Josh has gone above and beyond to assist me in trying to get a good nights rest. The only downside is that the bases for the bed are extremely expensive and hard to afford. I hope to find one that isn’t too expensive because they charge a crazy amount on delivery fees. Josh and staff = 5 stars. / costs and delivery are too expensive

Wanted to purchase a mattress on 0821/2021. The store hours day 10 am -8 pm . I stood by the door from 9:58 until 10:20 . No one opened the store, waste of time and Gas . Sleep number I’m going to need you guys to get that together !

Salesperson was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable...not pushy at all. He also recommended what he thought would be best for my needs and not just a more costly sale for him. I’ve had neck and back pain for years and haven’t slept soundly or pain free in forever...this is a game-changer!

Mr. Daniel was so welcoming at the very beginning when we first walked in the door, he welcomed us in and with a smile, which drew us in to take a look around. It was our second trip to a Sleep Number’s store that day. We first visited the Southaven location, we walked in and the two men at the front desk never acknowledged us and thats when my husband and I walked right out and went to the Germantown location. Mr. Daniel Gammel gave us service that deserved five stars from the beginning to the very end. Thank you Mr. Gammel for your professionalism!

I ordered a throw online and it looked more peach than ivory when it arrived. I took it to the Saddle Creek store to return, and the girl said they could only exchange it and not refund my money due to COVID. That doesn’t even make sense. You are taking the item back for an exchange. It was stilled wrapped in the original plastic so wipe it off with a Clorox wipe if needed. I called the company, and they said that was not their policy and emailed me a free return label. I hate that I wasted time going to the local store.

Great service made sure I tried all the beds. Havent received mine yet so time will tell if the bed is comfortable but the service in the Germantown store was excellent.

Store sales/staff were excellent. Plenty of models of beds to physically try out with knowledgeable sales personnel to answer your questions. No pressure sales or rushing you around. Highly recommend this store and staff if your just looking or buying.

Its a place to try the mattresses, but you cant buy one because they dont stock any; and the pushy salesman didnt even give us the correct (lowest currently-available) prices. And the main display that shows where your weight is concentrated is just a gimmick - there is no correct or even better distribution; its just something to look at as you lie on the display. It doesnt help them or you choose a number. And the bed changes the setting as you sleep, anyway; so your number isnt really yours. So although the store is necessary if you really think you need this kind of mattress, I didnt enjoy going there.

We had an amazing experience here. They were honest, extremely helpful, and not pushy at all. It couldn’t have gone better and we look forward to many great nights on our sleep number!

Daniel was knowledgeable and made the stop into the store worth the visit. Gave it 4 stars because we were not told the remote doesnt come with the bed; its a totally separate purchase. I find that to be misleading considering the demonstration is done with a remote and not with the app.

All I can say is WOW! The staff at this location is AMAZING. The store manager Andrew has always treated us like family and we stop by just to chat and tell them how much we love our Sleep Number bed at least once a month. If you dont have one of these you are truly missing out. How can you not be comfortable if you are in control of the comfort! Awesome product and amazing people in Germantown if I could give 100 stars I would.

Beware. Deceptive sales. Sales assures you that if you do not like the bed, it can be returned in 30 days and you owe nothing. Then when you call to have them pick up, you cannot get it picked up sooner than 30 days (so you are guaranteed 30 days of bad sleep if you are uncomfortable) AND they claim that the return policy applies to only the mattress. Sleep Number sticks you with $3000 frame which they claim is separate and do not associate it as part of the sleep number unit experience. I will be sure to spread this on every social media site imaginable until they take the unit back and we are indemnified.#fraud #deceptive #corrupt.

Horrible experience in this store! We came in ready to buy a mattress and received no help at all. There were several people standing around at which point some woman named Layla, introduced herself as the District Manager, we said that we were there to purchase an I10, she told us to wait a few minutes and she would have someone take care of us? Seriously? After waiting over fifteen minutes no one came so we left and bought a new mattress from mattress firm.

This store is amazing now especially with the new management. They were very friendly and made my transaction a breeze; I felt more like a family member than I did a customer.

Best Sleep Of My Life. Treated Me Like Family

I bought a bed there 5 months ago; I paid $6000 for the bed & the IQ app(which cost $200 extra). There is now a depression on the right side of the bed. The head of the bed which is split so that the 2 sides can be elevated separately is widening so my head or arm falls into the crack when I roll over. I called the store & Andrew, the current manager of the Germantown store, referred me to customer service. Customer service informed me that it would cost $179 to have a tech come to my house to evaluate the problem. Save your money & sanity. Dont buy one of these beds!
