Late review, since I got my dress in January, but I remember this moment every time I go to a dress alterations appointment. These ladies are fantastic! I had gone to two locations prior to going to Wedding Belles and the selection was so varied, elegant, and affordable. They really listened to my feedback and made the process of saying “yes to the dress” incredibly easy and stress-free. This place is arguably the best in the East Valley!

This was one of the most wonderful experiences I have ever had *in any store* in my life. The owner is the sweetest woman and truly cares about the bride and loves what she does. The whole staff was friendly and helpful and I was able to find my perfect dress in one appointment. If you arent sure where to go this is the place! Also extremely affordable prices!

I went here looking at dresses for fun. Thought I would just look around and get an idea of what I wanted/liked and ended up with the most beautiful dress! I was helped by Jessica and she was amazing! Super sweet, listened to what I liked and never made me feel rushed at all! Everyone there was very nice and makes you feel very welcome! I got my wedding dress at wedding belles when the boutique was located in Gilbert in 2018. As someone who wasnt very confident in her own skin, looking for wedding dresses gave me anxiety. I can say that after getting into the boutique and talking with my consultant she assured me that we would find something that I loved no matter what. She was SO right! She not only listened to what I was wanting, but she also pulled a wild card dress which I ended up falling totally in love with. I was totally shocked! A non-dress lover truly became a believer. I was 100% obsessed with my wedding dress and every time I walked into wedding belles I felt totally at home.We had such a great experience that we got all of my bridesmaids dresses there too and I was able to send 2 sweet friends of mine there and they also found their dream dresses!

****SUCCESS STORY****I knew walking in I was in for a treat. Great with champagne, cookies, and cake pops (this weekend was a trunk show… not 100% sure if they have cake pops everyday lol) I walked around not knowing what I wanted… I knew that I wanted sparkle, mermaid, and my chi chi’s secured. We tried on all of these dresses that I had requested… only to find out I am not really a fan of the they fit. I was feeling down but my AMAZING consultant Nicole advised that maybe we should try something different maybe something more ball gown or maybe A-line (I believe that’s what she said….don’t quote me on that lol) I tried those on and we got SOOOOO CLOSE.. but still not the one…In the store they were playing some good music that I wanted dance to and realized that’s how my reception is going to be and that maybe some of these dresses I tried on would have been too hot.. especially with a June wedding! I asked Nicole if she had any romper wedding dresses and she checked end ended up having one!!!!! I got a romper with removable skirt below budget!!! I went to try on some wedding dresses for the first time ever in my life. Eliana made me feel so special, and beautiful during the try-on. Since I didnt bring anyone to the appointment with me, she helped me out and took pictures of me in multiple dresses so I can have them for reference later. Their gowns are absolutely stunning! Natalie introduced herself during the appointment, and brought me a glass of champagne. How sweet! If youre newly engaged and in a need of a wedding dress, I highly recommend checking them out.

After a few other visits to bridal shops, we came upon Wedding Belles and we are so happy we did! They treated everyone like queens, had fun with us, honed in on what exactly my daughter was looking for, and made a huge deal for her when she SAID YES TO THE DRESS! My consultants Mavi and Schrina were super knowledgeable, heard my feedback and applied it to the next dress selection and also listened to what my family was suggesting. After placing my order with the Wedding Belles team, I received a confirmation email that my dress was ordered with the designer and I should expect to see it in December. Wedding belles was an amazing experience. I was having a destination wedding and was uncertain what kind of dress I wanted. Natalie the owner took the time to show me all kinds of styles and I never felt rushed. She made me feel like I was her friend just shopping together. She welcomed my family that was with me as well. Came in for an appointment to look for bridesmaids dresses. We had been to two other shops and didn’t find dresses that we loved. Wedding Belles had a large selection to choose from. Ari was wonderful, she listened to what we were looking for and picked 4 dresses for all of the bridesmaids and got sizes that we could actually fit in to try on. This came out to 20 dresses in total that she chose for us. Made the process very smooth. We found the perfect dress in under an hour. So happy that we came here.

