Called asking for a quote, rep gave me a price without telling me the brand of the bed liner. I asked for the brand, and he ask why I was asking so many questions. I would think dropping $360 on a product you might want to know what it is, do some research and see some reviews. Paul (the owner) was great! He answered all my questions about the product he uses and the process to install it. When it came time to do the work, I dropped my truck off in the morning and it was done in a few hours. Afterward, I was very happy with the quality. My in bed lights and hardware had been properly protected/removed, and there was no overspray, gaps, or variations in thickness. I highly recommend!

I can tell you Paul will have my business for life. My truck was a tad tricky, to say the least, and he did an amazing job and was professional throughout. Made an appointment for June 5th and was told that day was “wide open” and would take 4 hours. Towed my Jeep and dropped the truck off at 8:50 AM on June 5th. At 2:00 PM I had not heard from him so I drove by and he hadn’t even started…was told the truck would be done by 5:00 PM. Arrived at 5:00 PM and they were just starting to work on the truck. Told him (Paul) to pull the truck out and I would go somewhere else and in retrospect I’m glad I did. Went to Inyati and a world of difference…same price and they offer a 25% discount to veterans, a lifetime warranty and a facility a world apart from Veterans Bedliners. I’m not sure where all the positive reviews came from or whether they are legitimate but it proves you cannot count on reviews for an indication of how a business really operates. I think Paul relies on the Veterans approach to attract customers. Like myself, that is why I went there but I really question the approach. Most people think of a veteran who served in a combat zone but if you read the information on his website it just says Marines who served overseas…could be anywhere other than a combat zone. When he handed me the keys to the truck there was not any kind of remorse or apology for the inconvenience. He indicates USMC on his business card but he is definitely not Semper Fi. ..really more of a jackwagon.

When I was buying my truck, I reached out to Paul with photos of the bed hoping to get his input. He immediately replied with helpful information and assured me it could be done.
