Great assistance, competent. I cannot really say enough about how great the service at this store was. Chris went the extra mile and then some to help my wife and I out of an emergency situation (wifes phone was lost in New Orleans during Hurricane Ida). He stayed late and got her new phone updated and fully recovered all of her back-ups from Verizon and iCloud storage. The other gentleman in the store was also kindly helping a family even though it was a little after closing time. In short, these guys are the best! Easily 21 on a scale of 10.

I had a great experience when I went into the store to replace my phone. Jaime was so helpful and patient, answered all of my questions, and even took the time to explain to my mom about new phone options/plans for her in the future. Im a longtime Verizon customer along with my mom. Just went in the other day to upgrade my phone. Got the new Galaxy S21 and absolutely love it so far. I worked with Eric Hunt and the experience was awesome. He was professional, friendly, and informative. My husband and I recently visited this Verizon Store several days ago. We came in to check out the possibility of purchasing new phones. We had the pleasure of dealing with Dylan. He gave us several types of phones to review. He was very knowledgeable about the different types of phones. Once we made a decision, he spent over 3 hours helping us transfer information from one phone to another. He was very patient and kind. He even called several days later to check out how we liked the phones and if we had any questions. If you need help with anything or a new phone please visit with Dylan. We highly recommend him.

Huge deals on Samsung 5g phones and high trade in value for switch but ZERO Samsung demo phones other than a Note 10+. Guy wants to show me his phone 2 models down from what I was looking for. Sales mentality, not technical, didnt know about Bluetooth, the most important developing technology in the market. Only wanted to get my info in the system. Sorry, Ill pass. Also, no 5g coverage map in the store, couldnt talk specifics of coverage but wanted me to get that $70 5G phone plan. What is happening to our sales industry. Doesnt anyone care about knowing their stuff anymore?
I came in today because I broke my phone into 2, screen completely separated from the battery. I was very sad but Verizon has always pulled through for me. I believe his name was Eric and he was absolutely amazing! He very clearly laid out all of my options and gave me all the details I needed to know. I had been having a horrible day and honestly coming into verizon with a destroyed phone was the best part LOL. Eric was so nice and helpful he talked with us like we were already friends and made sure I chose the option that would best benefit me! I was very easily able to get a new phone sent to me for a good price. Eric had great customer service and truly was a cool guy!

I visited the Verizon store at Williams field in Gilbert AZ today. This is my 3rd time at this location and Jaime Crim is my go to rep. His knowledge and expertise with Android phones cant be beat. He is always willing to assist me with all my issues. Jaime is a pleasure to deal with.
Went in prior to Christmas to get new phones for myself and my mom and I have to say... This store is AMAZING!! Love the layout (you can actually sit down with a rep!) and it has the best customer service I’ve EVER had at a Verizon store! Eric Hunt, who helped us, was extremely patient, took his time (didn’t hurry us, like you typically get), offered us a great deal, walked us through the set up process and throughly explained the new iPhones to both of us before we walked out of the store! This location was THE absolutely worst in customer service and failed on all levels of attention to detail as well as lost our business..If at all possible I would not bring your business to this location until employee evaluations are done on customer care and should be retrained if not reprimanded for there nonprofessional workmanship... Upon entering Verizon we were greeted and could clearly see 3 reps with 3 customera... (No problem ).. One to the left of us says ... One moment Ill be with you in just a few min...( Still., . No Problem ... ) After 20min.a second gentleman walks by I ask if they had the Phn I was looking for on hand ..( just a quick question..). He saya yes ... Mind you I have my Mother who has Parkinsons M.S.A and has a extremely hard time walking to the store and it is clear she has a walker .... After 30 min another customer walks in and after her wait of 10 min. Stops the first guy and needs help... (Ok no problem but we have been here now 40 min and after another 5 min our guy who has said he will take care of us stops says hey man look... I was supposed to be out of here like 2 min ago... so one of these guys are gonna have to help you ... Not even asking us ... Why we are there ... He heads back over to the lady and says Ill help you ... Apparently our business was not important and afteer waiting 45 min decided THAT was really unexceptable of him ... I will not return to this store... not because of the service but the lack of due diligence in customer care ... I loaded my mother back in the car who has faithfully been a Verizon customer before they were Verizon... Today you lost 2 Samsung ultra sales ... And lost a 30+ year old customer ... The moral of the story is.... My mother still has her integrity and today Verizon lost theres ....

