Went with a coworker while he picked up a few things and I ended up making a small purchase as well. Customer service was good, he was very friendly and had good things to say about the company and the store. I worked retail so it was nice to experience good customer service.

Staff was completely unhelpful. When we went to check out a cashier called us over and then let another man cut in front of us. When we went to another register she told us she wouldn’t check us out and the other person would help us. We stood in line, another customer came to the non functioning register and she immediately said I will check you out right here. I don’t understand how it was so difficult to simply take our money.

Best value tools on the market. This location is always clean, well organized, and well stocked. My only complaint is that Ive had to wait in line for a tad too long each time Ive been in. I always see what seems to be enough employees in the store, but only one register is ever open.

Good low prices, the products are great for hobby level uses and small home projects definitely not industrial grade.

By far the best customer service Ive ever received at a Harbor Freight. Lea Ann was professional, polite and went out of her way to ensure good service during my visit! This is definitely my favorite store and will gladly return.

This is the nicest, cleanest, most well organized store among all of the Harbor Freight stores Ive been in. Im sure its partly because its relatively new, undiscovered and hasnt experienced the continued onslaught of bargain tool seekers yet. COVID has to play a role too, helping keep the constant crowds away. But kudos also extend to the local management team to keep it well stocked, and most all employees seem to be personable and well trained to be helpful.

I have always been a fan of harbor freight. The tools are good. And the prices are fair.

I wanted to hook for the end of a chain and I went to Walmart and it was $3 for one went to Home Depot and it was $6.21 for one. Went to Harbor Freight they had two 1/4 inch chain hooks for $3.99 or 2 3/8 for $4.29. It seems like things are worth what ever in the world you can get for them. Spirit of competition is dead and gone.

Great place for tools and such. Ratchets and sockets carry a lifetime warranty. So do many of their private lable tools.

They made me drive 30 extra minutes to a new location only to find out they were not open. And I was not the only one there either there were many others as well. Bad service!

Ive shopped here multiple times since opening. Each time the shelves have been well stocked, staff friendly and the check-out line well managed.

What you need at prices you can afford.

Employees where really rude and took great joy in informing me. That they close at 7:00 instead of 8:00 because of covid-19. couldnt get the parts I needed and couldnt get help from from the employees when I needed it the most.
