wireless glass plan this is a total RIP OFF!!!I have been waiting over a month for my replacement glass. I am signed up for the glass for life program or whatever but they never have my glass. I finally got a call from Matt saying they have my glass in and I drive to the store only to find out they dont have my glass and they dont know when they will have it or why someone called me? Now my phone is cracked and I have no idea if or when they will ever provide me with glass.

I went in to get a refund on two of my old phones, since I recently got a new phone at another location. I was a little surprised they gave me small refund on a four year old phone, but it was in working condition. They were very helpful and gave me the refund I expected, and did the processing needed to wipe old data from the phones. They also answered all my questions. Im very happy with this very important phone service, thanks to all!
Incredible waste of time. I was there in March and was amazed at the incompetent help they have hired. I spent 2 hours there try to get help solving a simple problem and got absolutely nowhere. Finally got the issue resolved at a different store in a different state.
Yesterday afternoon (05/28/17), my wife and I decided to add her elderly parents to our Verizon family plan. Luckily, your customer service representative, Scott, was working. With patience and professionalism, Scott facilitated the transfer of my in-laws existing Verizon account, retained their original phone number, and reset and activated an iPhone 5S that we supplied. This entire transaction was completed in approximately 20 minutes! We cant say enough about how satisfied we were with Scotts performance. On a scale of 1-10, it was a solid 10+!

The GoWireless staff members Aaron and Cassie, supported by their manager Massoud, were outstanding in assisting my 86 year old father with numerous account problems. If it wasnt for their friendly assistance, we would have discontinued our 17 year long relationship with Verizon. Verizons call center customer service is deplorable with 24 minute wait time, their reps rude and lack social skills, and their manager, Willie Norris lacks management skills, knowledge and the common sense skills to retain customers. Aaron came up with solutions to reduce account costs even though corporate refused to work with us. Aaron & Cassie spent a couple hours resolving issues both on-line & dealing with the call center for us. Hats off to this staff for their wonderful attention to detail & customer service.
On 8/31/2015, I had a problem with my I-phone blacking out and stopped in at this Verizon store at Gilbert Rd and Warner to get some help in restoring my phone back to usable mode.I was fortunate to have a young man by the name of Preston wait on me. He resolved my problem in no time at all and was so very nice and informative. He saved me a huge headache and for that I thank him! Hes a great ambassador for Verizon.

Went to buy a charger cord but theemployee doesnt understand the CDC guidelines, (Gov mandate) apparently nobody explained to her there are exemptions in place for people with medical conditions such as asthma who cant wear a mask. So she made me leave. No sweat off for her back its not her business.

We had been dealing with our local store for several months and Verizon on the phone but it took one visit to this store with ALEXIS to finally fix the kinks and make me a happy customer not one that was so fed up I wanted to cancel everything. And even with this store being 3 hours compared to our local which is 15 minutes I will never go anywhere else. Her customer service skills are amazing and she is by far one of the most pleasant and HONEST people I have dealt with in any industry in a long time!When she realized the problems I was having she right away put me on the phone with the right people instead of pretending she could fix it or trying to just sell me more products or trick me into another contract like our local store had done.She was so patient helping not just me but the customer service rep on the phone (Christopher) understand what was going on and was an excellent go between to make the call successful for all involved. At the same time she showed me a plan that looks to be a great fit for our family and did a complete break down of costs and saving which NO cell company had ever done before. Though I didnt set up our new phone plan last night because I am waiting for all the changes go through my husband and I will be driving the 3 hours back to Gilbert in the next week or so to set it up with Alexis!I recommend going to this store because even if you dont get to work with her, you get to work with those she has trained and good customer service is hard to come by.