We have had an amazing experience at this store! The best in all my years of buying cell phones. The knowledge of the staff, patience, customer service, all top notch! What made our experience over the top awesome was Jacob. Hes the store manager and personally assisted us. We were there for a while making our decisions and never once felt rushed. Jacob explained all of our options, the pros and cons, helped us set up our phones, found the watch we wanted at another location and had it held for us. He was so personable and genuine. We left there feeling like we had just spent time with a friend. I cant recommend this store enough. They are righteooous!!
I went here last night after not having a good experience from another Verizon store. I was absolutely impressed! The store was very clean and the employees are all well dressed. These to me shows a lot of pride and professionalism. Miss Taylor Nicholson explained to me that their company is about customer service and not volume sales. It is very refreshing to hear and actually experience this nowadays. She was very candid, honest and very delightful to talk to. Best Verizon experience by far.
The best store in the Valley, walked in with two brand new phone got both activated with no wait at all, all thanks to Jaime Crim, he was so accommodating, by all means, I have nothing but praise and gratitude.
Jami was the consummate professional. He spent a lengthy amount of time explaining all of the new devices we purchased tablet to iPhone 11‘s and Apple Watch. His knowledge of each product was extensive and he was immeasurably patient. I think he should be considered for his very own franchise.
Just had the best experience upgrading phones for my whole family. Sam W. the Assistant Manager was SUPER patient and helpful. Could not ask for better customer service and it was refreshing to go into a retail store and have it feel very comfortable and relaxed even with proper COVID-19 precautions in place.
So, I was hard on him over the phone when I first called as I was unaware of certain covid problems with different stores. However Scerggio (hope I got that right), was a total sport about it and explained why things are that way and encouraged me politely to set an appointment as most other stores were closed. I am seriously glad that I did, not only did he single handedly answer all of my fairly one-sided questions like a champ and master of his craft but he also never once made me feel like he was selling me or my girlfriend something. I am the director of marketing for a local company and Im telling you, this man is a total asset to your company and you need to make sure he stays happy. Super satisfied with my in store experience, never felt pushed, however he did get the nerd in me drooling over all the techy new phones.Needless to say; I bought two of the latest phones and left my 6 year term with my other provider. Over all bravo to Scerggio and cellular sales, Ill be bringing my business here from now on.
This place and the staff are great. We were confused thinking this was A Verizon store and the staff didnt push us away, they called Verizon and helped us through getting my sons phone scheduled to be fixed. They could have just pushed us off, but they took the time to help.

