Went and bought a game console for my daughters birthday. I was offered a credit card through Best Buy to save 10 percent on my purchase. I was thinking sure why not save some money. So, after 4 people were coming and going trying to help this employee try and figure out how to do it I finally get a credit card. The part that makes me upset is the fact that I didnt even save 10 percent according to the 2 people behind the counter. Now I did get zero percent for 12 months on a 380 dollar purchase. But thats not what I was told I was getting. I wanted my 40 dollars off.... I didnt need to finance the thing for 12 months. I just wanted to save 40 dollars. But the guy behind the counter told me I would be getting 10 percent off... Never got it.
Im new to this location and today was my first visit, but Tony was outstanding. Super friendly and helpful, and service from everyone was fast and made it a great experience. New favorite location!

I was looking for TV converter boxes and indoor antennas. Very knowledgeable staff back in the TV area. I did research before I went into the store so when the employee was sharing his information with me and directing me I knew that what he was telling me aligned with the research that I did. I really like the employees back in the TV area! As far as pricing right now the antennas are comparable with Amazons.
Very helpful and professional. Wasnt sure what SD card I needed and wanted top quality. He showed me a few different ones and the one he recommended. He explained it well and didnt try selling me the most expensive one. Always have been impressed with the service and product at Best Buy.
This Best Buy location is probably the best stocked in the Valley. The staff was friendly and courteous as well. Prices are pretty standard across all stores, which makes it consistent. Each location is laid out a little different, which is no problem. Actually it makes it more exciting and like a Scavenger Hunt. But dont worry, if you cant find something, the staff will guide you in the right direction. My only concern was this location seemed a bit messy compared to other locations. With staff that was standing around, this time could have been used to straighten/tidy the shelves/merchandise. Will highly recommend this location if you need any Home Appliances, Cellphones, Electronics, etc. In the Gilbert area.

Every time I go in this store the customer service is on point. The manager at this location is doing a superb job of hiring quality people that have a smile on their face, are knowledgeable and who go above and beyond. I always seem to find what I’m looking for and quickly. Shopping for technology can be overwhelming anymore with there being so many options, but they always seem to make my visit a pleasant experience. Thank you!
Went to Geek Squad for work on my cell phone. They were amazing in every way.
I am 99% sure they are selling returned items as brand new rather than open-box. I bought a PS5 controller which had stick drift out of the box so I returned it. I came back a few days later to get a new one and this controller had stick drift in the EXACT same position, exact same way, everything. I got that one exchanged and now the touchpad is extremely loose on this one. I will be returning this for the last time and purchase a new controller elsewhere
I went to purchase cooktop and salesperson suggest to get the measurements for the existing cooktop before buy and he said they will send a guy for the measurements in two days. Its been two days now I tried to call Best buy three times in raw waited for 10-15 mins each call. First call disconnected after wait for 15 mins, Second disconnected after 10mins, third call someone picked up and when I explained the reason for the call and guy just hung up the phone.They dont have phone number where I can call direct in the department or in the store. I dont have time to go to the store again.I specifically told the sales person that I have an emergency and need to get the cooktop asap.Very poor service. 👎He didnt let me purchase the cooktop and after two days i didnt receive call for the measurement.If Im having this much hard time to purchase! I can emagine what would be the after purchase.

