Trevor was exceptionally kind and helpful when purchasing a bed for my daughter. He made everything so simple for a busy person like myself. I plan on going back this week to purchase a bed for myself because of his professionalism and knowledge. He’s also not the type of salesperson that haggles you and follows you around the store trying to sell you something you don’t need which tells me a lot about the company and who they hire. I really appreciate that.

Excellent customer service. Trevor helped me find the right mattress and did a lot of checking to make sure I got the best price. He was very knowledgeable about the products. He even checked and called other stores to save me a trip from going to the warehouse. I did end up having to go to the warehouse, and he gave me a map and the best way to get there so as to not get lost. Its not everyday you need to buy a new mattress, but when you do you want it to be a good experience. I definitely found that at this Mattress Firm.

Was super happy with my purchase until the bed was delivered and I realized that it was vacuum sealed and perfectly light enough for my boyfriend to have handled carrying. I spent $100 on a delivery, because I was NOT TOLD that that is how the bed came. I assumed that the bed was going to come full sized like any other mattress I have ever seen anyone have delivered, and in which case, I would have had no way to transport due to my vehicle size, so that is why I asked about delivery....and he happily signed me up. I would have appreciated the sales person making sure that I knew how small/lightweight/small the bed came. Kinda sneaky what was done, in my opinion. I feel like I was stolen from. $100 and the delivery guy didn’t even take the plastic off. Notice how I said guy because only one person had to carry it, it was so light. Just not enough transparency at this place, ask lots of questions and be careful.

Take your business elsewhere, the quality of the mattresses that were purchased (2) as well as the customer service was subpar. One would think that because of the location that this would be a top tier store, don’t be fooled.

The manager was very pleasant and professional in his demeanor. After a brief conversation, he realized what our needs were & quickly made a few recommendations. After realizing our financial situation, he formulated a solution compatible with our needs. A deal was reached and we will go tomorrow to pick up our purchase.

Steven was so helpful! I really wasn’t sure what we wanted for our two and a half year old, but he knew immediately what would be the best fit for the situation. Amazingly comfortable and a great deal! Plus, he thought of getting two mattress covers instead of one since it’s for a toddler - smart thinking! He was extremely friendly and made the whole process seamless! I highly recommend. Steven knows his stuff!

Be wary of there sales tactics, go online to there website and you’ll save over 80% on your purchase... couldn’t believe it. Steve is not a very happy person, and terribly rude to my wife and I. Not a very pleasant shopping experience to say the least.

Mattress Firm needs to be more forward and open with the hidden fees. A return is possible at a 20% deduction no matter how fast you return it! Please read the fine print if they show it to you and if not your told it’s on our website concerning 120 day trial! Please beware of this hidden rental fee, it is not a restocking fee! Make sure you have exactly what you want or you still lose 10% to exchange. Mattress Firm needs to work on its integrity and change its business model with higher standards to continue another 33 years or just stop being in business! If I can get 10% to 20% of every sale for exchange or return I can make money off those I do not disclose this information to! Consumers Beware!! I hope someone can make this right for the People!!!Update: I was contacted and refunded my full amount of purchase! District Manager of Memphis was very courteous and professional in resolving our refund! Thanks to the company for our apology and refund and taking care of those that utilize your business in our community.

Great selection and quality.The salesman Steve Gold was helpful and made various recommendations until I found what I was looking for.Prices are good especially for the Memorial day weekend.I will shop here again.

I had a problem with an electronic order for a mattress and could not get it fixed through the Mattress Firm website. This went on for two weeks. Went and saw Zack and I had a new mattress in two days. Zack is a good guy, a pleasure to work with, and does what he says with good follow up. If you need a mattress go see Zack. Mattress Firm is lucky to have him.

Matthew was tremendous help, even though he was the only employee there and had a couple other customers while I was there.

Staff were helpful, polite -- but more importantly -- not pushy! I got a Beautyrest 14.5 pressuresmart plush top mattress, and had it delivered 3 days later, along with a Serta adjustable frame that was included on the sale. Whoever loaded the truck that day forgot to pack the legs for my adjustable bed, and one of the in-store associates personally brought me legs for the bed, that same day, and helped install them, after closing the store, so that I could rest easy.Great experience with the store and staff, and couldnt be happier with my new mattress -- Ive never slept better!
