Due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to purchase a gas dryer for my home. I was greeted by Kelly when I got to the store. Kelly was extremely knowledgeable about the specifications on each of the units and was able to find exactly what I needed.I was able to save a few hundred dollars buying an open box discount model. The store was very clean and all appliances well organized and I will definitely go back to this location again!!

Simple process. The dishwasher I wanted was back ordered and they recommended a similar model of the same brand that was on sale as so are all of there appliances on the showroom floor . Payed on Friday and had it delivered and installed first thing Monday morning. Delivery guy was nice and did a great job. Kudos to this discount store fantastic experience .

Great experience - got the exact dishwasher I wanted with no hassle. The entire process was fast and exactly what I hoped for. Delivery was quick and easy - they arrived early (which was awesome!) and were in and out within minutes - and took the garbage with them.

I worked with an associate named Cathrine during my visit to this location and I can not say enough about how excellent her service was. She was attentive but not pushy, friendly, even going as far as demonstrating the product I was purchasing and seemed to go out of her way to make sure you got what you needed. If your planning to visit this location I can confidentially say that you’ll be in good hands with Cathrine on your side.

This is the third major appliance we have bought from them, a Frigidaire Dishwasher. The prices are about 20% under the chain stores. Look out for structural damage or damage inside the machines. A scratch on the side that will never be seen is perfect. Some of the items have no damage, maybe just lost the packaging. Everything is new with original warranty.

3rd party installers stated we needed an extension kit. Two other appliance stores stated that I did not after I sent photos of the kitchen area. Getting refund from credit card company now. Do not buy from them!The installers only took off the kick plate. No hoses or cords or dishwasher was pulled out taken off. The power cord plugs right behind the dishwasher so no extension or longer power cord needed. The owner cannot be trusted to respond to this review as well as he was not there. The other stores saw the angle and still thought I didnt need an extension. If you really want to install it on the first day then you should bring extra parts i.e. extension kits, duh!Update: If I could give negative 2 stars I would. This is a scam and they are so bold, lie after lie. I bought another dishwasher and they did not put in an extension kit, we saved more $$ (new one cost less than theirs), and we also have a new dishwasher not a scratch and dent one to boot!

So I came to the store right before closing…. To purchase on sale whirlpool Range and a hood for my kitchen …I didn’t expect much considering… that I was expecting impossible… I received a excellent customer service…the whole team including the managers worked super hard to have my purchase, delivered the next day to my house…. Because of my personal situation I wasn’t able to have my purchases delivered on any other day than the next day in am … and guess what ? impossible happened !!!! As I was promised… I received a call at 8.30 am the next day from Derek- the store manager, letting me know that my Range will be at my house with an hour. Normally you have to wait for it few days I came to the store Friday evening….to make it even “harder”. Anyways, being on the phone with Derek store manager, the delivery guy( super nice ) gave me a call saying that they will see me in 20 min ….. I had some room to negotiate the price as well and was told that as soon as the hood will arrive to the warehouse I will be informed about delivery date …..not only professional team but one that goes above and beyond for their customers ….so far the best Experience I have with the store !!!Trust me I’m extremely difficult customer !!!Thank you !!

We were greeted only once, and that was to advise us how to apply for credit, which I was told I could do using my phone. We spent thirty minutes looking at appliances and not one person asked what exactly we were looking for, what our needs were, or anything yet people who were attempting to apply for financing got all the attention they needed. Not even consodering going back. Very poor customer service, unless you are attempting to get financed.

You can’t beat the customer service of this place. Kaio helped me pick out a fridge at an incredible price and able to be delivered immediately! You won’t find a cheaper place to buy brand new appliances. Highly recommend! They’ve got a great inventory.

Great ExperienceI needed to replace my refrigerator that decided to die on me. I found them and decided to take a look at what they offer. I was able to by a brand new Whirlpool refrigerator for 1/3 less than Home Depot/Lowes for the same refrigerator (additional 10% off sale). I bought one as is from the Scratch/Dent section. I really couldnt see any scratch and it didnt have any dents. The salesperson, Jacqueline, was amazing. She was very helpful, even pointed out a scratch on the handle that i did not see even after I told her I was not concerned about small scratches. She asked if there were any specific brands I was looking for and even check to see if there were others I could look at to be sure. I would highly recommend Paradise Appliance and ask for Jacqueline.

Today was great; we found what we needed and werr treated very well while we discussed if we would purchase this refrigerator. If you need something now this is the place to go. The staff was very knowledgable and the few things they didnt know they were able to get us answers in a few minutes. Yes appliances have some scratches and dents but getting it delivered tomorrow when other stores told us it would be 2-4 months before they could get the refrigerator we wanted made it an easy decision. Tomorrow we find out if the product works, if it does great, if not, Ill update this post.

