My first time at HEB because I am from Atlanta, Georgia but have close friends who live in the area. The store was well stocked and a quick and friendly check out.

I placed a curbside order and picked it up today. When I got home there was some issues with the seafood and chicken I had ordered. I called and let the manager know. This gentleman went above and beyond. He replaced my items. He brought them to my home 15 mikes away. Along with a beautiful arrangement of flowers. I am above great full from what he has done. May God bless this young man and I hope he knows how much he is appreciated.

Great deals, fast and easy service. I usually use curbside at this location and its great as well.

They have got just about everything you could need or want! Really yummy crab salad and potato salad! Decent prices! Be ready for crowds though, its like rush hour on the road!

Every time I come here I have either rotten veggies or rotten meat .I understand theres a nationwide staff shortage but this is gonna make someone really sick.im glad I double check because I was going to feed this to my kids .last week it was rotten corn on cob .upon opening it I was met with a fowl smelling liquid that poured all over me .I bought it that day ! Like a hour previous to making dinner .notified management. Now today I buy a pack of steak priced at 14.70.and front looked red and juicy but in the process of seasoning I flip the steak and the opposite side was brown and slimy .didnt smell fresh either .I thoroughly check dates .this was dated for a week from now ..so upset .guess we are ordering out tonight .some customers dont have the time or patience to keep coming back to the store, especially if meals are planned for that night !

Its HEB so its great, but its small and doesnt have the best selection. The people are VERY friendly though, and even the customers shopping are extremely polite and considerate!

WTW (what the what)Ms Jackie in deli... your customer service in my opinion was poor, racially discriminated just awful!!In most H-E-B they have small containers of salads and large! Not in GEORGETOWN:( and when I asked Ms. Jackie, she said “ If I condense it that means I’ll have to re date them and I DONT feel like it” I was in awe!! Jesus keep my black mouth shut!! I asked for manager she directed me to wrong person! I finally met my Angel!! Jas... then NANCY!! She listened and we walked over and got my lunch size container!!!(Ms. Jackie was not happy) oh well! I am a customer! Thank you Nancy !! I walked out late coming back for lunch!! But happy!!

This HEB is a hidden gem, its not the newest or the biggest is Georgetown, but it always has something special. The employees have that small town friendliness you would expect, and are helpful with questions. They dont always have some of the specific things I like to get at my Austin HEB (vegetarian stuff) but they have all the essentials and I always find something cool that my regular store doesnt have. I prefer this one to the new, larger HEB in Georgetown, its older, but its charming and welcoming and I love it.

What exactly is this in these bananas from Del Monte ??? All I did was cut one and seen this.

Nice little compact store, can find most of what you need. The cashier was an awesome lady who shared about her college experience. First time here, Im sure I will be back if I am ever on this side of town

The place is very dirty. And also the person who serves the cold meats was very rude to serve me.

Nice HEB store located near Georgetown Downtown close to I-35. It has a wide parking with reserved parking for wheelchair. Billing service is very quick and staffs are helpful in locating a product.#HappyShopping

This particular store is an older store and it would be awesome to see it replaced with a Super HEB. The staff has always been friendly and helpful

This HEB is clean, fully stocked and prices are reasonable on most items. The Seafood bar area is small compared to other grocery stores I have been in. However, the product in the case is always fresh and good. Now for the bad. Today when we entered there was a bad smell, like the floor was mopped with dirty water. Also, when checking out the lady at the 15 items or less did not deduct the coupons I provided. The coupons would have saved us over $7. Believe cleaning staff needs to ensure the water they are using is fresh. Also, cashiers need to be more attentive to their position. We will continue to us HEB including this one.

HEB is a great store. If it were only unionized! 😉

What can you say about HEB that hasnt been said a million times before... They are great!

Always out of stock of multiple different things. When doing curbside, if you select substitute, what that means to them is remove from list. Incompetence. Ill be driving to a different HEB thats further away until the new one in Georgetown is built.

Curbside is excellent! Remember to check your produce and eggs before you leave. Im always pleased.

Always well stocked and easy to shop while you wait for your prescriptions to be ready in the Pharmacy. As I am now 65, the Pharmacy plays an important part of my life. Everyone is friendly at the store, employee and fellow Americans. I always bring a big shopping bag with me and it is a breeze to check out! Thanks for HEB!

So...I bought some fresh prepared food from this store and I’ve been sick ever since.I will not be back to this location. The bathroom is filthy and there was feces smeared on the floor. I saw employees not wash their hands. If this is the environment that employees have and then go make fresh food-I can understand why I’m sick.

