Walked away from my cart and left the store. One register open, on a Saturday afternoon, no less, with 13 people in line (yes, I counted.) Im tired of giving money to a business that doesnt value my time, or my money. Tried to call the manager when I got home. The phone rang so many times without anyone answering that it finally dropped the call automatically.

Picked up sushi grade tuna to make ceviche. Who else would have it! Butchers are always willing to help find what I need.

Great Experience as always at The Fresh Market, friendly efficient staff. Beautiful Fruits and Vegetables, awesome baked goods. Cant say enough good.

Purchased two salads from their deli counter. The first has absolutely no flavor - you cant even taste the vegetables in it. The second has flavor, and it tastes like spoiled cream. We went here to get a special side for dinner and these absolutely ruined our meal. Not to mention the high prices for produce and very unfriendly guests and workers. Will be returning the salads tomorrow.

Can never resist tasting their coffee! Love the freshly made sushi by Sushi With Gusto that is owned by Mathew n Ella - I used to work here as a sushi chef many many yrs ago. Love to be able to churn out my peanut butter before puchasing too!

I like the atmosphere of this store. And the meat is great! The prices are too high for me to do the bulk of my shopping here, but its a good place for some treats. Like a super-fresh steak and a yummy vanilla cake.

I drove 20 minutes in the opposite direction from work to purchase the Beef Tenderloin special on April 21st.The two guys in the meat department that assisted me, one with the cuts of meat from my Tenderloin and the other with 3 different meats for a meatloaf, were AWESONE!. I think their names were Stan and Gary....hard to hear w masks on.The cashier, Hunter, was also awesome.I know I will drive 30 minutes from home to get this service and quality more often.

3/22/2021: The rotisserie chicken was very very dry...Made chicken salad for sandwiches. Pickup chicken around 3p...which I assume is too late for fresh chicken. Question is when is the best time to buy a rotisserie chicken? Never had this issue.

I would not even shop here when you walk into the store it smells like rotten vegetables and fruit. The staff there hardly knows any English they don’t speak well and I have seen first hand a live catfish on the ground flopping around the same floor in the seafood department where the employees walk through and one of the employees choose to put the fish on the back table to be cleaned and chopped for customers this is not a healthy environment for work or shopping

My place to shop for fresh foods. The special to feed four is great at only 25.00 dollars. A bargain

I love their gluten free cakes. They get delivered about every week. Most of the ladies in the bakery are very helpful, but a couple of them will tell you they don’t have any before looking in the big refrigerator. After I tell them to please look, they usually find some. I thought it was part of their job to replenish the display case and make sure the customer gets what they came to the store to get.

Bought oyster Rockefeller and shrimp. The shrimp were jumbos size.

They have my favorite brand of cherries and Goya beans.

Great healthy food.

Good selection for healthy, but often a little pricey. Weekly Meal Deals are very good. Coffee is excellent.

As always, I love shopping here for familiar things and some of those more exotic things...almost always have what Im looking for, sometimes a little pricey but always worth it!

We ordered a lot of food for our daughters wedding shower including sliders, vegetable trays, cheese trays, and wraps. Everything was ready when we wanted and the food was amazing! Everyone loved the sliders. Staff was so helpful. I would totally use them again for large orders.

This is the best fresh produce and organic store there is in the area. Love it.

Fresh Market Germantown specifically the bakery section. I ordered a cake and they placed it in a small beat up box and the outside of the cake touching the box. I asked the woman if they have a bigger box and she told me honey we dont have a bigger box... not very friendly. She was rude. I am very disappointed with the bakery section. I have never had a bad experience with Fresh Market Germantown until today specifically that woman. And because of this I will never go back there anymore. I should have gone to Whole Foods for the Cake.

Check out the butcher shop for some of the best andouille, chorizo, and Italian sausage there is.

On January 20th, 2021. My wife bought at Fresh Market, Germantown 1.625 pounds of US Prime Filet Mignon at $29.99 per pound for a total of $48.73. The steaks were tough, not flavorful and had excessive fat, we were very disappointed. Costco steaks are way cheaper and most of the time superior in quality to what we got at Fresh Market. Now we know where not to buy overpriced under quality meat. This is the second time we have been disappointed with Fresh Market meat and prices.

You are all awesome and yall were an awesome company to work for! I enjoyed working for The Fresh Market in Germantown! Especially with Cynthia!

I enjoy going there the food is great, I go 3 times a week.

This was my first time going to a Fresh Market for some general shopping rather than looking for something specific. Definitely best if youre just looking for something specific like a good wine or tea. Most of everything else isnt too much different than whats available at Kroger and a lot more expensive for the same thing

Went to the Fresh Market this morning, shortly after opening, to buy bagels for breakfast. Much to my surprise, there were no fresh bagels, nor were there any fresh breakfast items in the Bakery (should have taken a photo as most of the bins were empty). I could have bought the package of bagels left from yesterday but I wanted fresh (not an unrealistic expectation from a store with Fresh in its name).Maybe I dont understand the bakery business but it would seem to me that you would have fresh items out prior to opening.

Excellent, the staff was very friendly and went to the back and found what i needed. The food was fresh and hot. The cashier were friendly as well.

My favorite grocery store. Their hot food (wings, ribs, chicken), crab cakes and desserts are a weekly buy for me.I’ve never had an issue with customer service or the state of the facility. I’ve been shopping there for a better part of a decade.