Wedding Belles was my last stop during my search for a dress. I went to 3 other stores before coming here. I am a petite girl and was feeling discouraged shopping because I felt like nothing was making me feel comfortable or complimenting me well. I remember asking Hanna what she would put petite girls in and she said anything they wanted!. I told her I was told to stay away from ball gown styles and she encouraged me to try on whatever I want, so we pulled 2 I had my eye on and one of them became my dress! I never had an experience like this at my 3 other stores. Natalie, the owner, and her team make you feel as if youre the only bride they are working with. They are so fun, friends, and honest; which I felt was important when planning a wedding. My sister also purchased her bridesmaid dress here! This is kind of a late review as my wedding was 2 months ago but I absolutely loved this bridal shop. I had previously gone shopping and fell in love with a dress at a different shop so I came here, not expecting much. I worked with Sarah and she knew I had loved a previous dress and helped me pick some out that were similar and also different. When we were in the dressing room, I tried on one dress that was different and didn’t really like it. She said “since you already know what you like, let’s get you in this dress and see what you like”. I ended up LOVING that dress. She was patient with me while I called my husband to make sure we could get the dress at the price it was and that became my dress for my big day. I have recommended this shop to everyone that’s asked me for recommendations and will continue to recommend them! I loved it here!

I had heard nothing but good things about Wedding Belles, so I was excited to try on their dresses! I understood I was cutting it close to my wedding day, so I double checked to see if they had any on the floor to purchase and they did, so I went through with an appointment. I knew it may be a little more difficult given my circumstances.Let me start off by saying their dresses are gorgeous and fairly priced and the environment they create is gorgeous. However, that is not where my problem lies with this boutique.My consultant was Eliana, who overall was very kind! But, to be honest, it felt disingenuous and like I was being sold a car at a dealership. EVERY dress was “stunning” and “gorgeous” and “perfect” on me, even if it very clearly wasn’t. **Of course I don’t want the consultant to be calling me ugly, but I would have appreciated the ability to form my own opinion first without being forced into a conclusion. I tried on 4 beautiful dresses but each time I decided that it wasn’t the one, she didn’t give me an out, “that’s okay, let’s try on the next dress”, she just stood there as if she was frustrated that I didn’t like it. (Aren’t you supposed to be picky about your wedding dress??) This continued until I tried on my favorite out of the bunch one last time with the veil and bouquet. It just wasn’t THE one. Everyone there with me could tell I didn’t like it, and I stood there helplessly looking at the mirror for 5 minutes wishing she would give me an out so I could go get out of the dress but she just stood there staring at me as if she was irritated and wanted to guilt me into buying it. She tried multiple times to make me feel even more guilty by saying things like “you’re cutting it super close” and “usually brides are getting final alterations done by now” which is *completely* true, but other consultants at different salons didn’t try to make me feel guilty.My bridal party and my mom agreed with me about how I was treated while trying on dresses and I sincerely hope that this was just an off day for her or even that my circumstances were what made my experience bad and that it’s not like this for other women. Wedding planning is already incredibly stress-inducing and your job isn’t to push brides into buying a dress, it’s to act as a stepping stone to them finding the perfect one that they truly love, whether that is at your boutique or somewhere else. On the bright side, for me, this appointment helped me realize how much I loved a dress I had tried on at a previous store and was a stepping stone in the right direction!

I said BELLE FRICKEN YES to the dress!!! My experience at wedding belles was amazing. My consultant Natalie really listened to what i wanted in my dress and showed me multiple options. The staff was so friendly and full of compliments. They even provided complimentary champagne for me and my guests. I ended up with the first dress i tried on and couldnt be happier. I had the absolute best experience wedding dress shopping here with my Bridesmaids and Mom for my wedding. Jessica was my consultant and she was amazing! It was our first stop and I thought I had a pretty good idea what I wanted going into it. Not only did Jessica listen to what I was looking for she was quick to pick up in what I was liking and what I wasnt. Then she was able to find other dresses that I hadnt even considered but knew I would love just by looking at them. The last dress I tried on was THE dress. But I had another appointment at another boutique right after and I just wanted to be 110% sure. Jessica totally understood and gave me all the info on the dress I loved. Not even two hours later, we were driving straight back to Wedding Belles to get my dream dress! I couldnt stop thinking about it the entire time we were at the other appointment. All the employees at Wedding Belles were so gracious and lovely to work with but huge shout out to Jessica for being awesome and helping me find my dress!

