I highly recommend Pro Glass in Georgetown.They replaced the Windshield on my jeep promptly, within a few days of making my first request for an estimate. I contacted safelite and the local dealership and waited 2 months for a response prior to finding Pro Glass. While working on the replacement they even found and corrected a mistake made by the dealership from a recent repair. The staff is professional and friendly, the lobby is comfortable and clean. I would again highly reccomend this business for your auto glass repairs.

We used Pro Auto Glass to fix the defective molding on our Ford Explorer. The windshield was cracked and Ford designed it so you need to spend more money on the molding than on the glass. Thankfully, Pro Auto Glass knew exactly what was needed and exactly how to fix it. They eagerly returned my calls for pricing and scheduled a technician to come out a few days later. They were on time and the technician was polite and got the job done to perfection. I will definitely use them again.

The owner Shane was great! They were very busy and I was in a hurry to get my RV windshield fixed so the vacation wasn’t ruined. Shane went out of his way in the blazing heat to fix the windshield and fit me in. I was extremely impressed with his customer service, pricing and work. I will only use them from now on and always be referring anyone I know to them!

Not into writing reviews but the service here was so excellent that I felt compelled to do so. I needed to get my windshield replaced after it suffered hail damage. I had an appointment but I got there early in the day and explained that I had another appointment later today. That’s my fault. I double booked and couldn’t change the other appointment. Was told they would try but they had a lot of cars coming in and could not guarantee anything. Fair enough. Dropped the car and went for breakfast. Car was done less than two hours later. Fantastic work and they even replaced my windshield stickers. Thank you for your prompt and excellent service, Pro Glass. I will be recommending your business at every appropriate occasion.

Yall. This place saved my life today, and made a bad day so much better. A rock hit me this morning on IH35 and cracked my windshield. The office staff is so accommodating and Mondo is amazing. He is so freaking good at this. It looks like it never happened! Would recommend, highly. And for those of you who shop around, local is always the way to go, in my opinion. 10/10

I had a chip on my windscreen while driving on US290 behind a truck. I called my insurance company to see what to do, they suggested Safelight but it takes more than 2 weeks just to get an appointment. I didn’t want to wait that long since I only have one vehicle and the chip is located on the driver’s side. They fixed it in less than 30 minutes and told me that they’re not gonna repair the two thin arms of the chip because there’s a chance it’ll crack the whole windscreen. It’s still visible but lots better than before. Great service and reasonable price. Strongly recommend.

Called them at 4pm on a thursday and received excellent service and a new windshield less than 24hrs later. Safelite had no available appointments and was 30 mins further than Pro Glass. Went to shopTold me to come back in 1 hour and technicianwould be back.Came back 5 min early and they told me it would be 40 minutes to get to it.They should honor what they said but didn’tThey have a right to treat customers how ever they like. Pro Glass is a good 60 miles from our home in Rockdale, but we wont take any of our vehicles anywhere else! Weve brought in windows from our RV, and numerous cars over time. Got a rock chip on my 2018 F350 while in Rockport last week and nobody would work on down there it due to something about 65 degrees and sunny? By the time we got back, it had grown the length of the windshield, so I called Pro Glass when we got back. They loaded up a new windshield and sent it home with Robert W (technician) who lives out this way This morning he was here bright and early and took great care installing it in my shop and making sure the cameras were re-calibrated.Im just floored that this company goes to such great lengths for their customers. Almost looking forward to another chip (okay, not).

Steve, the technician, came to my house to fix my rock chip. The fix is perfect and you can’t tell it was ever chipped.These guys are prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I spent $75 to save a $1500 high tech windshield on a 2018 Audi S5. I HIGHLY recommend Pro Glass!

Dusty was my technician. Not only was he extremely professional, but he was quick and efficient with my windshield replacement. I was headed to Austin for the weekend and something hit me on 35 on the way down leaving behind about a softball sized break in the windshield. I called on Thursday, and Dusty came straight to my place the very next day to replace everything. He was very precise and just all around a cool dude. I have a f150 with all the censors on the windshield, he had the old one out, and the new one in, all within an hour. HIGHLY recommend these guys, they did incredible work!

Had a rock hit my windshield today right where my TxTag is. Drove up and got right in and within 30 minutes my windshield repair was complete without destroying or removing my TxTag. Had my windshield repaired. They explained what could happen before starting repair so I could make an informed decision. Then they did exactly what they said they would in the time they estimated. Couldnt be happier.

I took my car to a local car was and a few days later discovered that there was an overspray on my windshield. No amount of washing or scrubbing would remove it, so I drove to Pro Glass to see if they had any suggestions. The manager, Leah, was so helpful and took the time and effort to find that the glass had actually been eaten into by the spray. This kind of service is hard to find.

I just had the most pleasant experience with Pro Glass. They are very professional, FRIENDLY, and ORGANIZED. After the glass had been delivered and my appointment setup, I was stunned to see it only took less than 20 minutes to change out the glass on my sunroof. 2 guys were ON IT. It was installed, they cleaned the glass and had me on my way. I didnt even have time for my coffee to get cold!