Great selection of new and scratch and dent appliances.

The selection of various appliances is great and priced accordingly. Prior to purchasing, review your entire selection in depth. After purchasing was informed the washing machine did not have a hot water line for clothes when getting installed. After discussing other options, which there were none, was very reluctant to take possession. When installing stacking kit, feet on the dryer were destroyed and unable to stack correctly resulting in purchasing new legs from Whirlpool which are backordered until January. Going forward will pay full price for undamaged, fully functioning machines. A few dollars are not worth the headache.

Fabulous!!!! Have you ever wondered what happens to the appliances that literally feel off the back of a truck? :-). Ok, not that bad at all but Paradise Appliance saved me about $500 today on a new refrigerator. Sales rep Kaio explained everything very patiently and professionally. I dont think Ill ever pay full retail again if o can find what I need at Paradise Appliance!

We did a lot of comparison shopping on our appliances and found that Paradise had the best prices on our fridge and washer and dryer. This locations showroom is more spacious than any other location which made it easy to wander around and really get a look at all of our options. The salespeople were helpful and informative and they were super flexible with delivery. It was easy to reschedule our delivery date on very short notice (less than 24 hours) when our move hit a bit of a snafu.

Shockingly dishonest. I went in to get a second refrigerator. In the area I was in, there was a sign that says “45% Off Top Mount Refrigerators.” I think most reasonable people would take that to mean that you can get 45% off the marked price, which is what I would expect in a scratch and dent store. The top mount model I looked at was marked at $797, only slightly below the brand new price at the big orange store for $908. In fact, a new fridge in a different color was $818. Since this was to be a garage fridge, color wasn’t important.When I asked about the signs advertising 45% off, I was told “No, that’s just an estimate of the savings from the new price and not 45% off marked.” When I pointed out that I was certain that on my prior visit I was offered 45% off the marked price, I was told I was wrong (I’m not, and can prove it). When I pointed out that the marked price was nowhere near 45% off “new,” I was given a final price of about $747 if I recall correctly.Absolutely misleading, and completely dishonest, to advertise 45% off in large, red signage when there is no intention of meeting that price. I am 100% certain that my prior visit went differently, and I have the receipts to prove it. Buyer beware.

I am so GRATEFUL that I found this place. Ive been looking for a chest Freezer ...for MONTHS! I found this company through Google and called. They had a bunch in stock with good prices. Customer service...amazing! I definitely recommend Paradise Appliances.

Prices are too high for a dented appliance. Save your money and go to Home Depot or Lowes. Prices arent much different.

First and foremost, Jackie is by far my favorite employee. The way she is so involved with her customers never fails to amaze me .Plenty of scratch and dent appliances .The customer service in general is amazing non the less. However, there is something about Jackie that keeps us customers going. That something could be how impressively she improves our mood, you could never have a bad day around her. Not only that but her generosity and her humbleness, these days coming across humble and generous people is a rare sight. 10/10 would recommend!

Everyone is so friendly and treats you like you’re a part of the family. They truly pride themselves on customer service and do everything they can possibly do to help you. If you havent heard, this is the place to go. We bought a new house with old appliances. We went to this place and were able to get matching appliances for about 70%, the cost of what we would have gotten at Lowes or home Depot. Scratch and dent but the items we bought were barely scratched and still in plastic. Plus you still get the manufacturers warranty. I love this place I would recommend this to anyone to at least to go in and check out the inventory.

My review of Paridise Appliance: I enjoyed hunting for my next stove here. The entrance was a bit unusual. You enter through the office area then go down a hall to the back air conditioned warehouse . They had great brand names at reasonable prices. Gas and electric stoves, fridges and more. They also offer a further discount on holidays like Fathers Day. Its worth stoping in and seeing what they have.

I would recommend just buying a new one at like a Lowe’s or Home Depot. I bought a refrigerator there a little dink in the front. I said to myself, what a good deal I’m getting. Now to find out. The 2 sided Whirlpool I bought is what I would consider very noisy, not a quiet unit. I have a feeling they knew it too. Just bite the bullet and get one where you have some kind of Guarantee from the store your buying it at. I do have a 1 year warranty, for someone to come out and look at it, they’ll probably say nothing we can do about it. Not happy in no mans land. I wish they could just come pick it up, not in the policy because of the good deal !