Im not going to lose a Customer over a box issue was her words and it made me feel good to know that she was about the Customer! A young, male employee walked by me three times not once asking if I needed help. My attractive wife was approached by the same young man when she was standing all by herself almost immediately. I dont appreciate this type of customer service. We bought a camera on Amazon for a better price with a longer, less expensive warrantee. People shop in person for the customer service experience. No need for stores like Best Buy if theyre not going to provide that.
Not sure whats going on with Best Buy but I went there to buy a TV and there was no employees there to assist. Ask two separate employees to send over someone to help, they get on their headsets and ask for someone to come assist and no one came. Was a waste of time. When I order something online and pick it up there are no issues. But in store experience is dead. After my disappointing experience I drove over to Costco and found what I needed. The clock is ticking for Best Buy.
I waited in line for the new switch OLED for 3+ Hours and despite me being the first in line, others came away with them and I was left empty handed. But don’t worry, that is a non issue that doesn’t deserve a managers time according to employees and corporate. Don’t shop here, integrity isn’t offered.
They have some stuff, if you want a TV fine. If you want the quality cables and vesa mounts to use it go to Amazon. If they cant stock everything you need they will never beat Amazon.com overnight delivery.
I didnt find what I needed, but they were very helpful and they didnt get frustrated with me no matter how many times I came back. All around a really pleasant experience
Went in to return a mic that I purchased. It was the wrong one. After speaking with the sales associate they were able to refund my one mic and get me what I wanted and needed right away. It was seemless, I did however have the receipt so Im assuming that makes it easy. All in all good experience and will continue to shop at best buy. They had lots of selection.
Staff are knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. Decent selection and price range for the items I was shopping for. They lock the doors right at closing time!

When asking for help in locating apple headphone accessories, I was met with poor demeanor and unprofessionalism that indicated I was a burden and annoyance to the presence of their associates. I will not be returning.Best Buy, don’t you think that with the enormous competitive advantage that Amazon and other online retailers now have over you, one of the only unique aspects you possess is the opportunity to connect with your customers in person, thus maintaining their loyalty to your brand? I do. And I recommend that you do not forget that and you work to perfect it, lest you reach your brick-and-mortar demise sooner than you already inevitably will.Do better.
I went in to find a new refrigerator for my garage because the one I had died. I met with Anna and she was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for and the most important thing, she was able to get it delivered quickly. She is a lifesaver! I had just went grocery shopping the day before it died and the fridge was full. Thank you Anna for all your help!
This store has more variety in their products than any other Best Buy in the area. The employees were helpful and even lowered the price of my laptop to match an online price I found. Ill be going here for all my tech needs.
Oh the store is 100% the worst place you can buy electronics. My daughter is two years old she has no threat of spreading COVID-19 yet you harassed her because her mask fell off of her face. This is embarrassing that companies in 2021 are still acting as if my child is going to cause a viral infection in your company.I will NEVER do business here again. I spend 6-figures a year with you to support my electronic needs for my business. That is now gone. Harassing small children is shameful.
Great service - the salesperson was extremely helpful. The store is ISIS out to help you make an informed decision. HOWEVER, Im lucky enough to make a good amount of money. The only debt I have is my new home. Yet, when I applied for credit to spread the costs over 24 months (moving is expensive!), they wouldnt give be enough credit to cover the price of the $3500 TV! I paid cash but am really mad that someone with damn near perfect credit cant get financing. Not cool...

In store everyone is very helpful and the store is clean. However, if you are trying to reach them over the phone, good luck. Last time I tried I got a message saying they aren’t even accepting phone calls. Before that, they wouldn’t ever answer the phone and if they did you always got the run-around. It was a real disappointment during they’re reduced hours.
Went in looking for a laptop, I was there for nearly 30 minutes looked at all they had displayed. I was hoping that someone with the Geek Squad might come over and see if I needed any assistance, maybe see if I had any questions about anything, needed more information on what they had. Well that didnt happen, so I decided to see if perhaps maybe standing in the line they had might help get me some help [I was short on time] but still had plenty of time to get the information I intended to find out which is why I went in there to begin with.No that didnt work either by the time I stood there after nearly 20 minutes I figured this was pointless and they ended up looking over me anyway, so I went and opened up my search query [this is exactly what Ive been doing from home] now Im in the store doing it but still not finding out much.I went over everything with as fine tooth a comb I could for the time I had and for what I was sort of looking for, I even snapped a picture of one of the laptops and after looking it up and researching it, I thought maybe someone would see by this time I would want help, NOPE, No dice so I wasted my time and got more help finding out where the restroom was than finding any information I needed pertinent to the laptop I intended on purchasing today.Extremely frustrated since I dont live close to any of these places either. Oh well next time I guess... 2 stars for this Best Buy because of the associate who pointed me in the right direction [oddly enough] right back into the laptop area, and they still didnt help me after I was done using it crazy 🤪