This place is amazing! It was my first stop and my last stop for my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses. Natalie, the owner is a DREAM to work with. Super sweet, very patient, and makes you feel so comfortable. She has a very good lady who does alterations on-site so youre not driving all over town. She has so many GORGEOUS dresses to choose from, I truly wanted to pick them all. It was so hard deciding on a dress.

Belle Yesssss!!! I found my dress and it was 100% in my price range. Wedding Belles had just gotten this dress in and I was told that I was the first to try it on (It was meant to be!!)Eliana truly listened to me and pulled so many gorgeous dresses that fit exactly my style. She hadnt pulled the dress I choose, but she was MORE than happy to grab it so I could try it on. I truly appreciate Elianas upbeat and friendly candor.Also just a bonus to me, they had mango mimosas! I Love everything mango!All in all, Wedding Belles is hands down a must visit store for all future brides. They have a cute and catchy slogan for saying yes to the dress Belle Yes!. They allow you to roam around and look at other dresses which is a huge plus. The open floor plan and tall ceilings give the bride and their guest room to breathe. The furniture was comfortable for our guest which is super important since they will more than likely sit there for a little while.>>> My ONE recommendation is that you install fans in the dressing rooms some how or some way. I went in super excited to try on my dress but Mavi was a little impatient with me and it seemed as if she didn’t want to help me for not liking the stuff she liked for me. So now I’m a little upset and stressed. Nice girl but not someone who I want helping me pick out my dress for my big day.

BRIDES: DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR WEDDING DRESS FROM HERE.I’m not the type to write negative reviews but I felt like this one had to be done. The women, aside from the owner Natalie, were nice. However, after sending me to a seamstress that messed up my wedding dress, Natalie told me the problem would be resolved and it wasn’t. I’ve attached pictures to show that the hem wasn’t fixed even after the 2nd fitting. As a bride, I shouldn’t have to do all this research on hems, bustles, etc. I was not given any information nor was I given any help to resolve the problem. Natalie was very unprofessional and did not resolve the issues. She promised to meet with the seamstress and I, but never showed up. She promised the seamstress would resolve the issues and never did. I’d also like to add that we called the store to get some kind of help and we were told that no one could help.Wedding planning is super stressful so I would hate for other brides to have to go through all this, especially a week before their wedding.

Wedding Belles was amazing! They made me feel like a princess and the energy in there was so good! I went back in March for my upcoming wedding in November. I had a style I wanted for myself and Mavi was my stylist and was beyond sweet. Let me start off by saying, Mavi handled my big, crazy family, and she made me feel special and like she cared. She offered to take all the pictures and boomerangs too! I never once felt rushed or pushed, she was so genuine and sincere. I told her what I liked and I told her I was open to trying anything! I was overwhelmed after the first dress and was beyond nervous, Mavi came in afterwards and told me to just breathe and relax. After 3 dresses, she asked if I would try on her wildcard dress and I of course said yes. It was opposite of everything I told her, but yet, she knew what would look good and man she did great. I said yes to that dress. Mavi picked out a dress that looked good on my body and Im so thankful! She was attentive, listened, and was just the sweetest ever! If you ever need to get a wedding dress, I highly suggest Wedding Belles, but I also suggest asking for Mavi! :)

I ended up finding The Dress here! I cannot compliment the consultants here enough! I had just come from a stressful and unsatisfying appointment with a slightly rude consultant that ended early.Wedding Belles (shoutout to Natalie and Nicole) were super kind, willing to work within my budget, and even let us start our appointment early! They kept trying until they found the dress I ended up with. I felt so relieved and it really saved the day from being ruined.Also, the champagne was bomb!