Absolutely the best Customer Service I have EVER experienced from Forrest Wilkins. I am a Verizon Customer who lost her mobile phone and stopped into this location feeling extremely anxious and upset about it. Forrest was incredibly kind, helping me with logging onto Apple as well as Verizon to find my phone, find a telephone number of a friend and finding alternative loaner solutions. Ive been in Customer Service in some way, shape or form for 40 years and Forrest provided the BEST I have ever experienced! He suggested that he look in my vehicle for my phone; he called my number and listened inside my vehicle. He offered a loaner and to provide the paperwork for my insurance - and then very thoughtfully, suggested that I drive home first just to check once more to see of my phone was there, and then assured me he would be here for me to help me if I couldnt find it. Never had kids - but if I ever did, Forrest would be a great son. His kindness, his thorough understanding and working through Verizon and Apple processes and his superb Customer Service actions made me feel like I mattered to him and to his company. Highest kudos and stars to him. I never once felt silly or stupid despite my age in this young mans presence. Thank you Forrest. If I can ever help you in anyway, please let me know!
My wife and I came in to get our own phone plan since we just got married. It was a Friday night around 7pm (the store closes at 8:30). We were welcomed into the store by Jaime, after we sat down he asked if he could grab us a water to drink (I love getting free water). Then we started making the switch from our separate providers to a single plan. We thought it would be an easy switch but my wife’s phone service was a pain in the a** to work with. Jaime was super patient and was helping us work with my wife’s old service provider to get it switched over without having to get a new phone number (which would’ve been much faster to just get a new number then the hour and a half it took us). Jaime recommend having Verizon’s customer service talk to my wife’s phone provider’s customer service to get things straightened out. At this point it was 8:30 and the store was closed but Jaime was more then happy to stay behind to finish helping us because we were almost done. Thanks to Verizon’s customer service talking to the other customer service everything was switched over and canceled with the other provider. We thanked Jaime for his patience and willingness to help us out.My wife and I walked away very happy with the customer service that we received from Jaime and the customer service lady at Verizon. Even thought it was a Friday night we never felt rushed with the process even though it took forever (on my wife’s phone service part).This is definitely the Verizon store location I’ll be coming back to for future service/phone upgrades.
My experience in this location, for 2nd time, is extremely poor!I was here couple years ago when store first opened and had a horrific experience with “ After sales” Customer serviceThey are awesome to get you the phone and close the sale. Should there be issues after, expect curt service!!I just spent over $1000 on new iPhone 11 Pro ( whatever). It is the worse iphone ever owned! I’ve had iPhones since they came out and love them but this phone has lots of glitches, or is it the set up failures?!). I turned in my phone 2 days after buying for same model thinking it may have been defective. Obviously not. Sales person likes to talk over you and not be attentive to what issues I may have! Got tired of the Bantering with him and called Verizon who helped me out in their tech’ dept. and resolved most of the issues that this store either couldn’t or wouldn’t seek help if they didn’t know. ( sad)When we are putting out over $1000 we expect phone to work properly. They don’t appear, in this store location, to want to hear issues and try to sound like we, the customer, are wrong! ( strange as the tech guy at the Verizon carrier said issues could have been remedied in the store ).I have always used IPhones since they came out and bought in Chandler and Scottsdale where they were great at Customer service and Professionalism. I never had issues with phones and the few times I had a user’ concern, they were kind and professional and POLITE. This store twice now failed in that Dept. I should never had gone back but figured it was isolated and give them another tryCertainly won’t again! I highly recommend the Verizon store near the Chandler mall area! Great people, Great service.

Last year, after a terrible experience with Apple Care and the local Apple Store, I went to this Cellular Sales store for help to replace my iPhone 7. The Apple tech sneered as I departed saying I would not be able to transfer any data from my iPhone. The Cellular Sales Rep guided me to a Pixel 4 and successfully transferred all my contacts, pics, texts, email and apps from the iPhone. He apologized that he was not successful with the iTunes. HOWEVER,. 2 WEEKS AGO, I DOWNLOADED THE AMAZON MUSIC APP TO EVALUATE THIS SERVICE. TO MY SURPRISE AND DELIGHT. MY ITUNES POPPED UP IN THE APP!!! I TALKED TO AN AMAZON REP TO VERIFY AMAZON HAD NOT CHARGED ME FOR THE MUSIC. HE SAID I SHOULD CALL CELLULAR SALES TO LET THEM KNOW I TUNES CAN BE TRANSFERED INTO AMAZON MUSIC. AWESOME!!

What a fantastic experience at this store! My iPhone was around seven generations old and was on the verge of giving up the ghost. It took me two trips and two different sales people, as I needed to back up my phone at home, which didnt fully work. Chris and Luis worked seamlessly over the two days to get me in a new phone without high-pressure sales, and even put me into a cheaper plan, based on my data usage. Luis fixed the back up issue and really knew his product. Ive been with Verizon 13 years and this customer service will be very hard to beat. Most impressed with this store and I wont go anywhere else...
This location is new and I stopped by for a few questions. Everyone seems to be very nice. The store is clean and organized. Chris was my first contact who opened the door and helped me with my questions and the whole process that day. A week later, I went back and Jamie was the one helped us out. They are very friendly and courteous. Me and my daughter went in to get I-phones, the guy there said we would have to pay $800 up front, and talked us into an LG phone, said he would give us a discount, which was just later charged to my bill, and the phone are very obviously refurbished.This is a terrible store

I visited this store last year to have the glass shield replaced on my I phone. Jamie greeted me and took care of the issue in a friendly professional manner. I told him I would be back when I needed to replace my phone. I recently had to replace my phone and visited the store again, Jamie wasn’t working that day so I reached out to him and scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday. He reviewed my options and again was extremely helpful and great to work with. I also sent my husband in to see Jamie when replacing his phone. I am happy to refer friends and family to see Jamie as I know he will take great care of them.

