Oh my goodness. I had the best experience at this Target today. I was having issues at checkout and Paul (who I assume is manager) came up to the front to help handle the issue. He went above and beyond and was so kind. I can truly tell that he cares about each guest and he made my day with his positive attitude. Thank you, Paul, for making my day 10x better.Definitely making this my go-to Target.

I was in the store purchasing organizing materials for my business, LeTs Organize. Kathy had checked me out that day. She was so incredibly nice & helpful. Also, I had forgotten a bag of items, she personally tracked me down. That is 5 star customer service at its finest! Thanks again Kathy it was a pleasure! :))

Quick and easy. pick-up for online order limited time otherwise needed to spend in the store and looking for purchase.

Check your bank statements. I did the diaper promotion where you spend a certain amount and get a 15 dollar gift card. Target charged me the 15 dollars then sent me the gift card through email. The promotion happened to me twice. Its a scam promotion

I went to your Starbucks....the lady interrupted me multiple times while I was ordering. My total was 17 dollars (when I go to a corporate Starbucks its only $12) and then our drinks were only 2/3 of the way filled. Nice employees, but if I am going to pay 17 dollars for two drinks I expect them to be filled to the top. The employees were kind, for the most part.

Great selection, fair prices.

This was by far the best target experience I’ve ever had. Terry the greater at the front; who gave us a cart, was very friendly, helpful, and went over and beyond to make myself and my kids shop with ease! It was a great To have this experience as soon as we walked in the door. I also witnessed him be sure that every person that came in the store was wearing their mask for Covid. The store was clean and organized. Our cashier was equally friendly and even let my daughter help put the bags in the cart when she asked to help. There was a lady that also spoke with my daughter When we were leaving and even gave both of my children two bags of popcorn. Everyone was so friendly and above and beyond my expectations. I don’t really do reviews on stores often but when service is this good they deserve a review. I will definitely be coming back to this target.

A gentleman named Evan helped us in the Christmas section. The website said yall had the Santa climbing a ladder but it wasnt on the shelves. Evan searched everywhere and finally found it in the back on the bottom of a pallet for us. He was super kind and helpful and went the extra mile! Thank you Evan!

Its ok, but seem to still be out of a lot of stuff. This location does no compare to one of the super targets. Very little in the grocery categories. They have put in place all the necessary Heath precautions. Looks like a decent place to shop, just very disappointed with the selection.

I utilized the pick up in store option for the first time today! I did not know that the savings from cartwheel banked, and I was able to utilize all of those savings for my pick up today! I will definitely be utilizing target more!!

I don’t remember the employee name but she was by the fitting room . I was having a hard time with finding my nephew and nieces the right size clothes from their age and she helped me out . Really seemed to not mind at all and took the time to show me a few options. I’ve been coming here for a few years and never thought to leave a review till tonight . And especially it being Black Friday I just really appreciate you and the store .

I can say right now, I have the best customer service experience ever at this target. We came to find a certain baby rocker chair, it wasn’t in stock but we definitely left satisfied and so happy with everyone who helped us. Eric was wonderful, really went out of his way to help us find a resolution. There was also a wonderful woman who I believe is in charge of order fulfillment, she was wearing a black polo. Also was beyond helpful! And the sweet young lady that was in electronics that helped us initially, and the order puller Who was also wearing a black polo and scanned things for us repeatedly. I wish I would’ve remembered everyone’s name, I hope Eric can relay for us who these associates were but they searched thoroughly, offered other options, went above and beyond. I want to thank them all and I hope they get recognized. I can say I was there 12/22 at 6:30pm if that helps narrow down these associates. Thanks again!

Finding items I needed

Should be nicer in wolf ranch. The target in round rock is better and its older. Must be management. Bathrooms dirty, no hand soap, no paper towels and sanitary box overflowing. Ech. Employees cant be bothered to clean it even even you ask nicely. Outside trash overflowing every time Ive been as well. Selection is fine.

Wow. Everyone is so nice here. You really get a taste of that southern hospitality everyone speaks of! We did a pickup order and the worker was so kind and genuine. She offered to put away our groceries in our trunk! I am from Chicago and Chicagoans usually just go about their day and dont go that extra mile. Dont get me wrong, Chicago is amazing but the experience I got here was a totally different one! Being from another part of the states I now understand what people mean by southern hospitality. It is a totally different ball game. Thanks you guys and keep on doing what youre doing!

Horrible. Online app says that items are in stock when they are not. Waited over 10 minutes for an employee to get back any nothing. When items are scanned, they systems says there is 0 on floor any wardrobe, but that there are 5 on hand? Was totally looking forward to a Spawn figure and was completely let down. This is just another reason why I do NOT like Target and will not ever do business with them again.