I’m very upset to say that I had a really bad experience. I had an appointment booked and had my mom and sister with me, we walked in about 15 min early and there were about 6 or 7 employees sitting at the receptionist area and not one acknowledged us until I said I had an appointment, I told them my name and she said that I’m too early and that I’ll need to wait until my actual appointment time and stuck us in a corner. Finally someone came to me and started to talk a little bit about some dresses and she ended up picking about 6 dresses, as I went to try them, obviously they are bigger sizes but when she was fitting me I felt like she didn’t care all too much. My appointment was 1.5 hours and I was there for 20 min and had finished trying the dresses on and I specifically told her that I’m open to trying other styles on and brought 2 back and said that’s all they have for me to try on... I felt as if I was trying on prom dresses. No one made me feel special whatsoever nor confident in THEIR dresses. I felt rushed and overall uncomfortable with this experience. It’s sad bc they were the ones who were most recommended when I asked others where to go dress shopping. It’s a lose for them.

This was my very first store I went to to start looking and sure enough I found the dress of my dreams, I couldnt have visioned a more perfect dress then the one I got from here. Throughout the whole appointment, I didnt feel rushed or like I was a bother, they put me in a couple different dress styles that I thought I wanted and helped me pick the most perfect one for me. Not just for bridal gowns! I went her searching for a special dress for an awards ceremony, and I had a great time. Eliana helped me find the perfect dress. She was kind, knowledgable, and tailored her picks to my taste. Such an easy, relaxing experience. Their variety of dresses is amazing, (so many colors to choose from!) and I will be going back for all of my formal attire needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Natalie and this boutique. I was late after helping my grandma who got lost and they were very accommodating. She talked to me over the phone and I sent her ideas. By the time I walked in she had 8 dresses ready for me. My grandma waited outside as she did not want to be around people and they were so sweet to her. Offering her water, and a chair.Since I was video chatting my mom and sister, she helped move the laptop around so they could see the details and talked to them.I knew immediately what dress was THE dress; however my family did not like it because its not traditional. In the dressing room, I got teary eyed and told her that was the dress. She helped dress it up with a veil and flowers and my family LOVED it. They came recommended to me by a friend who visited a few other shops as well and ended up coming back to Wedding Belles to purchase her dress, so I had a feeling theyd be my one-stop shop, and they were!I booked a Belle Yes dress appointment (party) for my family and I to find my dress and it was so relaxed and fun (highly recommend it), and Natalie, the owner and the team were so warm and welcoming from the minute we got there. Natalie listened to exactly what I liked and didnt like - even pulled some dresses outside of that so I could be SURE I knew what I wanted and didnt leave wondering about other styles - and the very first dress she pulled for me ended up being the one (which I kind of knew it would be as soon as I put it on)! She nailed it and even though I said it was relaxed, the whole appointment only took 90 mins - they just know what theyre doing!Not to mention, they carry the mega-designer looking dresses, without the $3-5,000+ price tag. I bought the most beautiful, perfect-for-me Willowby by Watters dress for under $2,000! They also work with an incredible tailor, who handled my dress with care and made the most creative bustle to make sure none of the details of my dress were covered up.Everything was on-time, stress-free and easy, and Natalie and her team are so sweet and fun to work with - I cant thank them or recommend them enough!

Oh my heavens I LOVE this bridal boutique!! Amazing selection of gorgeous gowns, an incredibly sweet and helpful staff, not to mention the most adorable space to try on dresses! It’s warm and welcoming, and on the smaller side but that makes it very intimate and less overwhelming than some other shops. Natalie, the owner, is an absolute ANGEL - genuinely kind, wants to help you find the perfect dress, and so very patient (especially for someone like me who really had no idea what I was looking for and had to try on about 20 different dresses over two separate appointments lol). I also got to work with Mavi who is just a doll and super helpful with dress suggestions and making you feel like a smoke show in everything you try on 🥰 I really loved that they had both custom-order and off-the-rack options readily available, so no matter what your budget or timeline is there’s something for everyone. Their “thing” is designer dresses under $2k but absolutely nothing about this shop feels like a “budget” experience. It’s luxurious and just all around a great experience. I can not recommend this adorable shop enough!