I love just going into this store. Their produce is beautiful, and you can usually find good deals. They have fresh sushi, cheese, olive, and breads daily. While you are shopping pick up a free cup of coffee or purchase a larger cup for a dollar. Their coffee blends vary from day to day. Read some of their unique greeting cards, or hang out around the deli to see whats cooking.

People are very helpful when looking for something.

The store was very clean and all of the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was stock full and the cashier was fast and friendly as well.

Meat department is poorly managed with excessive wait times.

Called and asked if they had a product in stock. Was told they had it. Went there and not only did they not have it, the meat counter guy said they havent had it for awhile. The good thing about this story is drove a little further to whole foods and wont have to step foot in Fresh Market again.

I have shopped at the Germantown TN Fresh Market for 14 years. The food quality is generally excellent. The friendliness, efficiency, and quality of service in the deli department, however, has been fair at best and in recent years has generally been poor. Today, after waiting a long time ( no line), just being ignored, I just walked away. The selection of rotisserie chicken and parts was poor and the vegetables were overdone anyway. I would be happy to continue shopping at this Fresh Market if the deli department could be improved upon.

Kudos to Fresh Market in Germantown TN for requiring face masks for employees AND customers during the COVID ordeal. I respect the decision to include customers in the rule for the benefit of the employees and the community. It makes me appreciate that they probably follow other preventive guidelines too. Some other grocery stores do not require customer masks and do not enforce it for their employees. Because there are many inconsiderate people who refuse to wear masks at the strong suggestion of medical experts, the requirement is the only way to make it happen. Some people argue that a mask only protects other people - which is reason enough to wear one for me. Actually a mask protects the wearer too. Even if not an N-95 mask, if there are viral droplets in the air, wouldn’t you rather have some type of barrier vs none? Thank you, Fresh Market.

I shop here frequently. Good sourdough bread. If you dont mind paying a little extra, the meat department is excellent and you will receive prompt and friendly service. Lots of interesting prepared-ahead side dishes. Great candy selection!

One of the very best places I know to pick up superb meat or chicken as well as fresh produce. I feel lucky to have this store nearby!

Staff is so sweet and helpful. Nice to see people still care. Prices are maybe a little higher than similar stores, but totally worth it if the difference pays to have such wonderful employees. I saw even the manager on the floor actively ensuring customers where taken care of.

For a market, their produce section is seriously lacking. I expected to find many different types of produce here, but instead they barely have the basics. Couldnt even find whole butternut squash - and its squash season. Just pre-cut cubed squash. I want the option of the whole squash, like every other grocery store in town has.Of what little they do have, the way they group their produce is inconvenient and odd. We came in for shallots, and instead of them being near the onions or garlic, they were over in a tiny little bin with the avocados? They had a random Brussels sprouts stalk on ice in the middle of the section, but no loose sprouts. So, someone has to buy the whole stalk if they want Brussels sprouts?!Either way, I was not impressed. The staff were very friendly at checkout, but I definitely wont be coming here for any produce in the near future.

I only shop here for my 10month baby to get fresh veggies and fruits and meats! It is more expensive than other conventional supermarkets, like Walmart, Kroger, etc..you’ll get overcharged for items that you can buy for a lower price at another grocery store or even from the farmers market. But at least most of Fresh Market’s produce is local and high-quality. They also have breakfast lunch & dinner on-the-go like sushi, salad, sandwiches which is great!

The Fresh Market has the best meat hands down. Ive never purchased anything that wasnt of superb quality. I love the French Vanilla bread from the bakery as well. The prices are a bit expensive, but again the quality is excellent.

Love the turkey bacon. I made a mistake and put one star but i edited it. Need to get those mini cali grapes back. Love those.

Wasnt the best visit Ive made to a Fresh Market ever. The floral selection was slim, though the quality was at least good. The olive bar was out of small containers. The sushi variety was pretty sparse as well. Dunno if it was just a day after theyd had a mad rush on them or what, but I wasnt impressed.

The prepared food workers were especially friendly, and I like stocking up on quick sides for the family.

Honestly, the produce that I got was almost dead already. Didnt take long after I got home. But overall its a great store and will definitely be one of my spots.

Wonderful beef and chicken. I love their $2.99 Chicken Breast special and $2.99 lb ground chuck specials! The meal specials have tought me a lot, too! I love to pick them up on Thursday afternoon!

I travel across the country. In so doing, I stay at The Marriot Residence in every state. For some reason unbeknownst to me there is always a Fresh Market very close by, this grocery, bakery, butcher shop, and delicatessen is a great resource to me. The items and food are of of the absolute best quality you can find in this country PERIOD! SO MUCH SO THAT IF I HAD THE MONEY; I WOULD MAKE TV COMMERCIAL EXTOLLING THE MULTUTUDINOUS VIRTUES OF THIS MARKET!!( MIC DROP)

They have some of the best bakery items in the area and a relatively nice selection in the butcher shop. The bulk candy area is great for kids. Their produce tends to rot quickly and their flowers, while beautiful, wilt very quickly.

Outstanding fresh meat department. Every member of their staff is always smiling and willing to help. One day I stopped in for limes and a couple other things but the limes were past their prime. I obviously snubbed the limes and continued to the checkout. The next thing I knew the young gentlemen working produce was standing next to with a case of fresh limes and a produce bag for me. He apologized for not getting to the stand earlier to freshen up the selection. 100% class act, I didnt complain, he was attentive enough to see a customer didnt like what they saw and addressed the issue. Future management somewhere.
