Buyer beware, I went over to buy a lot of lumber for a roof and they gave me a bundle already prepared but it was a lot of garbage. I buy lumber all the time and I am aware that some boards arent going to be perfect but over 10 or 15 boards....that is NOT acceptable, if you buy lumber here, make sure you inspect you product before taking it home. I posted some photos of the garbage that I got, and its not even all the pictures I got.

My girlfriend called to discuss purchasing Mi Brand windows as they were the only seller in Georgetown that we could find.She spoke with John Burleson (goes by Jay) whom was unresponsive to her initial contact via email. During her subsequent phone call John was very rude, laughed at her inquiry and her clarifying questions. We are not window experts, however I understand what good customer service is and what it clearly is not. John was both unhelpful and condescending on multiple occasions laughing at questions being asked and suggesting that the solution to our request would be to wait for the city to install a sound barrier wall.We were prepared to make a significant purchase for a home project however his lack of customer service and general inability to maintain a polite demeanor has caused us to look elsewhere for our project.

Called to lumber prices since they are not posted on their website but was refused. They said they were not taking new customers. So if you havent been there in a while, may want to call and see if they will sell to you.