Cant say enough about the staff at Wedding Belles! They are beyond helpful and go above and beyond to make you feel not only so gorgeous but so special when picking out your dream dress. I wish I could give them a 10 star review, they were THAT good. The owner Natalie was AMAZING. After a horrible experience the day before, I was very nervous to say the least, and my nerves left the minute I met Natalie. She was soooo welcoming and friendly. I felt so comfortable immediately. She let me pick out anything I wanted to try on. The entire time I was there I felt like a princess. Their dresses are GORGEOUS and so well priced. I said yes to my dress and I am so in love with my dress. I seriously wanted to never leave and just stay and hang out with Natalie and the employees. The customer service was TOP NOTCH. Natalie is a master at her craft. This appointment, and Natalie will be something I remember for the rest of my life, and talk about for years to come. I cant say enough great things about this boutique and the owner.

We had such a great experience with Wedding Belles Bridal Boutique I had to write a review! My daughter and I went shopping for her wedding dress and we were instantly greeted and helped. My daughter found her dress on her first visit and we were helped by an awesome and super friendly bridal consultant, Eliana. She explained the entire process from trying on the dress to alterations to bringing the dress home! My daughters wedding was planned in three months and Wedding Belles was able to accommodate her rushed schedule with alterations and all! The owner is very hands on and helped us through the entire process. We just picked up her dress for her wedding next week and it looked perfect! I highly recommend using Wedding Belles Bridal Boutique! You cant go wrong.

Was not a good experience, the bride was not allowed to go help find dresses because of the current covid-19 and “social distancing” yet the bride is allowed to try dresses on? Only one employee wore a mask the day I was there and the other did not. The previous establishment we went to allowed the bride to walk around and choose what she wanted. I would suggest not setting anything up during this time and to wait until it goes back to normal.

Words cant describe how amazing this boutique is. From the moment we walked in the door to when we left me and my family felt so much support and joy from the consultants. They gave me an experience that I will keep close to my heart forever. Thank you for helping me find my dream dress!

Went to multiple dress shops in the valley from Gilbert to Glendale and had the best experience at Wedding Belles. There was a nice selection of dresses to choose from and found the prices to be a little lower and the quality a little better then others we tried. They had a few off the rack dresses but the majority was to order. Natalie and her staff were very down to earth. We never felt rushed or pressured and best of all, they werent pretentious. Thank you for making wedding dress shopping a great experience.

I was excited to check this place out for wedding dress shopping because all of their dresses were under 2k. My appointment was set for 2:30pm. I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment and the boutique was very crowded 2 other brides trying on dresses, one of which had 13 people with her. I was not taken for my appointment 15 minutes late, then told I would be moved once the other girl decided on her dress and everyone left. In the mean time my 4 person entourage was squished in a middle fitting room with a 2 person love seat. Luckily a girl in the back fitting room finished quickly and we were able to move into a larger and more comfortable space. I saw several people come in and walk out due to no service. The girl who helped me with my dress shopping was sweet but was not expereienced and when she needed help the owner just brushed her off. Overall just an experience lacking professionalism, organization and regard for appointments. If your space is small and not the best setup for multiple parties of any size to be in the boutique all at once, then they should space out their appointments, or ask brides to reschedule when they exceed their appointment time, and limit the number of guests to accommodate the space better. I passed on a 10% discount due to a friend buying her dress because I had a horrible experience. And not once did the owner apologize.

This boutique is amazing! We have now gotten two dresses here for each of my daughters. They are professional and helpful and so friendly, almost like family. Thank you Natalie and Hannah! We will be back when our youngest is ready for a dress.. in about 13 years!!

