Made my first visit here yesterday and will definitely be coming back. The staff is very nice and helpful, their prices are some of the best I’ve seen in town, and the store is very well organized. Happy to have spent my money there.

Friendly staff and fast service. My go-to liquor store. Still thinking about the time I went in and Chug Jug With You was playing over the speakers for some reason, but I think that sort of thing adds that special little something.

My first time walking into the. everyone was greeted and asked did they need help. Two works walked infront of me and up and down the rows never spoke or asked did I need help with anything. They seem to only help other people that doesnt look like me Im hoping that was not the case

Staff is unbeatable. I am in from out of town so staying at the residence inn next door. Have been here twice and both times they made great recommendations. The most recent was mixing the banana and chocolate wells and young.

I am over 65 years old. It was about 10 people in the store purchasing beverages. When it was my term to pay for my beverage, I was the only one in the store that was told to go to my car and get my ID. Even another patron who was White, walked out behind me and said “I can’t believe he asked you for ID.” By the way, did I mention I also was the only “Black “ female in the store.

They do not care. And business must be doing great because they clearly do not need me.Left and went to Cheers. Drove the extra distance for the serviceCa lied the manager. He could care less.

Great selection and price. However the last time I was there I wore a mask and was shamed for doing so. the teenagers working at the checkout made faces at me. the young man who boxed up my wine all but stood on my feet. You are entitled to your opinion and may not wear a mask but DO NOT shame me for doing so. We will not return and will shame this business on social media.

Great place to sample some of the spirits before you buy them. Very very knowledgeable staff. Everytime I visit Memphis my brother-in-law and I travel to Germantown to Corks. I grew up in Wisconsin around some great beer and also craft beers that you cant find down South. I was really surprised that Corks had them in stock. They even let me sample some that they thought I might like. I really love💓this place.👍

Similar experience to Amy. Staff not wearing masks (thought that was currently required for employees in Gmtn). Was extremely rude when asked politely by 73 year old customer wearing mask to keep distance. This has been our go to liquor store for many years but we will not be back.

I’ve visited Corks on many occasions.I’ve always found what I needed and at the right price. Although I never needed any assistance, I’ve never been asked if they could assist me.

They have a huge selection. I love that!!...but i can honestly say I have never never been asked if I needed assistance. I mean never so after reading the other comments Im definitely wondering why?? I frequently visit Germantown Liquors. .its closer to my home. It is a smaller establishment. .but much more warmth when you enter. If they had the selection that Corks have with their friendly attitudes. .that would be so awesome.

OMG! If you havent been here than you are really missing out. Even if you just go for their beer membership club, it will pay for itself to fold. Anytime myself or my fiance of gone we have only been helped with the most knowledgeable people and I go out of their way for you. Plus they have a very good selection of growlers for you to choose from. And from my experience theyre on the cheaper side than most other liquor stores around here. This was easily a 5-star rating.

Good beer selection, prices are on par with everyone else. Their beer guy hates doing singles so their single selection is very pedestrian and limited.

I have been VERY happy shopping at corks! Good prices on wine and liquor. They fill growlers from a rotating keg selection (and give samples so you dont have to worry about regretting your choice). The staff is awesome too!

I have been a satisfied customer of Corks for awhile now, but a recent experienced has soured me on them to the point that I wont be shopping there anymore.A friend purchased a gift certificate for us because they knew we bought our wine there. When I attempted to redeem the gift certificate they wouldnt accept their own gift certificate. From mid Sept until mid Nov I have attempted to redeem this gift certificate several times. Each time I was given different instructions on what I had to do in order for them to redeem their own gift certificate.Each attempt I made to comply with their process ended in failure. They assured me they would resolve the problem but they never did. They took my name and phone number and told me they would call me, but they never did.Two days ago I stopped by the store to see if the problem had been resolved only to find out that it still had not. I assume the person I spoke to was the manager. My patience had run out and I told him to fix the problem by granting me the value of the gift certificate toward a purchase, but he refused and then told me basically that it wasnt his problem. They were working on it and would get back to me when they had a solution. What solution? Its a gift certificate issued by your store. You got the money so why is it my problem and responsibility to get the problem fixed? Im the customer you are suppose to be helping me.I tore up the certificate laid it on the counter and told the manager to forget it. I was done playing games. I left and have no intention of doing business with them again. They made $25.00 on the deal but lost my business. Their net loss it probably about a thousand bucks a year, but they saved $25.00. Great customer service guys.I owned a business for 38 years. I would have, and sometimes did, take money out of my own pocket to make a customer happy when the amount of money was basically petty cash. They are obviously a high volume store so I seriously doubt $25.00 would even qualify as petty cash to them.If that manager worked for me hed be unemployed today.

Nice selection

Best liquor store in Memphis area due to prices, selection and staff. Occasionally they dont have something specific or rare, but a solid stock of everything youd expect is always there.

They have a wide selection of beer wine an liquor and their staff is very helpful, their growler bar is pretty well stocked and they know enough about the beers to often discuss the flavors if you are curious, they also allow tasters which is great for those unsure of new beers.