I went to this location about two weeks ago and manager Jacob was very helpful, patient, kind. This is my second visit to this location within the last two months for different reasons. At my first visit I was helped by Keenan who was also very helpful, patient and kind. I felt lucky I got Keenan that day to take care of what I needed done. Fast forward to my visit with manager Jacob and understand why everyone in that location has the same great customer service attitude. Awesome people!
Great customer service experience at Cellular Sales Gilbert. Eric was very friendly and clear in giving me all the options to solve the issue I was having. He was able to get me a new phone with a lot less hassle than i expected and was very patient when it took a while for me to find some pertinent info. I had a rather involved situation of merging 2 accounts and various other requests. Although my needs were not going to yield any sales or business for VERIZON, Forrest W. went out of his way to assist me for as long as it took. He had the perfect “mix” of being professional yet warm. He explained complex technical issues in a way this “non-techy” could understand. A co-worker, Chris, also offered some solutions to solve some of my issues. Both he and Forrest went out of their way to be accommodating. When the time comes to update our phones or plan, my family and I will go STRAIGHT to them. I cannot say enough about the courtesy and service abounding in this VERIZON location.

He explained all our options, answered all our questions and spent a great deal of time with us getting our new phones setup and making sure our backups were reinstalled properly. I came in today looking for upgrade options on my line. I was greeted immediately by Jaime, and he went over all of my options with me. He took the time to actually display the different phones to me and took out covers to show me how they’d look before I made a decision. He gave me my trade in options and found the best options for me without being pushy. He was highly knowledgeable and personable, and made the experience a great one.

We came into the store on Saturday January 5th. We had the pleasure of dealing with Jaime. He was very helpful and took great care of us. I explained everything and he gave me 3 options to choose from. Again, very thorough and knowledgeable. I only had about 30 min and he got everything done for me. Super experience again. This new location is great! I had some service related questions late evening (just a couple days after they opened their doors), and thinking these guys were open close to 9pm (for reference they close at 8:30), my husband and I stopped in past business hours and the guys were great. We were full of questions and they were on top of it with all the answers (and did I mention it was already closed?). I had to write a review to recognize this location and more so, to recognize the two gentlemen (Cliff & Eric) who helped us out that evening because I also returned two days later during lunch with some follow up questions and both guys delivered once again. All the staff was welcoming but I of course made a beeline for these two I had already dealt with and they came through with excellent customer service and I walked out with all my questions addressed. They really make you feel valued and provide top notch customer service. This location is 5 stars and so is its employees!!! Thanks again Cliff & Eric.

This has absolutely the best I’ve experienced with a cell phone company. I have dealt with hell and back with other companies and their customer service. People have told me to leave because they didn’t want to deal with my problems, but as my first time coming to Verizon, I have to say I am so glad I did. Matt was so awesome! He helped me resolve an issue with my phone and went above and beyond my expectations. He was more concerned about resolving my issues and plan than in making a sale.This is my second visit to this store. The first was with Jaime and was awesome as well. I wrote a review a few months ago for him but not sure it posted.This is definitely my go-to place for help and purchases! Thank you for making a potentially unpleasant visit very pleasant!
When in to upgrade 2 phones to the 8+ and 8 for my husband and I. Jamie helped us and he was great. Very polite and helpful. Not pushy or trying to sell us things we didn’t need. Anytime I need anything to do with my phones I will definitely go see Jamie.
Went in to change our plan and walked out with two new iPhone 11’s and a plan saving us close to $100 per month. Thank you Mike Romero! You’re awesome and we couldn’t have had a better experience!
To be fair, the people here are very friendly, but being a third party seller seem pretty incompetent at delivering what was promised... my advice would be work with Verizon directly, avoid the third party sellers.