Absolutely pain free process. Purchased (online, store pickup) an LG 65 UHD 4K Smart TV after Target bungled my attempts to purchase a similar TV with them (same attempted process). Within less than an hour, my order was ready. Best Buy really made it easy, and no BS. Something their competitors should learn from.

Elijah spent hours with me. I know his phone I wanted but he was the only person didnt know how to transfer the data and and keep my old number. If I ever need anything from Best buy I will call to make sure hes there hes the best.
Order an item for pickup. It showed instock online. Got a text that it would be ready for pickup in about an hour. Went to dinner to give them extra time. We were going to take ot up to Flagstaff to our daughter at NAU. Leaving at 6:30am. We went inside, since we didnt get a text saying it was ready yet 2.5 hours later. We were told it hasnt shipped yet. That we could wait till tomorrow when they opened to check back. Even though we selected this specific location due to its online stock. Not a location closer to us. We then were told it hadnt processed yet due to identification verification. We showed identification. Walked around till online order picking closed at 8pm. We then were offered to buy another that was on the shelf for more money and we can cancel the online order. Which would not be refunded immediately. That ours was pulled from inventory for our order and couldnt be found yet at this time. We finally left with nothing. Went to Flagstaff in the morning as planned. Got a text as soon as they opened it was ready for pickup. We thought at first they were just being lazy. That they found it immediately in the morning. But, then made another purchase for a laptop for our daughter to take her on the weekend to NAU. Different store, same exact situation and results. Why show online that some is available at a specific location if you are inter store transferring items or just unwilling to process the order same day like our text from you read Ready in an hour. These 2 transactions make us no longer want to use your online pickup option again!
BB has really stepped up in the last few quarters. I price check 100% of electronics I buy and rightfully so. The last 9 out of 10 electronics Ive purchased have been from BB. I really have the best if both worlds, convenience and price. Same or better than online pricing and I can get it immediately. Im sold. But wait theres more, live person answering questions, fast return policy, and all safety protocols one needs.

Super helpful and knowledge staff. We had NO idea what camera to buy and Keaton helped us pick the correct one. We appreciate the time they took and didnt pawn us off to other associates because we took about 30 minutes up. We will definitely return to this Best Buy over the one on Power and Southern.
Friendly, helpful and while I was getting the screen protector put on my phone I was making an appointment with the Geek Squad to take a look at my slow computer. Usually, I can’t be sold on package deals; however, I got the Geek Squad service package. You’ll fix the virus my kids downloaded AND mount the TV I just bought AND cover a bunch of other things for a year? Yes, please.
Theyre friendly and helpful here but they need to work on their pickup process, which is why they only get three stars from me. They have a separate section for online order pickup so they should use it. Instead, when I got here to pick up an item I had already paid for I was told I had to wait in the incredibly long line that included customers who were waiting to purchase their items. The point of ordering online is to be in and out somewhat quickly. Not here, though.
If you buy a TV there, make sure the Wi-Fi has capacity. Our Insigina TV had poor Wi-Fi reception. Nice restrooms.
Whats the point of a preorder if youre letting people order today and pick them up before those that preordered?I wont be doing business with Bestbuy again. Ill give my business back to Verizon.