I came in for a grooms woman/bridesmaid fitting and to find a gown for my best friends wedding which will be in FL in January. Crystal and Eliana were working the boutique when I came in today. They were both so friendly, helpful and chose amazing/flattering dresses. I ended up choosing a chiffon jumpsuit and love love LOVE it (it has pockets)!!! The boutique itself is decorated stylishly, comfortable loveseats throughout, and plenty of bridal and bridesmaid gowns to choose from. They offer alterations as well which is always nice. I definitely recommend this boutique for anyone in AZ.

After visiting 7 bridal shoppes around the valley, Wedding Belles Bridal was the winner! Many beautiful bridal gowns and styles to choose from, and the service is amazing. It is an intimate, upscale boutique offering personal, professional service. We worked with Natalie, the owner ... love her! Felt like shes been a friend for years! Weve been back a few times for alterations and bridesmaid dresses, and watching Natalie in action she treats every customer as if theyre her only customer! They have absolutely gorgeous dresses that are relatively inexpensive. It is best to schedule an appointment so they can give you personal help and you can see how the dresses will actually look when you get yours. This was the first place the Bride visited and she found her dress. They even take a picture of everybody together at the end!

I cannot say enough good things about Wedding Belles! The owner, Natalie, is a gem and has the perfect balance of giving input and letting her brides take as much time as necessary trying on (and re-trying on) gowns. All of the gowns in the store are under $2k so it was comforting knowing that I did not need to inspect price tags to help make my decision. She made it incredibly easy for my 4 bridesmaids to all get different styles of dresses from the same designer and always welcomed me with a smile when I stopped by for a color match. I just loved my dress and I loved getting to come see this staff about once a month. When I was wedding dress shopping, I had a bridesmaid with me who had gotten her dress at this store as well. When we walked in she was immediately recognized and from the start I felt comfortable in this atmosphere. When we had an issue with the belt that I ordered, they were diligent about reaching out to the manufacturer and making sure I got what I needed. Thanks Wedding Belles for all you do.

If I could give this place a lower score I would!!!! I do not live in Arizona and I was only home for the weekend. I tried to call ahead of time to make an appointment but was told that they do not make appointments for veils.So I figured that I could just walk in anytime. When I walked in, not only was I not helped, AT ALL! But I was shoved into a corner with no mirrior and wasn’t even told when a better time I could come back would be. They put all of our stuff on the floor and my mom and I were so upset we left and bought the veil at another shop.Anyone that has had the experience I have had please don’t waist you time and head to grace style and bridal. They will treat you much better over their!

