I drove in from TX came to AZ to visit fam. My charger over night stopped working. I came in to see if they could help me fix it or if it was still under warranty? My bill was over due by a day but with all the traveling & hectic life I forgot. But I remembered I received a reminder text this morning. They pulled up my information and helped me without even addressing that my bill was due lol. This may not seem like much but I genuinely appreciated that they put customer service first. They helped me with my problem first. Ive been to other stores where even if your bill is due or close to the due date, they rather solve that before helping you with what you initially went in there for. I recently had an excellent experience at this store with Retail Sales Consultant Hannah McCarthy and the Store Manager Paki. They were AWESOME to say the least. On Friday they helped me well past the store hours to finish the job. At 9:30 pm there were system issues which were out of their control. They handled it well and had everything ready for us on Saturday for delivery. Everything they said to me they followed through with. I was very impressed with this team and the culture Paki has built at this store. I had a poor experience at this store 3 years ago. Im happy they have changed their frontline and leadership team. The senior leadership is this region for AT&T should recognize this group.

Came in to resolve a Substantial miscommunication issue regarding a promotion after purchasing an iPhone 11. I was originally promised an $800 credit if I turned in my iPhone 8 (I was not told explicitly that I needed to change my plan).After calling AT&T, they were no help. They told me they could not send my iPhone 8 back to me and that I was not eligible for the credit based on my current plan.Came into the store and was helped by Matthew, who was able to guide me through changing plans without drastically increasing my bill. While patience and compassion in customer service is always fundamental to the core business, competency is paramount. Matthew displayed these qualities; walking me through my options and providing me with a great solution. Keep up the great work!

The Manager Felipe at the San Tan AT&T store is exceptional. I have visited the store with questions regarding upgrades and he is honest and thorough. I recently had a problem with billing and after a month of calling in to the call center with no results, I made an appointment with Felipe and went into the AT&T store. He patiently listened to my problem and was polite and caring. He did some research and in a matter of minutes he had my problem solved. If youre looking for great customer service, look no further than the San Tan AT&T store in Gilbert. Ask for Felipe. Youll be treated right and leave satisfied.

Came here looking to upgrade my wifes phone, which will have to wait. Customer service from the associates was fast and courteous, me and the wife always come to this store, they just seem alittle bit more knowledgeable then the other AT&T stores were have visited. I have never had a problem here, BOGO can be tricky, so be sure to ask lots of questions. This usually applies if your adding a line to your service, or your a new customer. Online deals also differ from in store prices, i have been with AT&T for over 10 years. If you go into the store looking for an online deal, you might as well about face and go home and call. Because its not gonna happen in the store.

Opened a business line and bought a new apple 12 at this store. My 1st experience was not so pleasant and my billing got messed up & extra lines were added in error. After talking w 611 ATT on the phone for 30 min, I went BACK to the store and Ryan F helped me. He wasnt the original person to help me however he was fantastic. Stuck by me for an hour until we got it all straight. I cant even Thank Ryan F enough ! Excellent customer service. AAA+++

Dishonest sales person signed me up for Direct TV and Century Link with out making me aware. It took a week of making phone calls to finally get these cancelled. Customer service on these calls was also horrible. People I called said they cancelled our install for Direct TV, but when I called back to confirm, they could not find any record of my call! Be careful as the sales people will sign you up for everything they can get away with so they can get the sales credits, so pay attention to everything they ask you to sign. Also they signed us up for the most expensive plan after explaining we do not stream or use a lot of data. My ignorance for not questioning everything. Since then I have changed our plan to the least expensive plan and we still are not using anywhere near the data we pay for. After all this nonsense, we rarely can get more than 1 bar of signal at home. So we cant even make calls from our own home without people complaining how poor the connection is. I live in Gilbert, about 2 miles from the AT&T shore so how is this acceptable? Do yourself a favor forget saving a few dollars and just get Verizon. They have by far the best network and superior customer service from my prior experience.

Connor, the ATT representative that helped me purchase a new phone was brilliant. He opened the door for me, took all the time he needed to make sure I was taken care of, and made sure I was on the right plan since I already have Directv and unlimited data. He mentioned how the newer unlimited plan saves you more while giving you more. Thought to good to be true.. but explained I get a signature discount with an autopsy discount while also getting HBO Max. Connor demonstrated supreme customer service while also being so kind and respectful. I have had ATT for 15 years plus and this was my best experience. Will always come to this store now and asking for him!! Thank you Connor!!!

I had recently just got a new phone. Before I traded in my old phone for a new one, I asked them if I had to pay the unlimited plan and they said, “Oh the unlimited plan is free. It comes with the phone”, so when I got my first pill it was almost $200. I called customer service and they told that they pretty much lied to me. I’m so upset and that is why I’m giving this place a 1/5 stars.

We went in to our AT&T store in San Tan village. We met a salesperson named Karim. He informed us that they do not replace batteries which we thought I needed. He looked at my phone and showed us where the battery was expanding as my phone is 5-6 years old. I had a 5S and loved it. He told me I would like an I8. He transferred everything over to my new phone and made it so very easy for me. I bought a new case and he got everything done for me. He is not only professional, but he is such a friendly person who puts you at ease. If you need anything, go and see him.

Extremely please with our visit! My husband and I came in to purchase an iPad. The one we wanted wasn’t in stock due to the demand of tablets. The manger located the iPad at another store which was about 45 minutes away and offered to go pick it up for us. He picked it up and we went back to the San Tan Mall location to grab it the next day. I was shocked by this kind and gracious gesture. Thank you so much!

First off, I’d like to say this store is by far the cleanest I’ve ever seen. As I walked in I was quickly acknowledged by the staff, which made me feel very welcomed. I was quickly approached by a young lady manager named Jessica. She had a real big smile and seemed happy to help me. I informed her I was there to just look at the new iPhone. She was kind enough to walk me around to the display and eventually brought one out. She explained all the new features and details the new phone has. I was really impressed, so I decided to upgrade and get the new one. Her customer service skills and patience was admirable. I had plenty of questions and many objections that even I would have lost my patience with myself. While setting me up, we were talking about sports, which is really cool because we had something in common. I was bummed my building doesn’t allow Direct TV installed because I would have definitely jumped on that sports plan she described. All in all, she took great care of me, set me up with a new phone and if I have any questions or help, I’ll definitely come back here.I will be referring my friends and family to this store, If Jessica isn’t here, I’m sure her team will exert the same customer care like she did.Thank you!!!