I got my car radio installed. Asked for my backup camera installed to but they said they couldnt do it.... didnt give any explanation just that I should go to the car dealership and asked for a new one? But still glad about my radio.
Customer service is a JOKE. A request was made 3 separate times that a customer needed assistance with Bluetooth Earbuds. 20 mins later still Noone. So I took ALLL my choices to customer service and asked for help explaining the differences between them all. A young man named Tyler assisted me, LOL he didnt know the first thing about Samsung products but he expeditiously whipped out his IPhone and found out ALLL that he could to help me and keep me (obviously frustrated at this time) a happy customer. The store as a whole FAILED! But Im extremely thankful for this kid I ended up making the purchase and Im happy. The ONLY reason this location got ANY stars was SOLEY based on the help I received from Tyler. Thank you TYLER

Location is always clean, shelves are well stocked (especially for a post Covid society) and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and what I like the best is if a staff member doesnt know the answer to your question, they wont lie and give you something to satisfy the average unknowing shopper, but they take the time to ask or look it up so you get the exact product assistance you need.
That was such a wonderful place to find so many awesome items. Amazing food and a great place to take a family. It’s a clean, spacious atmosphere fit for anyone. The lines inside the stores move rather quickly. Ordering online is very intuitive for the stores. Food is consistent and the staff actually listens to what I am ordering. Wonderful selection of clothes at all the stores set at reasonable prices. I have saved a lot of money coming to The Outlets and plan to be an ongoing customer. I will keep visiting this are because the staff give excellent customer service. Never have had a bad experience coming here. Great views Outside of the distant mountains. Lots of other businesses in the area to visit. Lots of young families seem to come here. The staff at the counter are always so pleasant.
Came in to buy something listed as in stock (one left) open box and staff was quick to ask if I needed anything. It took a bit of time to locate but he was respectful of our time (checking in and apologetic for the delay). Ultimately item was located as listed online and seems to work well

Shawn acts like a ground level employee. I just drove 20 minutes to get a curbside. They are all standing around and literally just had to hand over my items, but denied my pick up because they closed 10 minutes before I got there. He also had a mask on, therfore he is big sheep, that doesnt know how to go above and beyond. Good job, Shawn. Best Buy should be so proud of you.

One of the better best buys. My best buy I go to originally is next to superstition mall. And there shelves are empty majority of the time. They hang a good game section.
The one thing I love when coming here is when you need help, they are ready to jump in and assist to make you happy. Yeah once in a while youll get those 1 or 2 employees that dont know anything about the department but thankfully they are quick to remedy that by finding out or getting someone more knowledgeable.
Not only is the staff incompetent bit the manager really didnt seem to care.Drove to best buy instead of Amazon because I needed a headset for my Xbox. Asked at the door and was sent to a section.....none of the headsets said anything about being for xbox....someone did actually show up to help. He suggested a 200 dollar headset that I wasnt super excited about but he claimed I use this same one for my XBOX.Bought it went home.....it is not compatible for xbox. Went back....same guy tried to help me and went on his phone to show me.....oh yeah guess I was right it doesnt work for xbox.LIARS NEED NO JOB!
Went to return an item. I had no idea there was a 15 day return policy. I tried to ask to see if a manager would work with me since I was going to buy some larger ticket items and the customer service gentleman began getting very rude. Telling me that it’s printed on all receipts and I let him know I didn’t get one. He began to say that wasn’t his problem and I should pay more attention. He refused to let us talk to a manager. As we walked away he began to laugh. Not very professional at all.

Went in to buy a graphics card. We were helped relatively quickly, but unfortunately there were no graphics cards in stock.Sales associate recommended buying online, but online was out of stock, too.Overall, good experience but did not have the item I needed.
Went in to purchase a gaming computer for our son. Nate Hoek was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant and helped us find the right unit. Positive experience all around! Very happy!
Don’t buy from here I got an Xbox 360 a while back and all the guts inside of the Xbox were switched out with an older one. Recently got a 65” Samsung paid the extra warranty after a year had issues with it and they tried to say leds going out were self inflicted I’ll never spend another dollar there!

This is my go to Best Buy. Large selection of things you can actual put in your hands. Ive had more hit than miss with the knowledge of the folks working in various departments. Return policy had been great. Even better is thier ability to keep track of your receipt for you! Yeah no more holding on to paper receipt!
