Absolutely fantastic service! There was some miscommunication on how the rental car was going to be handled between us/Service King/the insurance company responsible for paying for the damages to my vehicle but they were able to rectify the situation immediately — which was impressive given we dropped off our car at 7:30 am. Our car bumper looks great, they finished faster than expected and the inside of my car was cleaned. We could not have had a better experience! Hopefully we won’t be in another accident for awhile but I know where I’m going if I do.

Service King off Elliot is great! Daily communication via text with a few phone calls too explaining the process, est cost, timeframe etc. They do amazing work and I’ll keep coming back to them if needed.

Needed the front bumper and grill assembly reattached along with areas were the paint had been badly scratched areas were the clear coat had bubbled and was peeling, the car was washed and detailed, looked almost new. Very pleased and recommend to anyone.

They got me into their schedule the week of a Christmas and finished the job a day earlier than promised, which was great! I had one door painted on my SUV and it matches perfectly. I cannot even tell it’s a paint job; looks original.

They got it done in a timely manner but the paint job wasn’t good. There are bubbles in the work. The gentleman were nice and kept in contact about the timeline.

I want to clarify that the other driver ran a red light so I am not a terrible driver. Repairs cost above 20k and the staff at Service King handled everything efficiently. I was always updated on the repairs and they were very thorough on explaining every single step. I had to take it back once for a minor issue and the manager, Eddie, was very reliable and accountable . He made sure I was taken care of and that my concerns were met. The car runs like it’s brand new and I am very happy with Service King.

Conducting business with this location was a fantastic experience! I dropped my car off on a Monday to have the back door and bumper repainted. They told me my car would be done in approximately a week. To my surprise the repair was completed in 3 days, and the job done was immaculate. They even washed my car inside and out, including steaming the mats! The manager, Eddie Narramore, was very professional and a pleasure to work with! I would definitely recommend this body shop!

Service King is one of those places that you hope you never have to deal with in your life but I tell you what, if you ever do find yourself needing to have work done on your car, Service King is the place to go. Eddie made sure every week to keep me updated on the car and assure me it’s in great hands. I got the car back and it looked and drove better than it did before. Fantastic experience here with Moses & my Dodge Charger. Not only did I have to reschedule my drop off two times in a row, I was also unable to pickup the car for a few additional days after the repair was complete.Moses worked with me the entire time from start to finish and couldnt have been more professional. He assured me the time frames were no problem and when we did meet we went over exactly what would be done to the car and how long it would take.The repair was immaculate, it looked like I had received a new bumper but Moses assured me they were able to repair my original - It looks brand new!A huge thank you to Moses and the team at Service King, they do a great job and you should feel a-ok leaving your vehicle with them! Our vehicle was in a hailstorm. Major damage. They were very communicative and sympathetic. Easy to get a car mental right on the premises. Needed to wait on a part but giving them five stars because vehicle was fixed 100per cent! We sustained hundreds of dents with golfball size hail. Very professional repair place.

Horrible service. Left my truck with them so they could do an estimate. Obviously left the keys with them so they could do their thing. The guy calls me and has the audacity to tell me I left the keys in it and really shouldn’t do that in that area. Don’t trust your vehicle with these people, they won’t even watch it when it’s in their care. Never coming back!

Great place for your car to be taken care of! The service was prompt and they provide lifetime warranty on all of the work that was done! Text messaging updates daily to save your time calling in. The team will make sure your car will be in tip top shape and running with absolutely no issues! After the major repairs they did a test drive and found out additional repairs are needed, which were done in no time! Manager Keith definitely one of the greatest managers Ive known! He will not let customer leave unhappy

They seemed really nice when we dropped off the car. We had asked for a separate dent to be repaired and asked for a separate quote to be done to pay out of pocket. Everything was going great until our insurance company called us. They asked if we had approved two more quotes. There was some minor front bumper damage from scraping parking curbs, and the minor dent we had spoke to the desk clerk about. Thankfully our insurance company called us or we would have had to pay three deductibles. We called and stopped the work that was not part of our original agreement. When we received the car back the job looked clean and we were happy just to have that part done, but when we got home and started to further inspect we noticed that places Inside the trunk area were poorly done and there were places the paint was just not done at all. Overall they did an okay job and as long as your carefully watching them you should be fine.