Most helpful staff of teens out of ANY of their other locations Ive frequented. Go-out-of-their-way helpful, Round Rock has more selection BUT the crew here, I look forward to seeing them every time I go. Round Rock also does NOT have the ready-made sandwiches I like but this one does. Plus the PARKING for us cripples; MUCH EASIER, 30 from the door!5000 Gattis School Road in Hutto is the BIGGEST one of these MONSTERS Ive been in, gotta be 2.5 football fields long PLUS an outdoor gardening center as large as any Lowes.

Other than the fact most HEBs lack adequate parking, it was a great experience. Efficient and courteous staff and a wide selection of groceries: bakery, produce, and customer services, like money transfers.

Very busy HEB, the building is a little outdated and it seemed cramped. But excellent selection of fresh vegetables!

This HEB holds a variety of selections for products and has hard-to-beat prices. The only heads up I would give to anyone planning to go is to avoid going later in the evening. As the store gets closer to closing, the staff is rushing to stock shelves and it can become difficult to navigate the store. Otherwise, fabulous store with friendly staff.

I only give it for starts because it is smaller than your average HEB. Still has good service and clean, just a smaller selection.

Expensive and doesnt carry a wide variety of healthy water and jellys. Not impressed..

I love HEB however it isnt consistent with carrying certain items.ie. Blue bunny sugar-free ice cream bars. Dr cracker crackers. Ole wraps..

They are community oriented & I cant find better cuts of meat. Workers are very helpful & I take advantage of curbside delivery.

Amazing as always. Popped in to ask if they could partner with our local chapter of the Healthy Kids Running Series for Jarrell. They do much for the Central Texas area.. we really appreciate their presence!!!

HEB always offer you great products and great prices. If you compare the quality of products over a mayor retail chain like Walmart youll find that the name says it Here Everythings Better.

Got everything needed but no organic peppers. Same problem several times.

I can remember marching to this HEB when it opened in their parade. It has refrigeration issues. Like health code kind. They want to move further West as I guess the traffic West of I35 isnt bad enough... and screw those of us on the East side. A new build or remodel would be welcomed but Georgetown stopped planning a years ago. Seeing as zoning for other developments changed overnight (greasy palms) and HEB has money they will like choose the high traffic garbage access make Georgetown further congested location that recently made news near wolf ranch.That said, dont touch the sushi. It has gotten consistently worse. No amount of Wasabi or soy sauce can fix what tastes like spoiled.

Very busy parking lot. Other than that - great store. Well stocked and clean.

Friendly neighborhood HEB! Always clean. Usually pretty stocked for a smaller store.

I am a huge fan of HEB.... But I dont enjoy all the huge carts around the store being used for curbside orders- they block aisles and make in store shopping less enjoyable.

This H-E-B location is a little smaller but they carry more genuine Spanish/Hispanic options.If youre ever over here tho, go say Hi to Amber in seafood 😉

I originally gave this place 5 stars after the experience I had today 11-8 I changed it to 1 star rude customer service rude everything the curbside shoppers leave that cart thing they push around blocking Aisles and abandoning it this store has gone from an amazing place to shop to a total dump with their customer service and prices it’s sad when Walmart is cheaper on a lot of their stuff

This was my first visit to this particular store and mainly because I had to pick up an online order from the Tractor Supply store that shares the same general shopping center. As far as HEBs go its a relatively small store because its kinda old. But its got everything youve come to expect from the nations favorite grocery store chain, just smaller amounts of it. I understand a new HEB Plus is planned for the vacant property adjacent to this location (east, towards downtown) in the near future to better accommodate the growing needs of Georgetowns booming population. Cant wait since Ill soon be contributing to part of that population boom.

Idk why, but everytime I go to HEB the produce area is ALWAYS crazy busy. The store itself is always busy, but the produce section is just beyond. At times it can get extremely irritating.

This is a nice HEB. They have a wide variety of fresh veggies and fruits, a solid selection of bulk goods (including dried herbs & spices), a clean & fresh seafood department, and a robust meat department. Their prices are responsible and their employees are friendly.The lines can get long, parking can get hectic, and they have very few allergen-friendly packaged foods. But, for a main stream grocery store, they do a lot right.

Its always a pleasure to shop at HEB! Very clean store and easy to find items with the HER app!