These ladies are seriously the best in the valley. I would rate them 5/5 in the following categories: experience, dress selection, and sales.Experience:Have seen those fancy wedding TV shows and want a similar experience for half the price? Look here! They will accommodate anything. Want to see the dress with a veil? No problem. Want to try on just one more dress? No problem!This is the first time I actually felt a dress shop was actually happy I was there. We worked with Hon and I felt like I was shopping with my best friend!Store in general is beautiful and looks very high end. 3 areas to try on means only 3 parties can be in the store at once!Dress selection:The owner of the store has a great selection of dresses for different sizes, and body shapes. The shop has bling dresses, modest dresses, lace dresses and everything in between! Seriously if you have something specific in mind - you very well may find it here.Price is relatively reasonable for the valley, but the owner has carefully curated her collection for quality.Sales:I have been everywhere in the valley and had different experiences, but this was the best sales-wise. They will let you try on as many dresses as you want, and veils. But they do not pressure you into buying a dress. Ive also had the opposite experience, where the sales people could care less if you buy anything. I am writing this review in hopes that it will prevent others from going through the disappointing and uncomfortable situation I found myself in.I am a bridesmaid in a wedding coming up in January our bride to be is very sweet, soft spoken, and easy going and allowed each of us to choose a dress we liked as long as it came in the color she chose. With all of our work schedules being so different she made the time to go into the boutique with each of us back in August.I personally had quite the unpleasant experience with the consultant who was working the day I went in. After trying on a few dresses I found the dress I liked told the consultant I am a size 6. I would like to stress that I am in no way one of those girls who cares about the number of the size you wear, but I had been in 5 weddings in the past year, meaning I had purchased 5 different bridesmaid dresses all from different places and different designers so I already knew what size works for my body. At that time, the consultant insisted that I order a size up (being a size 8) and I countered back with her about my experience and that it was not about the number I just know my body and what size works best. She then proceeded to tell me that the designer whos dress I choose runs small and then to prove to me measured me and compared my measurements to the ones in the book. After measuring my bust, waist, and hips we determined all three areas were under the noted measurements for a size 6 unfortunately, the consultant still felt the need to insist that I order a size up to be cautious. The consultant and I went back and fourth for an uncomfortable amount of time and me not wanting to make the bride any more uncomfortable at this point I told her fine, but I hope it fits right. I myself am a people pleaser and absolutely avoid confrontation at all costs so I paid for my almost $200 bridesmaid dress and left feeling bullied and instantly regretful. I would like to note that I did stand my ground with her by not signing the paper agreeing to ordered a size 8...I work in the wedding industry at a wedding venue and work long hours many days of the week that are not consistent on a week to week basis so when the dresses arrived the last week of November the bride was sweet enough to take my dress home with her. It was a few days before I received my dress from her and was so excited to see it in person as all the dresses I tried were much bigger and none the color we were ordering.Unfortunately, not to my surprise when I went to try it on it was huge. Not one part of the dress fit me and it has a very unique back that really doesnt allow me to wear a bra with it. Needless to say, at this point with a little over a month until the wedding I had no choice but stick with the size 8 and get alterations. I would like to stress again I have NOT had to do this with any other bridesmaid dress EVER! I was very frustrated and now also forced to spend extra money during the holiday season that I had not planned for!I am just so upset about this whole experience and after talking with the other bridesmaids they were all in the same boat! What happened to the customer is always right? Also, if I am spending that kind of money on a dress that honestly I may never wear again Id like to have the power to decide what size I get. My experience continued to go down hill as once reaching out to the boutique about everything mentioned above they told me in a very unapologetic way that they would cover the alterations on the bodice of my dress. When I went in for my alterations the consultant told me and I quote, Its a good thing we didnt order you a size 6 because you wouldnt fit in it! I was blown away with how rude and condescending she was and then proceeded to make me feel worse about myself. When the seamstress started pinning the bodice and straps the consultant went on to reassure me that a size 8 was the right choice. I wish I would have spoke up in that moment but she then gave me the price of $63 for the alterations and I just wanted to get out of there!

I had a great experience at Wedding Belles! I didnt know much about what I wanted, but Natalie was great at finding several styles I liked. I found the perfect dress with her and I did get that this is the one moment the second I tried it on. The store is small, so I wouldnt want to be there during a busy time with large parties, but it is very cute! I did my alterations through the person they contract through as well, which went well. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that I when I came back for payment and fittings, I did observe some miscommunications/trouble finding files for payments over the phone for a few different people. They did their best to make it right, but I do think their filing and/or staff training has a little room for improvements to avoid these.

Would give 0 starts if I could. My best friend, the bride, was charged $600 to alter her dress just to start off. THAT IS ASTRONOMICAL! After receiving her dress, she tried it on and the straps did not fit right. They kept falling down her shoulders. She was told she could pay $60 more to have them fixed or was offered double sided tape as a remedy. She chose to pay the EXTRA money and have a lacey strap put across her back and attach to both straps to keep them from falling. After receiving her dress for the 2nd time, the lace in the back now droops and the straps still do not fit right. She is STILL going to need tape on her wedding day, and these peoples excuse is there was no way of knowing how it would fit her since she is so small. Do not speak to Sylvia as she will not listen to your suggestions, do not trust these people with your dress if you want it to come out right.

Im a brides man but please I enjoy bending the rules and calling me a bridesmaid with accessories! Haha. Wedding Belles was so fun, patient and willing to work with the brides family. I am willing to recommend them to anyone in the Valley area! They have lots of dresses and will work with many different styles/ideas. If I were to be a bride you bet I would come back!! Haha

Loved my experience! I had a short time frame and lower budget to work with, and I was able to fall in love with not one - but TWO - dresses!