Recently my elderly parents needed the assistance of a 24 hr. care giver in their home. Their house appliances were not functional and needed to be replaced immediately. My parents live about 3 hours from my home and this presented a huge challenge. A co-worker recommended that I contact Paradise Appliance and I am so very glad that I did. They helped me pick out the appropriate appliances and worked with me through the purchase and installation without any problems.they demonstrated excellent customer service skills, always followed through on there promises and made a difficult task easy. We were shopping for a built in oven to replace a dated version which was a challenging task since the newer versions are larger than the space we currently have. Jackie was very patient with us while we were trying to decide on what to get.she also recommended the best fit based on the looks and the efficiency. We always have a positive experience at Paradise appliance Gilbert store. We are at the point where we wont go anywhere else. Special compliments to Sara, super sales gal, who is always extra-knowledgeable and extra helpful. Somehow she is up-to-date on everything you need to know about all of the appliances. Amazing, simply amazing. I have to say the people who work here in this massive clearance center are incredible and the deals as well (as long as you dont mind last years models, scratch and dent, and searching for what will work as well as what you want). Terrible place. I was told I must have a disposer to get a dishwasher installed.After consulting with third party at Home Depot who said I do not need a disposer, I requested for a refund, I was told I can’t get a refund!Save yourself the hassle, go get a new dishwater or item, the stress with this place is not worth it.

I recently went into Paradise to look around for gift ideas. I was sick of going into other stores and wasting my time looking for someone to help me. Paradise Appliance is well organized and the staff is very friendly. Kelly, a sales associate I’ve worked with before, greeted me and offered her assistance. I am glad I ran into her since she is quite knowledgable and helpful - without being pushy. The store has a good selection of products and great sales. This was a nice shopping experience - but hopefully my last until after Christmas!

I purchased a washer/dryer, two refrigerators in October. My sales gal, Sara, was excellent. When I described what I was looking for in a washer (knobs, able to control water level) she knew exactly what model to show me that had those features and which fit my measurements. She was extremely knowledgeable, personable and patient with me and my disabled daughter as he helped us with the purchase of all of these. (The installation companies for the washer/dryer and refrigerator were also top notch.)

I feel compelled to point out how AWESOME Paradise Appliances in Gilbert is. After our over range microwave literally went up in flames this past Thursday, I called Paradise, the salesperson on the phone helped me in the store pointing out the models we discussed by phone. (Yes, when you call a real person answers.) When I went to the store, they showed me the models I was looking for based on the phone call. In five minutes I ordered it and the price was lower than the same one on the Sears Outlet website. They promised delivery this weekend, so I was only without a microwave for two days. There was no extra charge for expedited delivery. The stores delivery person called early last night to specify the delivery window today. He delivered it early in the time window specified. Within about 15 minutes installed it without a mess and took the old one and all of the packaging away at no extra charge. I used to buy appliances at Sears Outlet, but could never get this kind of customer assistance and there was ALWAYS a problem with delivery. In addition, Paradise Appliances prices are lower. I am now a Paradise Appliance customer for life!!

Went to paradise appliance looking for a new washing machine. Our old one died last week and the laundry is piling up! found Maytag that looked promising, received excellent sales help from Sara and made the purchase. Best part was the item was in stock and will be delivered tomorrow! Overall, a great experience!

Came in to the store as I am comparison shopping for some new scratch or dent appliances as I remodel my home. I didnt come in with the intention of making a purchase because Im looking for the best deals, but that didnt mean I didnt still get great customer service from the sales who helped me, Kelly and the manager Annemarie . They were helpful in answering all of my questions, but also didnt get pushy to try and force me to make a purchase, which I appreciated (and did not experience in other stores). I felt I learned a lot about the appliances they sell and which one might best suit my needs, and in the end.. well, I wound up with a new washer and dryer! I will definitely come back for more of my needs in the future as a result.

Upon entering the store, we were immediately greeted by Mrs Sarah . We were in search of a new whirlpool dryer, and her knowledge of the products made the experience quick and easy. She was happy to answer all of our questions (and we had a lot!). By the time we were done there, we were well informed and happy with our selection. Delivery was arranged right away, and she made sure we had all the accessories we would need with our new whirlpool dryer. From start to finish, this was a very pleasant experience. This place was great. They a have a lot of varieties of appliances available on their warehouse. One of the things that I like about this place is that they have a sample showroom were everything had been set-up wonderfully according to each theme. I do like the set-up that they have and I envied one of the displays and wanted to have the same on my house. I highly recommend this place to everyone especially when it comes to your appliances.

I purchased a french door fridge, dishwasher and a microwave. Good savings, quick delivery, very happy. I live on the other side of Phoenix from Paradise Appliance and didnt want to drive all that way again so I called Jackie and asked her to pick me out a nice washer/dryer set.