I went to the new Verizon store in Gilbert. All the employees were very welcoming when you walk into the store. I went in the store on two different days and received great service from both Jaime and Eric! Both guys were very helpful and accommodating to my needs. I highly recommend this location! I was in the market for a new phone and walked in to a friendly greeting. Jaime was so welcoming and very helpful when choosing a new phone. Once I picked a phone, he showed me how to use the new features and explained everything. I finally learned how to use the android apps I have been ignoring because I didnt know what they did. He also paired my old phone and transferred all of my stuff for me. Above and beyond...he was amazing! I am very happy with my new phone and will definitely refer my friends and family to Jaime!!!
Don’t have anything bad to say about this location or it’s employees! Luis was very helpful when I came into get a new phone after mine went out on me. Even tho, it took us forever to get it taken care of after me changing my mind twice, he was very patient. I’ve been with Verizon for over 5 years, and this was probably most positive experiences I’ve ever had. Definitely will recommend this location to anyone needing Verizon’s services. Thank you again!

JAIME IS AMAZING!! He is not just a sales man, but rather a problem solver. He helped me pick the perfect phone for my needs by listening to what I specifically wanted. He didnt push more expensive phone models, or useless products on me. I wish everytime I dealt with sales he was the one helping me. Make sure you see JAIME for your Verizon needs, hes the best I have ever had (Ive been using Verizon cell service for over 15 years), and he was also so helpful and patient with questions my wife had. And even went as far as looking at every deal and way he could save me money. Its also a bonus that he has a great sense of humor, easy to talk to, and made me feel like he genuinely cared about what I wanted. Couldnt have asked for better service!
Highly recommend this location. From when I stepped out of the my car the door wasn’t opened for me and service was amazing. Had the pleasure of working with Jamie when I stopped by. He wasn’t pushy what’s so ever and helped steer me in the best decision making for what I needed and based on his knowledge on plans, prices, rebates, etc. I’ll be back here for sure with any of my needs.
I Took my sister in to this Verizon store. She was visiting AZ after losing her husband in September and her phone was acting up ever since she got here. She was confused, and had no idea of passwords etc. Luis spent easily 3 plus hours getting her set up and helping her understand her new phone. HE WAS AWESOME!! Verizon is the Best! Luis is the best!

He answered all my questions along with setting up my new LG G7 Thin Q, on July 31, 2018.I highly recommend this Verizon store, Forrest and the manager ! Excellent customer service!! Pleasant atmosphere. I love my new phone that Forrest helped me choose & the protective case ! Best experience Ive ever had buying a new cell phone.
I am super pleased with my experience at this location! I was greeted by Eric and Forrest as soon as I walked through the door. I went with an issue related to my contacts and they patiently listened to my concern and problem. Eric went to work on my device and another gentleman walked in with a problem that Forrest worked to assist him with. Eric was able to find the problem with my contacts...I am ecstatic!! These two employees provided excellent customer service!! I highly recommend this Verizon location to serve you!
Jaime was so knowledgeable and helpful. I was dreading getting a new phone but it turned out much easier than I thought. He spent time teaching me how to operate my new iPhone X and was very patient. Store was clean and inviting. Good experiences
Dear Management, give Robert a BONUS!I was originally on a fam plan w/ TMobile (😬) and was going to get an upgrade. Upon arrival at TMobile they greeted us as if they were security gaurds of a high security building yet it was empty and they stated we could only enter if we wore masks. I dont feel comfortable with wearing a mask for various reasons and and dont appreciate the lack of respect shown for those who elect to not wear a mask. I immediately left and called Verizon knowing they had better service already, but was determined if I could enter without wearing a mask that I would immediately start my own plan with Verizon. Luckily Robert answered right away and reassured me I did not have to wear mask. I made an appointment, ran the rest of my errands in the area and Robert called me back shortly and smoothly transitioned me over w/ a plan and new phone. I loved seeing customers and employees exercising their right to both wear and not wear masks. I was dreading getting a new phone already because Ive had bad experiences in the past with other carriers where it was as if I was buying a brand new car from a dealership (talk abt time consuming), however Robert made it a breeze, clearly communicated everything and wasnt pressuring me to buy anything I wasnt looking to get. Robert is the best!

Staff was willing to help get the best deals and really understand customers. The one who helped me, Jacob, was friendly, and tried his best to make sure i got what i wanted. I recomended a friend to this location, and he loved it there. Will definitely come here for all my future cellular needs.
My husband and I went to this Verizon store today so I could upgrade my phone. We received the most amazing service from Matt! He was helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely personable. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store. We will definitely go back to see Matt again.
Luis is a very fine young man who has really helped an elderly person with her phone service. From day one he was right on top of everything. He made sure I knew what I was doing before I left.