Although shelves were more empty than usual, I found all my necessary fresh produce, fruit and some of my favorite HEB Meal Simple packages - chicken breasts in Chipotle lime sauce, stuffed salmon and spinach/mozzarella stuffed mushrooms. Helpful and friendly check out staff who carefully loaded my groceries into my truck. I love my HEB!

This place has false signs! Has Handicap signs for restrooms and their very own motorized carts will NOT go in the restroom doorway because a wall blocks them from turning into the doorway!! They had to put me in a manual shopping cart and push me in there! How humiliating!!So if you cant walk and will need to use the restroom before you shop, DO NOT SHOP HERE!Then the fully charged motorized cart died after 6mins of shopping!!Never going back there - I bet Mrs. Manager is clueless about this problem! When I talked to her, she wasnt concerned about it when she got someone to help.

Tried the curbside pickup. My previous experience wasnt so great. Thought Id give them another shot. They bombed again! They should really consider a quality check in this area. You always hear rumors that the store gives you the expired items to move stuff off the shelf. Of course Im not around to dispute the issue. Im entrusting my shopping list to a complete stranger. So it is no surprise when I get a bag full of rotting potatoes or an item that I didnt want and was not supposed to be a substitute item. On top of all this, HEB prices are always higher than that of its competitor. They charge a fee for pickup when others dont. I believe that Im done giving second chances to this store.

Great store disappointed yesterday because we that are disabled really need the parking spot and yesterday this was allowed I waited 45 minutes and finally went in to shop came out still there I hope he got fine 6x

Hated to crowded rude shoppers all over unpleasant shopping experience. Never will shop here again.

One of the 5 times I have actually gone into the store in the past year. The wipes and sanitizer at the front was stocked, the items I needed were stocked (although my 10month old hid the new tube of petroleum jelly under some shorts when I got home and I promptly stepped on it and it shot out the back 3 feet to create a toothpaste greasy mess, but thats not on HEB), and it was quick and easy to pick a line and check out. Thankfully there wasnt really a wait time, and all the staff was quiet and respectful. Thank you HEB, I needed that trip more than yall know, great job!

Great floral shop inside

I went to the store yesterday to grab a few items on the way home. The store was crowded, people did not respect the 6 ft distancing, and HEB no longer has the social distancing signs on the floors as it did. I did not feel safe as I once did going to this HEB as I once did. It was too laxed to me. I will now go to the other HEB.

Getting back to normal, no mask requirement. Supplies are normal. Unfortunately prices are going up on just about everything.

I dont live in Georgetown but this one of the Best HEBs 👍.. I have family that lives there. So when I do go by. I shop here. The employees are super friendly and helpful plus the store is always clean and stocked.

HEB employees are always wonderful and helpful. They just need to expand the building. It is always crowded, no matter what time a day you go. But I will ALWAYS ALWAYS shop with HEB before I shop anywhere else.

Clean, Always helpful. Its my home store and I never have a bad experience. All ingredients from H-E-B, fresh . My world famous Mild Italian Sausage Spaghetti with my favorite Newmans Own why Newmans, because all proceeds go to charity.

Stocked well, organized well, friendly staff. Quicker check out lines than walmart for sure! Their bakery is delicious as well, and it has a great variety!

This is an old, small HEB with limited selection. Its not their fault that it is old and small, but it is their fault for not having the smaller push-carts available.

Ive been to this HEB thousands of times. They are the cleanest, most efficient, well-stocked, professional, grocery store, that Ive ever seen. During the early days of the covid-19 pandemic---and even now----the store personnel wash the shopping carts, clean the handles, and truly make sure the store is sanitized. You could not ask for a better grocery store!

I love this place. Cashiers are always polite and courteous. A sales associate directed me to a 5$ off coupon. Very nice and professional.

Curbside forgot 4 items from my list and had the nerve to tell me they included it. Ive had food go bad quickly from here, and the cheddar jalapeño bagels i ordered didnt have cheese. Poor taste as well. Ill save myself the trouble and go to another location.

Can get busy, but a really good H-E-B with good products and prices :) no complaints here about how theyre doing any of it :)

I like this heb a lot but its really small and always crowded. It doesnt make it bad or anything. They sell a bunch of stuff the one on williams doesnt carry. 5 starz.

Layout of this store has always been strange to me. So it isnt my favorite HEB. Staff member, Yaya was friendly when I asked for help looking for kids masks. Overall the store was clean. Low stock on multiple items today. I am sure people who were unable to shop on Sunday because of weather had gone in today. I was still able to get just about everything I needed.