Big shoutout to Sherry in the toy department and the guy at the service counter (had glasses and black curly hair didnt catch his name) for helping me find a toy I have been looking for, for the past 3 weeks! Thank you!

What is the purpose in having someone stand at the door if you won’t be enforcing mask wearing? Target says masks are required but there are always multiple people without them? And it’s not like they are avoiding being seen by employees they are literally in the check out line.

Clean well priced excellent quality

Love the store and the prices. Its a step up from Walmart. The only thing that I have a complaint with is that they usually only have one or two registers open and a long line of customers waiting to be checked out in each lane that is open. Long wait to be checked out. Other than that, its a great store to shop at.

Yogi at the front customer service desk is the greatest!!! She went out of her way to find the Nuby cups we needed for our grandson. Nice store clean and well lighted

Target is one of my favorite places to shop for home decor. They have an awesome selection of products, ranging from small accents to furniture to area rugs. And everything I’ve ever bought, in-store & online, have been quality pieces & look a lot more expensive than they really were!I also use Cartwheel on Target’s app, which usually saves me a decent amount of $ by finding relevant coupons.

Target employs alot of people you would think one would answer a phone.. was in here earlier could not find an employee anywhere had to go to the back stockroom and got attitude from the guy who brings in the cart... Its ridiculous

I love this store, however, word of warning, a few days ago my grandmother used her card at a self checkout. Today she learned that someone had used her card to make purchases from two different websites. So please avoid the self checkouts for the time being.

I love shopping at Target but what made tonight a 5 star trip was a cashier named Yogi who went above and beyond! She was exceptionally friendly, sweet and helpful. Truly had a positive upbeat holiday spirit!

I have been to Targets all over Texas, but this one is set up so strangely and trendy it irritated me every minute I was there. Plus, I have never heard music playing in a Target. At this location, there was definitely music, and it ruined the whole experience for me. I like Target because it is not a department store, but this one was. Yuck.

I love target. But it’s turning into a wal Mart situation, you never have enough lanes open! The lines are so long :( on a busy weekend there should be more than 3 checkout lanes open

Bathrooms were dirty. The rolls of toilet paper were sitting on the floor. Trash was overflowing. Only a few checkers on a Saturday afternoon seems strange. I had to ask an employee for help and he finished up his text message on his phone before even acknowledging me.

I would not recommend purchasing anything from Target online. I ordered a blender on Black Friday. The local store didn’t have it in stock so they had to ship it. I had it shipped to the local store. It came in on Tuesday. I wasn’t able to get by the store until Friday to pick it up. Low and behold, they had canceled my order. They have a 2 day hold on orders. So it you don’t read your email EVERY day or god forbid have a job and have to work late and aren’t able to get by within the 2 days, you lose your item. I hope you have better luck with your Christmas shopping than I have. I will not shop at Target again.

I drove all the way to Georgetown to pick up an item not available at the Cedar Park store. It was a clearance item. I went to pick it up and it was $10 more at this store - I told the store clerk about the price difference and asked if they can price equalize. They refused. So I called the Cedar Park store to explain the situation - the Cedar Park Target kindly offered that I bring in the product and they would refund me the price difference. Now that is good customer service. This Target store, on the other hand, clearly does not know the difference.

I know target can busy, and the lines can get long. but i went to the back to go pay at technology because i didn’t want to wait in the line at the front. i asked the lady if i can pay, and she told me no because she was helping a customer, and she said that i have to go to the front and pay. she only had one customer.

Having stock of item needed and easy order and pick up

Quality & prettyness are great & good gift items but over all higher prices than Wall Mart who has bigger selection of the same items. 36 post it tabs were .50 cents at Wall Mart & $3.50 for exact same item at target. Live the store but do do comparison shopping !!

Beth did a great job at checkout and had a very friendly attitude. Made the whole experience so much better.

There was no line when I walked up the Guest Service Desk, and the person helping me immediately asked for name, ID, and had my Pickup Purchase bagged within 1 minute. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes!

The staff here are always friendly and go above and beyond. Nice selection of womens clothes with a plenty of sale items. The food is slightly overpriced, but a decent option if youre in a pinch.

Finding what I was looking for.is very easy. I love to investigate the whole store and just see what is available.

It is like all the other Targets, but you probably already guessed that. The swimsuit selection was weak and ridiculously priced. They have an epic amount of games to buy. We found what we needed and spent a few hours wandering around. Employees were friendly, but I wish there was more staff and less self check up front.

Excellent place here. one of my favorite Targets... I left my shirt and shorts, and the girl gladly retrieved it for me (it was in the trash can lolz). They also have a very clean environment

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had at Target. I would definitely deter anyone from shopping online with Target based on what I just went through. I will hopefully never shop at Target online again, maybe not shop at Target at all.