The front windshield of our car was in need of replacement before we could leave & the team at Pro Glass took outstanding care to get us in and out the same day among the long line of customers they had piled up. The scheduling phone call I received a quote for$200 less than what was invoiced when the job was complete. Completely taken back the gentlemen (who is very good btw) noticed and said is that not what was quoted? Me - No, not even close. He called the office and confirmed Shane would be calling to make things right and negotiate. What followed was Shane saying he did not believe I would of been quoted that, they do this every day, you must of called a different location (even though I called covert on 183 as I purchase our vehicles from them and they Told me specifically to call ProGlass in Georgetown) and that we only do OEM as the installer confirmed we also do after market even had a price for it. Shane decided he wanted to argue and say he didn’t believe (which I’m assuming makes me a liar?? Hmm) that I was quoted that. So my two options were to accept the glass as priced or put the broken glass back on. The broken glass is going back on. Again, professional Installer, great looking work and glass looked nice. This won’t effect their business but def a horrible experience with Shane specifically.

I would just like to commend Josh Joslin who just installed a front window on my sons truck . He did a stellar job, and his office called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. That is COMPLETE professionalism. I greatly appreciate that and just wanted y’all to know to keep up the stellar work!!!!!

Pro Glass did a great job replacing the windshield on my Nissan Xterra. Dusty was punctual, professional, and a pleasure to meet. I can hardly tell the difference from the original glass. The whole service took about an hour. He did the work right in my driveway and there was no extra charge for doing the work at my home. Highly recommend them if you have any damaged glass on your vehicle.

I work for a dealership (15 years), and have been using pro glass for close to 5 years now. I searched long and hard to find a good glass installer after multiple horror stories for my clients, rust, water leaks, broken moldings, wrong glass, you name it. I called and spoke with these guys, set them up as our preferred vendor, and they have been amazing since day one. Avoid the big names youve seen on TV, shop local, Shane and the crew are outstanding. These guys have probably replaced 200+ windshields for us. Seriously a great team.

Our biggest challenge was finding a company with a windshield for an unusual Ford model and that could provide service at my husband’s work location - about 45 miles East of Austin. They did an amazing job! You don’t have to use Safelite! Give these guys a try.

Super nice people and very helpful. An auto dealership referred them after the dealership refused to install a rear view mirror in my car that Id bought from them. I called ahead and 20 minutes later Pro Glass swapped out the mirrors on my windshield. I asked how much and they wouldnt take my money. Great shop! Went by Pro Glass today to see if they could fix a flapping piece of molding on the top of my windshield. It was sooooooo annoying.They said the molding didn’t look stock. I replied that, yes, I had some collision work done at another local business. The Pro Glass employees immediately admitted that they were partnered with the other business and that they had in fact removed my windshield during the paint repair.Then they said they would fix it at no cost.Ladies and gentlemen: this...is...how...you...do...business. Why is this so rare? I will take every car, truck and RV I own here for as long as this level of service continues.

Excellent job!Town North Nissan recommended them to replace my 2012 Nissan Altima Windshield. $235 for the new windshield and installation. I called, made an appointment for the next day to have the windshield replaced at my home.Technician did an excellent job, got the registration and inspection sticker transferred to the new windshield, and was quick!I did have one other quote.... for almost $700(!).

My rear passenger window had been smashed in by someone who robbed my purse. Jerry came to my location, fixed my window AND cleaned all of the smashed glass out of the back of my car! He also stressed that there may be little pieces left and to be careful with kids and pets. He definitely went beyond the normal scope of work. I will definitely use ProGlass again! The staff was friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable. They told me exactly what to expect with my repair and how the damage affected the repair process. They did a good job repairing it and it didnt take too long. They even gave me a quote for a new windshield had I wanted one since the damage was directly in line of sight.Conclusion:They kept my expectations where they should have been, did not try to push any sales, gave me all the information I requested and needed to make an informed decision, and were easy to work with. Overall I was very satisfied. Edit:Had to remove a star because Ive had to go back twice for them to refill the crack. Seems like the filler wont fully adhere in the large part of the crack. It was a hard hit but if they say its fixable this shouldnt be an issue. They did not charge me for the repairs though and do warranty their work without complaint so kudos for that.

I am a bit late posting this review, but I cant say enough good things about this company and its staff. After some punk busted out a front windshield and two windows, I made a hurried call to get this repaired quickly. Not only were they able to squeeze me in right before the holiday, but they picked up our car on their own (saving me to tow truck expenses).Their excellent customer service didnt stop there because they were able to finish the window replacements a couple hours later. This was on the heels of a holiday weekend, and I am sure the staff wanted to start their holiday like most of the other businesses. Instead the staff stayed to ensure the windows got repaired. They could have charged extra for the rush service but they actually came in slightly under what was quoted to me. THAT is exceptional customer service!

Had a broken sliding rear glass on my dodge night before christmas eve.Called Christmas Eve early afternoon and Leigh had me a price in minutes and asked is Thursday ( day after christmas )soon enough?Wow now thats small town service. Never heard back from Safelight online .

After they replaced the sun roof (hail storm) the first rain arrived a few days later. My vehicle was completely soaked on the interior. I was told to drop the vehicle off and they would “get to it immediately”. As I showed up I was told that I would have to drop it off. As I tried to explain the issues I was interrupted, I felt like she considered herself burdened by my request. I tried to show her pictures of the issues and was agin cut off. It was very clear to me they do NOT care about the work they do or the customer. Be aware of where you take your vehicle! I’ll have to get the carpet and some leather (seats and arm rest) replaced. I’m sure at my expense due to complete and incompetence!
