I came in for a trackpad repair on my MacBook Air . I expected to leave it and possibly spend some significant money . Chris took it in the shop and repaired it while I waited for very little cost. He also replaced the battery in my iPhone 6s immediately and at little cost. He let me bend his ear to ask several questions about equipment and service which I probably should have known or researched for myself. To sum up, I found him to be courteous, very knowledgable and extremely patient. I couldnt have hoped for a better experience.

Goodness! I was thrilled to learn about Experimax at a networking event for seniors today. Immediately I went to one of my patients homes and told him about their services. I was able to get Ryan on the phone while I was at the house and he came out to help my patient just a few hours later. What no one was able to do in MONTHS, Ryan was able to accomplish quickly. This is a great shop! I came in because I had some damage to the screen of my Apple watch. Russell and his son who run the store where extremely helpful and not pushy at all. These guys saved my iMac. I had upgraded the software to Catalina (Apple insisted) and nothing worked right. Apple couldnt fix it. My iMac is too old (2012). Ryan was able to restore Mojave OS (which Apple would not do) and all is working well. Very reasonable pricing too. They also install I-phone batteries for much less than the Apple store.

I had a wonderful experience here. They were extremely friendly and so kind. I brought my old Mac Pro in because it had crashed-the old HD malfunctioned(unfortunately the data couldn’t be saved-my own fault tho). They were able to quickly diagnose the issue, repair, and have my computer back up and running. They also took the time to educate and explain things in easy-to-understand terms. They walked me through the process and I felt I was able to make informed decisions about how to repair my computer. The space was open and inviting.

The guys at Experimax are awesome!!! My 2015 MacBook Pro lost a battle with an unstable water bottle. I tried different things to revive it but to no avail. I had a current backup so no data was lost, but I had a huge deadline for work, so I had to purchase a replacement. I let it sit for a few months, reluctant to simply throw it away. Im glad I didnt! I decided to pursue revival one more time to see if I could get it working for my son to use. I took it to Experimax and was greeted by Ryan and Russell...super nice guys. They were cautiously optimistic that something could be done, but even with that, the odds were slim because water and electronics dont get along too well. I left it with them for a few days so they could work on it at their convenience. A couple of days later I got a call and was told it was fixed!!! Chris worked his magic on it, got it all cleaned up, and my son has been using it with no problems ever since.I highly recommend Experimax. They are easy to talk to and they definitely know their craft. Big thanks to Chris and everyone there for making things work for us!

Great experience. Took phone in for repair for a cracked screen and walked out with what looks like a brand new phone for much less than I anticipated! They were very helpful and professional. Would highly recommend their service!

I went in a couple weeks ago because my screen had stopped working. The guy at the front said he’s replace the screen and see if that worked. Sure enough, it did fix it. But about a week later after getting it fixed my Touch ID stopped working, which was weird cause I was being extra careful. I took it in again, and they told me that one the part operates the Touch ID wasn’t screwed in properly. Thus making it bounce around inside my phone and short circuit. They then told me that it’d be a $60 fix. Which I was a little upset at because I’d have to pay for something that I didn’t even break. It’s not a huge deal, but it was a bummer. Overall the experience I had was pleasant, the people are nice and work pretty quick. I just can’t give the full five stars for the one problem.

We bought 3 (three) 2015 MacBook Airs in December 2018. I just assumed that they were thoroughly checked out/refurbished but 4 months later one of the laptops would not charge or turn on anymore. I’m not sure if it’s the battery since I did finally get the charger light to turn on first orange then green after charging for awhile but still no power. It’s a $50 fee to “look” and see what is wrong with the laptop which I could understand if I didn’t just purchase it 4 months ago at this very store. If I bought it from somewhere else and brought it here to be diagnosed, ya $50 is reasonable. I don’t have an issue paying for a reasonably priced repair but if it costs more than the computer is worth I obviously wouldn’t. I feel like I could’ve saved A LOT of money buying from a private seller but went this route believing that an “experienced” business would’ve thoroughly checked everything out and it would last a little longer than 4 months. Lesson learned, buy from a private seller instead of paying for overhead, salaries etc. because either way if it needs repair your out $50 no matter what.

I stopped into the Apple store to get an estimated cost on fixing my Mac, it was a hassle and a headache. When I called experimac she knew exactly what needed to me done and gave me a price over the phone. When I came to the store I received everything I was told over the phone. Weve been in a few times for questions and repairs and have never been disappointed. The friendliness and knowledge of the staff is always top notch. I wont ever waste my time with the Apple store again. Glad you guys are here!

Great people at Experimac in Gilbert. They were friendly, knowledgable, and gave me a great deal on an IPad 3. I drove 35 miles and was well worth the savings. They help transfer my information from an older IPad and set-up was quick and easy.

I literally cant express how happy I am with experimacs service. I took my MacBook pro to apple waited to talk to a genius which after 5 min handed me a parts sheet of what Id need that was just about the same price as a new one and he didnt even look at it. Best buy wouldnt touch it. Brought it here and Doug was able to recover all of my daughters pictures and all my files. Newborn pictures that are irreplaceable! And he had the best service! Only reason Id buy a mac again is cause Id know if I had problems I could go here. Thank you so much!

Dont waste your time, customer service is horrible, a lot of stupid questions about why you need this phone. I came in the store wanting to buy one of their iPhones and they said the phone works perfect and unlocked but my simcard wouldnt work. The fingerprint didnt work also and they said I need to update it which is crap because that have nothing to do with it. They opened the phone and looked at it and said just update it not sure how opening the phone has to do with updating. And then at the end theyre trying to sell me 150 dollar phone for 250 and trying to convince me of why I need to buy this phone. Long story short they wasted my time and its sketchy. I would advise not going there for anything. Crooks.

Prior to visiting Experimax I had stopped by one of the kiosk in the mall to have my daughters phone looked at with an audio issue. The mall kiosk (iphixation) lead me to believe the speaker was fine and the problem was a piece soldered to the board and only a few places offer this type of service. Long story short I was lead to believe I was better off buying a new phone as the soldering option was risky.Experimac took the time to look the phone over and found it was simply a dirty screen over the earpiece. Within 15 minutes the phone was back in my hand and sounded better than my own phone!UPDATE: 12-4-2020 (2 years from my last review above) I took my daughter laptop to UbreakIfix which was convenient as it is next to my work and they told me its probably my mother board and I was better off donating it and buying a new one. I took it to Experimax and they replaced a conductor and a new batterie and the laptop is running like a dream! Yet again They saved the day!