Must be nice to have so much business you can tell people you need an appointment for an estimate. No effort at all to try and be helpful. Typical crap from entitlement youngsters these days. No customer service skills but want and expect to be PAID top dollar.How many customers can you turn away before you wake up with NO customers AT ALL????

Read the comments people. I am so glad we moved our car before they started working on it. Rude from the start, not at all helpful. All about the money, with no customer service. The end product I did see on a car that had to be repainted at another shop. That said it all. Do yourself a favor and go to PCC or some other reputable shop.

Had an appointment with Moses to fix the bumper on my parents 2000 Jetta. Moses was awesome! No wait and was able to fix the problem in under 15 minutes. Would highly recommend this place.

After your car has been in an accident, everything in your life comes to screeching stop.The accident was not my fault and I found myself fighting with AAA for weeks to have my car repaired properly. At first I was not pleased with the body work, but the service manager was willing to do whatever it took to make things right. I was tired of fighting with AAA and exhausted from the time invested. The service manager was even willing to come to my house to see why I was not satisfied with the job. He offered to make the changes, give me a free rental and even do other body work (that I inquired about, long before this accident) at a great discount.Now my car really does look like new!! Took my car because someone crashed into my car. Body panels were not placed right and you can see bubbles excess paint bumps. Noticed my car takes a while to start after the crash and say I will have to pay although it was something they did not fix from the start which should have been covered with the insurance money.

Oh wow! Where should I begin?First of all, I really regret taking my vehicle to Service King(SK). The entire process was stressful. When, I called to make my reservation, the lady failed to mention that there was an Enterprise within the Service King location. This was after I told her that I needed a rental and had a rental confirmation number from the insurance company for Enterprise. So, I ended up going to pick up the rental car from another location.I dropped my car off for five weeks. I received a ridiculous estimate within 4 business days. When I state that it was ridiculous, I mean that they were saying it was going to be over $10000 in damage. My car is only worth a little over $11000. So that means it was in danger of being totaled which is total bs. I did a little recon online and found vehicles that had similar damage that were fixed for less than $8000. These people are money hungry scums. They lack integrity and definitely do not care about their customers or the quality of work that they perform. The insurance company did not take a look at the car for about two weeks. Their estimate was much lower. The whole communication process during the five weeks was horrific. It got a little better in the final week. I wish I could have dealt with someone other than Ruth. Her people skills are non-existent.When I picked up my car, the check engine light was on. Hmmm..it wasnt on before. As a matter of fact, it has never been ON since Ive owned the vehicle which would lead me to believe that Service King created the problem and it didnt mysteriously appear when I picked up the vehicle. In addition, the hatch area was extremely dusty. It was clean, when I dropped it off. The back windshield wiper was put on backwards which leaves little faith in the employees of Service King. I didnt notice it until the day after I picked it up since it was raining outside. :( How in the hell does a certified tech put a rear windshield wiper on backwards?I did mention the check engine light being on when I picked up the vehicle. Ruth questioned it saying that it was on when I dropped it off. I told her no and she double checked the original paperwork. So, one of the techs ended up rebooting the system instead of checking on the actual problem.Guess what?? The next day the check engine light came on AGAIN. I had to make an extra trip back to Service King to get it fixed along with the rear windshield wiper. It seems as though they would have did a quality check before releasing the vehicle. Im crossing my fingers and hoping that nothing else occurs because I dont ever want to see this place again as long as i live!!

I honestly regret taking my car here. They botched the repair SOOOO bad that my under carriage valence literally FELL OFF while driving down the hwy and both my headlights have ceased working. All within a very short period of time.I took the car back to have them repair it and they told me it was my fault because I curbed my bumper doing a U-Turn once and scratched my bumper.Im sorry... WHAT??? Scratching my bumper on a curb caused my valence to fall off?After they made such asinine claims, I went to the VW dealership and asked them if that were possible to which they started laughing and said not even a chance!Im filing a lawsuit with these punks because its not that they dont know how to do good work, its that if you happen to be the person they mess something up on, you can guarantee that Gary Sullivan and Kevin Bearden will attempt to blaim you for work they messed up.
