Very disappointed!!I came in to the store a WEEK before I was to do a job in Georgetown to have the glass cut and ready to go. 2 simple pieces of glass to be cut to size. I specifically stated when I was to be in to pick it up. It isn’t/ wasn’t ready, causing me to be late!Unacceptable

Not good customer service stopped in to get a windshield replaced got informed we dont do that here but the sign outside says Auto glass waste of time

The first person I encounteted was very helpful. After I explained what I needed, she left and came back with exactly what I needed. I did not to waut at all.

Peter, Eddie and the whole crew were amazing. The window installation for my whole duplex was completed in less than two days. Everything went smoothly and professionally with little interruption to my renters.The crew swept and cleaned up both days before leaving. If it were not for my beautifulnew windows, I could not see any construction. All I had to do is sit in my yard, admire their work and appreciate my decision to have the upgrade done.Many years ago, Russell Glass cut a piece of bevelled glass for my cedar chest to my specifications. It is still beautiful.

Absolute worst customer service. Very rude receptionist and still waiting for repairs to be made two months after putting down a deposit.

BEWARE OF RUSSELL GLASS! I had them install a window on Friday and one of the installers stole $400 cash envelope out of my kitchen while my husband went into the yard to help our son. I’ve used them for years and been happy but will never let them in my home again. I filed a police report but not so mad about the money as I am they were in my home and took advantage of us. Please beware!

Ive used Russell Glass for over six years for home and business glass projects. They have typically gotten it done on time and right. There may be less expensive providers but I typically look good local sources and this is a good organization from my point of view.

Russell Glass installed a custom built replacement patio door and we could not be happier. The workmen were polite and hard working. Would definitely use them again . We are receiving great compliments on the look of the door.

Recently we had an issue with an over-sized sliding patio door that was beginning to leak moisture. Russell came out and determined that there were no easy solutions to replacing the over-sized doors as no one wanted to make and warranty them. They came up with another creative solution that used another type of frame and glass that could be made to the size. This replaced the slider and matches almost perfectly another slider of the same size separated by only a column. The solution and the craftsmanship were excellent. Their service personnel were on time, polite and cleaned up completely when they finished. Very happy with the job and would recommend the company!

Russell Glass screened our patio and did a great job. They suggested sliding panels which we love.They were right on schedule. We have since recommended them to friends who had the same great experience.

Fast and friendly service ... I have a hutch that I inherited from my parents and it is was missing a glass shelf. I took the remaining shelf in and Russells Glass was able to duplicate the shelf, perfectly, and within 48 hours! My treasured hutch is now complete thanks to Russells Glass.

Horrible customer service! I was told to come in the next day and they could help me out. I came in and the person who was to help me was out. No one could help me out. My husband had even asked off to check out the different styles. Total waste of our time!

Very professional from scheduling to completing a project. I had a large 6 by 5 bathroom mirror that needed to be cut down. When I called they couldnt have been more friendly and helpful. When they arrived they worked quickly and cleaned up any mess that they made. They were also very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely one of the worst customer service and business experiences I have had in home repair/remodel. We ordered 6 windows nearly 2 months ago. The sales rep who came to our home was extremely nice and helpful (I give credit where credit is due and that is only fair). It Took nearly two months to get windows in which I understood. The windows have been and are still sitting in Georgetown TX. We had an agreement the windows would be installed today (Tuesday June 20th). I did not hear from Russell glass company at all for hours and decided to call them to find out when they were coming. When I called it became obvious they had no clue as to what was going on and had to even confirm my address????? WTH. After hours of waiting and sitting around when I could have been working my other job, Russell Glass contacted me and stated they ran into difficulties at another job before mine and now cannot come until Thursday June 22nd. I had already scheduled to have shutters installed Thursday morning seeing as the new windows were supposed to be installed today. So they ran into a difficulty that is going to take 2 days to resolve? I dont think so and if you are having those type of difficulties, I do not want your product. Sounds like an excuse and cop out as to why they are so unorganized and chaotic at their office. I am requesting a refund as they have you put half of the money down before you order the windows. I was told they were going to call me back in reference to the refund and I have not heard a peep from them since. So when they screw up your order which they did on my two small entrance windows and then realize they were supposed to have installed windows but didnt while you sit at home and wait and waste your time until you have to call them, they get a little attitude with you as if you are supposed to be happy with them. Sorry but blues skies, butterflies, orange slices and trophies doesnt work in the business world as my wife and I are very dissatisfied how this entire project has gone.I highly suggest you shop around and we highly do not recommend this company to do business with.
